Day 56-63 (Day 57) I might have to fix the light to the roof of the tent so I can get another 3 inches up. The ppfd is just too intense at this height. The node stacking is super tight, I’m seeing some droop on almost every plant and the plants just look stunted. I might have to take out the big shelf I just paid 90$ for and raise the light to get the ppfd level down. This happened my last grow as well. It’s a great light for flowering but sucks ass for veg unless it’s hung 5’ above the canopy. I’ve seen videos of others with the same light and they have to fix it to the roof. The dimming function only works with a master controller I don’t have the money for right now. Pulling bbb #2. I’m seeing very small but clear pollen sacks. It’s also drooping like crazy. The roots don’t look as healthy as some of the other males I pulled earlier. They have a slight brown tinge but still mostly white. I wonder if I accidentally gave top dressed it too many times when I mixed them all up a while ago. I’m going to transplant bbb’s #1, #3, #6 & #7 into my 10 gallon destiny/coco pots lightly water. This is kind of a gamble because 2 of them are not showing definitively. Although I’m about 75% sure they’re fems. If not, I got my two backups. (Day 58) I was reading about symptoms of high PH and I definitely have it indicated by the twisted and stunted growth on top. I’m going to try to water in a full gallon at 5.8 and see if I get a good response. I sprayed the pump nozzle directly into the soil after it was empty to put some oxygen into that big 10g pot. The blackberry I gave the lowered PH water too noticeably responded within a few hours. The clawing has pretty much stopped and it now looks like the healthiest plant in the tent. I’m going to see how it responds over the next few days then try it with my other plants if everything looks good. I’m going to try it with bbb #5 in the 1.7g pot and see if it responds in the same way. I ran a gallon of 5.8 water through 1.7g and got less than a 100ml of runoff which is a little surprising. The runoff measured 1750ppms which seems a little on the high side but isn’t insane for peat based soil. (Day 59) Wow. The plants responded to that little PH adjustment insanely well. #5 isn’t dropping at all and the leaf wrinkles are actually flattening out. It’s starting to look like one of the healthiest plants in the tent. I’m still hoping for #5 to show female. 5 plants would cut my veg time down and give me another opportunity for a keeper pheno. All 4 plants are looking like they’ve already recovered from their transplant. #1 in particular was drooping like crazy yesterday and today it’s bounced back and looking happier than ever. I’m seeing a bit of tip droop on a few plants but they still seem fine I wonder if because my soil is 50% coco I should try watering on the acidic side, around 6.0-6.2 from now on. I’m almost certain that solved all the issues I was having. (Day 62) Plants are all looking really healthy. They all seem to have outgrown the initial light stress actually but node stacking is still really tight and I hope to raise the light up next week sometime. I’m going to drop the humidity to 60% for the rest of veg. These pots are massive and I’m still a little worried about dry downs but they aren’t showing any signs of overwatering or lack of oxygen. BBB#3 is starting to show some weird discoloring like an mag or nitrogen deficiency. Which is weird because it’s freshly transplanted into nitrogen rich soil. Guess I will give it a kelp foliar spray. I’ve been looking for a good organic source of K without an absurd amount of magnesium and sulfur like langbeinite has. I found some 0-0-15 kelp/seaweed extract in soluble crystal form. So from time to time I will water that in at half strength or with compost teas to keep my soil K dominant. (Day 63) I’m still waiting on #6 to show sex. I am shocked it hasn’t shown sex yet. Although it was started a week and a half after the others but still. I’m going to be so pissed if it ends up being a male. I’m taking a gamble but I’m confident it will show female when the time comes. bbb#3 got a little more color back from that foliar spray. Hope that doesn’t get worse because it’s my favorite pheno so far. I will give a N boost in the form of compost tea tomorrow afternoon to both of my tents. I’m starting to utilize the scrog net and boy does it make training way easier. This seems to be a much smarter style of growing for yield and quality. I’m getting tired of these pH fluctuations every time I water. I’ve been eyeballing for the most part and I need a consistent formula. I found the perfect mix to stabilize my RO water and stabilize the pH at 6.2. I moistened the top soil of each plant and will watch for any reactions. Water recipe: 60ml bottled water 2000ml RO water 3ml calmag 2ml microbes

With this strain I vegged for 5 weeks and flowered for just over 10 weeks. The plants produced some impressive size buds with minimal popcorn bud. The buds are coated in trichomes which produce a sweaty-like resin which I haven’t seen before. Man this plant is LOUD - I loved it.

