One more week and we're done !

week 5 when the thrips first showed themselves. I noticed them cuz some silver stains started appearing on some leaves. you can see them better under LED light. So, I sprayed Neem Oil all over the plant. I could notice that if you don't do it well, spraying and rubbing the leaves with a piece of cloth, the oil will also create some stains. 2nd topping. killed some thrips this week, they're cute and didn't seem to harm the plant seriously. Neem oil worked fine to control them. No other pests that I could notice + Defoliation + LST Flowermind (4ml + 0.5g)

01-10-2021: Put the ladies on 12/12 scheme 2 days ago. Growing really fast now and the difference between the TSL compared against the SP3000 is starting to show. TSL Much better spread, canopy more even. SP3000, plants right below them very big, plants on the last row significant smaller. 03-10-2021: Just doing great, nothing special to say about it now 05-10-2021: Nothing special to say about it. Just growing great. Should mention I turned on my CO2 controller at 900PPM and raised the EC to 1.5 for next week. 06-10-2021: Had to bind a lot below the net. Growing extremely fast right now. I think the VPD of 1.7 is just great for the ladies. Last day of first week 12/12 today

Usually keep in the shed in the evenings but a rather strong edible made me forget that I left the plant outside overnight.. she was covered in dew in the morning and it was overcast so the sun wasn't burning it off. Because of this, I pulled her maybe 1 week too soon but she was almost done so can't complain. Only downside was I lost 30g + to bud rot during drying 😭

Welcome back to the conclusion of the Lemons! Day 56 from seed on the dot and these two girls came down, which is crazy fast! I had originally planned to let these girls run for another week, but the stem snapping on LP#2 put an end to that as she wasn't recovering well by the next day and I thought better to harvest now. The trichomes are in a good spot anyway, so I don't feel like I've lost out at all. The wet weight is good, but massively inflated due to the stems, so I expect to lose at least 75% of that, but I still think these girls yielded reasonably well. I like to dry in 2 stages in order to slow down that initial dry as the humidity is naturally quite low here. By leaving the stems and most of the leaves until Stage 2 I can control my dry time a little better. I leave the buds on the stems until they go into jars. There's no hard rule to how long I leave between stage 1 and 2, it depends entirely on how a particular dry is going and I judge it as it goes. Dry took 6 days total, trimmed large leaves at day 3, the rest at day 6.

She has established a thick central stem with evenly spaced internodes, while the lateral branches are already beginning to push outward, creating the framework for what should become a very productive canopy. Her leaves display a rich, healthy green with excellent turgor, showing that nutrition and irrigation remain well balanced. New growth is arriving rapidly and with good symmetry, suggesting that she has fully settled into her container and is now directing her energy toward vigorous structural development. Compared to many plants grown under the 12/12 From Seed method, she is maintaining a compact architecture while still producing enough internodal spacing to ensure future flower sites receive adequate light penetration. ⸻ 📷 This Week Behind the Lens This week’s photographs really highlight the quality of her structure. The side profiles reveal a strong main stem with excellent node stacking, while the overhead shots showcase an increasingly symmetrical canopy. The macro images capture healthy new growth emerging from every node, giving an excellent preview of the flowering sites that are beginning to form. One of my favorite photos is the overhead shot where the plant resembles a perfectly balanced green star, each fan leaf extending naturally without competing for space. These are exactly the kinds of structural characteristics I enjoy documenting during early development because they often hint at the final architecture of the mature plant. ⸻ 🌿 Looking Ahead As she enters the coming week, I expect Plant A to begin transitioning fully into her stretch phase. The secondary branches should accelerate noticeably, gradually transforming the compact vegetative structure into a canopy filled with evenly distributed flowering sites. If she continues at this pace, she has every opportunity to become one of the standout Black Diamond phenotypes within the project. For now, the objective remains simple: maintain stable environmental conditions, continue the current feeding schedule, and let her natural genetics guide the process. Growers Love and as always, patience is part of the process… and this lady is definitely making me curious about what’s coming next. 💚

Chopped on 9/11/25 Has a fruity sweet smell to it. These buds are giant and just long connected braided cola with very uniform and chunky buds throughout the whole plant

Everything is going well ( day 22 ) , I figured out my lighting issue. I raised my lights all the way up to the top and turned them to 75% power and the plants are doing well now now wilting or anything

Fast Buds RF3 Mixed Pack Is coming along quickly. The buds are thick and getting lots of color I’m still not sure of the varieties but they all look tasty and smell great. I’m changing the water supply to flush today. The next post might be the harvest.

It's mid-eighth week from the nut plant. About 7-10 days ago, I switched to 12/12 (end of week 6). Sour Blues is very compact, 27 cm tall. A paradise for engravers with compact spaces. In the week since switching, the 12/12 has grown in size, but hasn't tripled in height. I had a mamba plant nearby, and it's grown significantly - 48 cm. Both plants are in the same box from the nut plant; it's interesting to see and compare. At first, I thought it was the small bag (2 liters), but another experiment disproved that assumption. The thing is, I simultaneously planted another IZI seed in a plastic basket with 1.5 liters of coconut for hydroponics on HESI compote. I'm also comparing it with the same variety, but on DWC. The height is the same - 27 cm. But the width: the DWC took up almost the entire 40 x 40 cm box. The sprout in the bag is a 20 x 20 cm square. Both plants are in separate boxes, under the same 40W LED lamp. It looks like I'll be returning to the DWC soon. Now, on the DWC, it drinks exactly one liter per day at 15 liters. The clones have taken root and are now growing without a greenhouse. The fastest one took root within a week, and the others took two or three weeks to take root.

D60. I'm back again after being out of town for six days. I doubt the Purplematic girl missed me, but she looks great! The flowers are a deep, DEEP purple, and her senescence has progressed, resulting in pretty purple/yellow leaves. I had a first look at her trichomes, and she is getting ready. Most trichomes are cloudy, and I even see an amber one here and there. Won't be long now :) ------------------------------ D63. We're at the end of the fifth week of flower, and this grow is almost at the end. She is fading beautifully, and the trichomes are ripening. I would love to let her go another week to watch her senescence, but I need to move the light from this tent to the photo tent since I'm running out of space there, and this Kingbrite light has a much lower profile. ------------------------------

I love this plant. It's such a beautiful structure. Buds are fattening up really well. Seeds are also starting to be produced. Looks like the rest of the plant has become pollinated. Couldn't be happier.
