I still can't believe how fast these plants are. Sensational, I believe that I will be carrying out the harvest soon

The tricomes are getting more and more the microscope says that there are still about 10-14 days left. 80% are milky a couple are amber the rest are still clear. The Pineapple Express scatters a wonderful smell of freshly cut pineapple - simply a dream - I am looking forward to the first taste test. First grow since 2020, with around 250 grams for an outdoor which has kept me going as I'm not a big smoker. No option for outdoor this year so with summer coming to an end indoor it will be in my tin garden shed. Bit of a heat wave this week but likely to cool down by the time I plant. Then just hoping the weather gods are nice for the next 4 months. Not too hot. Not too cold...just right🙄 Soaked seeds last night and now in paper towels. Planning on 5 plants anyhow, will veg for 4 weeks and flower for 9 to 10 or whenever ready. Hoping to harvest early winter before it gets really cold. Coco coir perlite mix this time and using the whole Mills range. Should be fun anyhow. Not expecting the same rewards of my last outdoor, but anything over 100 grams I'll be happy with. Anyhow, as far as germination goes I have 5 seeds to play with. In a glass of water for 8 hours, then paper towel in a zip lock bag in a warm location, including my pocket and next to me sleeping. Within 24 hours 3 of the 5 had germinated. I have doubts that 1 of the 2 remaining will germinate at all as it's a small mongrel seed but who knows. Update...all seeds germinated even the last mongrel seed. I like keeping em warm, in bed with me, in my pocket when cold and not in bed. The last seed that I didn't think had a chance from the start popped 2 days after the rest, after I put the zip lock bag with the paper towel in my pocket for a couple of hours. 100% ain't bad that's for sure. Every time I grow I do the same thing, no u may not see this method recommended but it works for me. Last few grows I've germinated them in my underwear, while wearing of course. Nice and warm thats for sure, maybe its the fluctuation 🤣 Go on, do a google search on the underwear germination method, doubt any hits will be found 🤣

🌿Week 4: Defoliation & SCROG Setup Week 4 was all about structure and airflow. The canopy was getting bushy fast, with a ton of inner growth, so we went in for a solid defoliation session across the board. Lower fans, overlapping leaves, and shaded internodes were cleaned up to let light penetrate deeper into the canopy and reduce potential humidity traps. Right after that, we finally dropped the SCROG net, stretched out gently across the canopy to guide the branches horizontally and prep for flower stacking. Some of these phenos are already reaching for the sky, so the timing felt just right. Captured a full-time-lapse clip of the defoliation + netting process. It’s super satisfying watching the chaos turn into clean lines. Nature meets intention. Feed Bloom since 20/6 22/6 Defoliation 🌱 Plant Response: After defol, they bounced back fast. Tops are perky, leaves are praying, and stretch is continuing in a controlled way. The structure’s more open now — better airflow, better light distribution, better everything.

Her flowers are forming nicely this week! A few more weeks to go yet.

Two of the S.A.D. seeds did not germinate. I also used the water glass method to germinate these two. The other two were planted directly in Jiffys. The Bruce Banner unfortunately germinated a day earlier and had no light yet.

On the first day of week 4 I did FIM on the plant at 6 node. Not sure if I overdid it and accidentally top her instead of FIM but we will see how it progresses Up to this point the plant has been growing very strong and healthy almost as fast as Autos I have grow before. Day 22 the plant doesn't seem stressed out at all and in fact is pumping New Growth right away I thought it was going to be sad for a day or two but no way the genetics are very strong the plant is very vigorous . Day 24 I did some minor defoliation to allow the light to penetrate everywhere in the plant. Also looks like the fim was a failed and end up topping instead I will continue to update thank you for reading and have a happy grow.

Flushed 20 gallons through the growing medium today, in preparation for harvest! I'm 100% sure she was nutrient-locked, PH of the run-off was around 4.5. From now on, I will pay greater attention to the Run-off PH, when my plants shows symptoms. Lesson learned! If I corrected her earlier, her potential would have been much greater! After the flush, the run-off has: ppm is at 80, and PH is 6.

Getting ready to harvest one of the Purple Trainwreck plants next weekend. I’ve decided to harvest the mother plant this weekend and wait another week for the clone plant. Plants have been getting straight water for a little over a week. I did go ahead and harvest popcorn buds off the mother PT plant last week. I have struggled with getting the humidity below 50-60% in my tent so that being said, I also wanted to thin out the middle of the plant so the larger colas wouldn’t be blocked from light. The buds on numerous stems were touching and starting to stick together. I don’t want to get bud rot on any of my larger colas. Total harvest off the mother PT so far: Wet weight with stems: 3.75 Ounces Dry without stems: 30 grams Day 60-harvested another 1.25 wet ounces... not dry yet I have not touched the PT clone that’s in flower, I have another PT clone in my veg tent for clones. I also harvested some smaller buds off the Widow X Plant. I have two clones of this plant in my veg tent. Wet with stems: .75 ounces or 21 grams Dry without stems: .20 ounces or ~6 gram Harvested another 1.15 wet ounces. Not dry yet Setup: 24”x48”x60” tent Two 1000W Sunraise LED lights 6” Vivosun inline fan Two clip fans Plants are in 5 gallon cloth pots with happy frog soil and perlite. Nutrients: Fox Farm Dirty Dozen I have learned a lot with this grow, I’m excited to see how my future grows turn out. I have started a perpetual grow and have a second tent with vegetative plants. The newly flowering plant that was added to the flowering tent last week is a purple trainwreck clone. I think it will be quite the monster once it’s done. I have been essentially lollipopping this plant but not entirely. Any feedback appreciated!

Note: Little chem-burn this week. Feed just water for 4 days with correct PH and they jumped back. Was not that bad though. Day 21 on flower!