It has been 6 weeks of flowering , this week specifically I have seen a lot of changes in the buds development. The ph and the ppm level of the reservoir is fluctuating very much. The PH drops to around 5.3 and PPM was reaching 1800 . The best way to solve this is probably to add plain water into the reservoir to balance the PH and the PPM level. This lady sure loves to produce sugar leaves , i defoliate loads of leaves but the leafs doesn't seem to stop growing out from the buds. I decreased the amount of light per day , I am giving her 11.30 hours of light instead of 12 hrs . I checked light leaks again but still pretty sure that it is not the problem here . The nutes supplier told me to increase the ratio of Superbud blue bud and superbud orange bud so that it can enhance the bud development . This week i got some new nutes from my bro "Master Mine" which i will try out on my next run . PS . Sorry for the high light exposure in the video , i was playing around with my new DJI osmo pocket . flushed the girls out for a week and a half then cut them down yesterday, all done now just wait for them to dry and cure ill update with weights and review. Been a easy grow with few issues thanks for checking it out. Happy Growing till next time 👍👍👍

She had a great week! Not too much bud development, but seeing that she's mostly sativa, and I'm only really seeing a couple of brown pistils, I'm fine with her taking her sweet time! On Day 73 (39 flower) I installed a small co2 bag above my circulating fan; not sure how well it'll work, but a couple of my taller colas have been a little too close to my light but I didn't want to raise the Lumatek because I was getting really good amounts of light on the entire rest of the plant. Her colas are all super impressive and long. I really cannot wait to see how they turn out. I'm thinking 2/3 more weeks but who knows! Not much else to say really, she's getting really frosty as you can see from the pictures, other than that I'm just waiting for her to fatten up & ripen. Really wishing I did an indica strain but this seed was all I had as it was left over from my pops' last seed order. Flowering time! These girls have been giving me nothing but ease so far. A little bit of defoliation here and there for the next weeks focusing on maximizing the bud potential. Hope fully I get some monsters!

Week 6 of flowering 10/23/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 6 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Defoliated a little. Noticed a PH of 4.8 in runoff, same as the late stage of flower in my previous grow. After lowering feed EC, CalMag on max strength, flushing with 0.8ec nutes for 3 days in a row, nothing changed and PH stayed the same. Read in a forum thread about constant low PH in the rootzone when growing in coco. Got great info about CEC, water, nutrients and little chemistry from a detailed explanation. (https://www.icmag.com/threads/recurring-problem-with-low-ph-in-coco.338385/page-2#post-10843765) Flushed plants with tap water + calmag, PH 6.5. Used 120L total for 4 plants in 2 days. 1st day: flushed after lights on, did not water until 2 hours before lights off and flushed again. Runoff PH went up a little, but not to the correct range. 2nd day: flushed after lights on and checked runoff EC + PH, of each plant. Fortunately, PH got corrected to 5.8, and I returned to automatic watering 4 times a day (with 10%-20% runoff). Thoughts: In the last grow, I thought I had a problem because of salts buildup in the media with constantly low PH in late flower. I didn't fully correct the problem till chop day. Same problem here in the same stage of flower without the salt buildup. After reading every forum I could find about the problem, I understood that my bloom nutes were the main problem because of their chemical composition. The coco ability to exchange ions lead to the low PH in the rootzone. It got worse quickly because I did not use any tap water with the feedings, so the PH could swing easily and drastically without resistance. After I looked online for the T.A. feeding chart, I saw they used TriPart Grow till week 7 of flower, the Nitrogen type they are using will up the PH. CocoForCannabis chart that I'm using, has not enough nitrogen to combat the bloom nutes PH down effect in flower. It gets even worse with RO water because there are no minerals that can resist PH down. Now I'm using 30% tap water with rest RO water, T.A. TriPart feeding chart with calmag and silica. Hopefully I have corrected the problem for the rest of the grow. It wasn't easy, because there were lots of variables that worsened the problem quickly. Now I'm checking runoff PH and EC daily. Update on next week :)

Oh boy, what a week have they got Sick PH was very high. Didn’t know what to do so the last week and a half. I’ve been flushing them bringing the pH down little by little trying to go gentle eventually the last flash show PH at 6.8. Which is OK anything between six and seven is considered optimal range for cannabis plant.

