Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

This bugger neatly drank 3L of the solution I had prepared for three weeks!! there some serious growth happening. Defoliation was a good idea at this point to reduce the amount of wasted nutrients and increase the flowering priority. Had to share the last "video" to show my appreciation in learning about LST here on growdiaries, those are pepper plants.

70 days from seed!!! wow I just confirmed once again that Zamnesia seeds are not bad :) the girl is growing really well despite the lack of space, high humidity, the girl just ignores all this and does not pay much attention to it and focuses all her energy on the maturation of the flowers, which are really very stiff ;) Plagron nutrients also worked flawlessly throughout her growth, this is my first growth with these nutrients :) I am happy that they are there, I will definitely use them in the future :) well, there is not much left until the harvest, Good luck to everyone in the competition and in your cultivation :).

Started the Mexican Airlines seed directly in soil on Tuesday and she broke ground today (Saturday). I've been reading a lot of good things about this strain and am looking forward to watching her grow. Not bad at all, chopped on day 73. It should / could have gone a little longer, but it was dying. After the lockout it stopped eating and drinking, and with the new light they had to much heat and the tops started drying up. One morning I opened up the tent and felt like the smell was burnt away, I lowered the temps and started flushing until it was smelly again and chopped it. Waiting for the new box to come in.. should take another 10 days max. 02/07 Nachdem wir in eine neue Woche starten, kann ich auch im Zelt wieder aufatmen. Die Temperaturen fallen, nachdem das Wetter in Regen umgeschlagen ist. die letzten Tage hatten wir bis zu 39°C draußen und dementsprechend musste ich die Lampe runter regeln und die Lüftung bis ans Limit arbeiten lassen. Phasenweise hatte ich 30,8°C im Zelt. Mittlerweile konnte ich die Lampe schon wieder etwas nach oben regeln und ich halte ungefähr 28°C. Heute gab es auch wieder eine kleine Ladung Eiswürfel. - - - - - - - - - - - - - 03/07 Heute gab es eine Ladung Dünger. Gemischt aus Wurmhumus und Herbi‘s Booster. - - - - - - - - - - - - - 05/07: Um das Purplen ein wenig zu unterstützen, habe ich heute eine Ladung Eiswürfel auf den Mulch gelegt. So triggert das kalte Wasser die Wurzeln und setzt im besten Fall die Anreize (durch die Produktion von Anthocyanen (pflanzliche Farbstoffe)), lila Blätter oder Blüten hervorzubringen.

Week 11 for Gigi! Third week of flowering. Finally I can see trichomes and flowers getting bigger. She grown up in height as well. At the end of this week I've raised the lamp 5cm more than usual because I've seen some yellowing on the central cola. Turned the pot 180° again. Next week I'll defoliate her again for the last time. Day 72: watered with only pure zym and calmag. I don't wanna overfert her too much. Day 77:watered again with same solution. Next week I'll defoliate and add all the nutrients plus Plagron's green sensation. See ya next week guys! The thrips infection is gone but there’re still a lot of damaged leafs as you can see in the photos/videos, but the growth hasn’t slowed down which is good. Anyway after I did some research into the big bang strain I found out that the company that sells this strain recommends “flushing” for a few days every other week starting from day 16 of flowering. This is meant to speed up bud development and I think it really did something here as the buds got twice as big. But I didn’t exactly follow their recommendations as it calls for watering the plants with large amounts of water and letting the soil dry for a few days and I don’t feel comfortable with that, so I watered them every day but made sure the soil was dry.

Mandarin XL auto has snapped out of the heavy nutrition mutation. She is making grow progress. Things are going in the right direction. 🤞🏻it keeps going smooth.
