Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Pretty happy with the grow and the harvest, the drying went well also! Each grow highlights changes for the next and this has been no different! I'll be making more training adjustments in the next runs to try and refine the vertical scrog and get to the point where it's a wall 1 bud thick! I know it will get there in the end it's just like relearning how to do a horizontal scrog! I just need to predict the way the plant will respond when the light is from the sides! Bravery and brutality during pruning I think is the key! 😂✌️💚

Day 40 of bloom. The stench is so loud it smells like a juice bar in here! Out of 5 Runtz plants I can already distinguish 4 distinct phenos. Two that smell like pure candy (probably the zkittlez influence), one that smells like earth, mint and baked goods (very reminiscent of thin mint gsc or even dosidos), one that smells like straight cherry coke and one that smells exactly like Gelato 33 (citrusy and fresh)! So yeah, pretty excited.

Was away from them at end for a long time. Still awarded me with nice quality buds.

Growdiaries has been slow for a while this is week 17 as a never got a video up last week just flushing them with water this week

Day 2 - no training needed..plants need ntime to recover

There was a visible attack this week. The temperature is between 25-27, the humidity varies between 60-65. There was a slow development due to excessive irrigation and I could not do LST due to the distance of the room to me. I am planning to fall leaves next week.

Big growth this week. Still in a heat wave. Had to move the driver for the lights outside of the tent to help with the heat.also moved tent to a cooler location. As i dont have the room in my house to grow so my choices are the garage or my 10x10 shed. I chose the shed because of the trees that shade it during the day. The zkittlez seems to handle it no problem but my others aren't .

Looking great slightly less ph damage than garlic fusion, in my other diary. (from un ph neem oil that I forgot to ph,) but minimal damage looking great new growths getting big week 6 black moonflower