Week just starting off and the one baby has still not broken thru so I take matters into my own hands and attempt emergency surgery!!! I sanitized a Raw loader stick and gently pulled the sprout up. It laid over after and I'm going to give it a few hours before I try to put something to hold it up if it doesn't manage to orient properly. Any advice would be appreciated, This week just started so will edit it throughout the week.. 11/18 Transplanted into 1ga pots and gave first n00tz FF 3tsp/GA Big Bloom. 11/19 Ok so my humidy has been plumiting to 33-36% so I tried putting a rag over a fan, putting a rag in a bowl over the inlet and nothing helped so I went to amazon and bought this! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08GQZDS9J It has a gallon or so tank and a humidity sensor so it cycles to maintain humidity. 11/20 Anyways humidifier shows up today and I kicked it up to 80% and its about 70% after 4 hours.. I'll drop it down once the babies get to growing a bit more. I'm actually worried I transplanted too soon. Shout out to my boy Jeff! And a smaller shout out to James! 11/22 So no real changes the last few days, the plants still aren't thirsty so holding off on that. I did rearrange grow tent to allow me to set up a camera to capture time lapse of the process and I had to get some power to it so it doesn't cut off when the lights go out hehe. I mean all is well I guess, I'm still concerned bout my little plants and the one with the crooked stem. Although I'm thinking the more I keep hands off right now the better chance they'll have! Wish me (and my babies) luck! 11/24 So everything looks smooth, today I uploaded a time lapse of the last couple days which if you speed thru it can see movement of the plants which is cool, but I'm stressing that my 3 way meter isn't correct. Its reading like 6-7 on moisture scale after about 7 days of being on the same water/feeding. I am anxious to water again but don't want to overwater...I mean I do feel some moistness if I press down on the soil. I'm quickly learning this is a great means to work on your patience!!! Oh and I'm rapidly losing hope for the bent girl, so sad.

10/21- Flower has begun!! I've been gradually removing growth from under the canopy that I dont anticipate will become sizeable buds. Now we wait for the stretch. Took a few clones to try my hand at that. Air is drying out big time lately. I'm probably going to have to give in and buy a humidifier because it's going to be essential to keep my buds from drying out too fast and keeping these plants in healthy rh range. Despite humidity swings, plants seem to be doing well across the board so I already have a leg up on my last grow. I sprayed for bugs as a precaution. Neem and peppermint Castille soap diluted in water was the choice. Left a residue on my plants though so live been keeping my light between 30-40% and gradually turning up the intensity each day until I reach where I was(70) I dont want to burn my leaves because I have treating for bugs before. I will add pictures this weekend. This is posted on Day one so there's really not too much change to show in the plants. Really excited to see how they develop over the next 2 weeks. 10/24 Added pics of two plants. I accidently deleted my shoot of GZ 2 and I don't feel like taking them out of the tent again because it's a bit of a pain with the net. It's much taller than it's sister and maybe the healthier plant at this point. Moby dick is a bush, very healthy even still. No real signs of flower yet. They do seem to be stretching a bit but when you look everyday it's hard to tell. I'm hoping to have a really nice canopy in a week.

New week starts. __________________ 🌞19.04 Spraying by the 'Sea Weed' solution, but it's usual. Waiting for crone forming, doing nothing. It's a last week of vegetation, next one will be 12/12 hrs of light. 🌞20.04 Nothing today except clean water spraying. I was thinking about HST making to lower a middle brunches of my 'stack'. But I'm too scared to cause a lot if stress to my girls. They can become hermaphrodites, it's too risky. Theoretically, I can wait one more week them to be healed from the lasd defoliation and then break some brunches. But I don't want to wait more. 🌞21.04 Nothing today, we just growing. 'RG'#2 has alot of yellow tips on its yong leaves. It's definitely a feeding deficit, but I already giving them nutrients in 80% concentration. Next feeding (two days later) will be 100%/full dose and then light schedule will be changed. 👉Upd: I made HST (Supercropping) to eight middle branches of 'HB' and 'RG'#2. They were too tall compared to others. Now they have five days for healing before light schedule will be changed. It will be a great experiment for future grow cycles. 👉Upd_2: All eight broken future colas turned themselves to the 'Sun'. HST procedure was successful. Now my garden is as flat as an 🌊🌊🌊 (almost). 🌞22.04 Nothing today, even spraying. I want them to heal faster, not to rot... Broken branches of 'HB' and 'RG'#2 feels great. Leaves aren't withering, their stems are hard. They'll be OK after a few days. I think I'll made one more defoliation on wednesday. Wright after that I'll turn on 12/12 light shadule. 🌞23.04 Today I measured drainage water. There are too much sault was gathered in pots: 2.8Ec I drained 60 liters of nutrients solution (20l each pot). And EC fell to 2.6 only - it's too damn high numbers! In wednesday I'll water my plants with 'GHE Pro Clean' before light schedule changing. It will clean them well. Upd: 12hrs after this procedure they look much larger then they were before. I'm starting to run out of space in my box. 🌞24.04 Nothing today. A soil is too wet, Ec is too high, the broken branches haven't healed yet. I'll wait for two days, then flush my girls with a 'Clean' solution. Upd.: Light defoliation (~40 leaves total) was done at the evening to all except 'HB'. It was a last leaves cutting before flowering time. Details on photo. 🌞25.04 It's a last day of vegetation light schedule. I'll turn my lamps to 12/12hrs tomorrow. Vale pues hoy empiezo a contar la primera semana de crecimiento, de un total de 4. Estamos a 13/02/23 y llevan 20 días desde la germinación. Hoy he regado ya con abono de crecimiento, en concreto uso el Boom Crecimiento de Boom nutrients y he añadido también CalMag Dentro de dos semanas haremos el trasplante, a ver si aguantan por que a este ritmo se van a salir de las macetas en 1 semana jaja. Os dejo un video también de una visión aérea con mi dron. Hola. Actualización de semana 19/02/23 Efectivamente como dije hace 7 días. Toca trasplante, han crecido muchísimo y es momento de que las raíces sigan creciendo con fuerza así que... trasplante. Entre el día 19/02/23 y el día 20/02/23 termino todo el trasplante, por ahora dejo terminadas 5 de 12 plantas. Especialmente he priorizado las autos ya que no me quiero esperar a trasplantar para que no entren en flora. Por ahora siguen vegetando y trasplantas! ESO ES!

W19 (Harvest) 6-6 Last day before harvest. 7-6 Harvest day! Installed a humidifier outside the tent, set to 55% aiming for a 60% humidity inside the dry tent. 21-6 After 14 days of slow drying she is ready to be trimmed. While posting this a couple of months later i found out that i totally forgot to make pictures and video's of the trimmed buds 😅 It was a very nice daytime smoke, tasted sweet-sour. End results: 74.26 Grams of bud 57.90 Grams of small buds and trim, in the freezer for bubble hash. I have some trim and small buds saved up from different strains and i will be posting a diary of the full process making hash of them! Well My friends gave me a bigger tent so I got a little more time to let them develop! I'm very ready to take them down just waiting a bit longer for a few more amber trichomes. I'm still feeding them ripen but i wish last week i'd given them a feed in addition too. They look nice in the new tent, there is loads more room, and while the lighting didn't go up as much as I'd like, They have a nice big fan oscillating on them now and room to stretch. ________________________________________________________________ I suppose I'm glad I waited. I wanted to take a few more pics and get one last video in! I'm def seeing a bit more amber in the trics and i think it will make em a bit better for these 2 extra waterings! Probably gonna chop them soon!!!!
