Excited and impatient, starting to come on really well now, everything is going ok as it has been all the way through other than a little struggle with keeping the heat down in the grow tent during the first few weeks in veg, bigger tent and all is ok now, small signs of nutrient burn of a feed this week but don't think anything to be worried about from other diaries i have seen. What do you think its going like so far? just about finished up this week. Choc mint 1 is about ready for chop. Chopped couple of main colas as i seen couple of signs of budrot. Dropped lights down to 400w each as temps are starting to rise above 30c. Choc mint 2 is looking unreal. Heaps of huge colas,think i will pull the most of this one. Will probably give till day 65.

Flowering week 7. The buds are slowly getting fatter.

Week 14 for Gelato 41 by seedstockers This girl has absolutely loved the rain😇 It was very heavy rain too so the pot is easily saturated... honestly don't remember the last time i had to water her😂 was maybe 3/4 weeks ago & don't plan on doing so any time soon either. I tried to defoliate a little because she's getting overly bushy but found to be harder to do than i expected need her to gain some height so i can easily spot what to remove. Even though she looks sad after being sprayed down with water it will benefit her in the long run toughening up her branches from the weight when it comes to flower time. Need to measure her but she's not too far from the 2meters wide mark i was aiming for. No pest issues think the predator spiders are taking care of that for me😎

Finally starting to flower, flipped lights at week 5 for short veg time. Not much smell at the moment but plants are growing very fast. Loving the greenhouse feeds bio products, it couldnt be any easier. Lots and lots of bud sites!

Overall this was a good second grow. The initial defoliation was key in getting the nice density I missed out on last time. These plants went through the bloom cycle using a reservoir (5 gallon bucket) and drip irrigation system exclusively. Once I got the correct timing done for the watering, this setup was really great; I was able to go about 1-2 weeks between water refills, so it was easy leave for a couple of short stints with no negative effects on the plants. The one major thing I'd like to work on for next time is the drying process. I'm not sure if I cut the branches too small, if the room was just too dry, or if I just let them go too long (I had to leave for 9 days, and they were drying the whole time). While the curing has helped them get a little moisture back, the actual drying left the buds pretty crispy.

We did some pruning, removing any lower leaf touching media, small side growth and a few large fans draping new branch sites... And it looks like they didn't mind that much going to the hairdresser as they keeps on drinking the same and evolving at the same pass. They are all becoming beautiful beast ladies and im loving them all in diferent ways , so far the mor advanced one is the somango followed by the water melon followed by the no idea what it is seed and in the end e have bruce banned, im loving t he fact that they all started same time and that they all are going to finished different, this means i will be trying me second harvest plant smoking my pervious one 😝 . I hope girls will like this starter dish. 18/10 day 10 Girls are developing very well. Second watering with approx 250ml per pot on entire surface. 20/10 day 12 Everything going as planned. Steady development. Another watering of same as on the 18th. Except watering I am spraying soil surface with water every few hours. 22/10 day 14 I would called a perfect week. Athena it's a bit faster than Xena in early growth but this early faster development means nothing. Not much to say about this real first grow week’s start. Everything looks ok, steady growth at 40% light. I had to restart the control app a few times, therefore the broken graphs. At night times, the control software tries to attain optimum humidity rather than optimum VPD. That’s why VPD is dropping when the lights are out. CO2 is back to baseline – really wonder what the reliable values are … I found I have to silence the blowers when a timelapse photo is being taken. The shaking you see at the beginning of the grow video should not appear, or to a much less degree, in the future. Day 13 (July 30th) shows good, steady growth. Leaves are a bit spotty, although less then the processed images show. Something to be worried about? I would not currently … All are developing their 3rd nodes now. The controlling Raspberry Pi crashed last night when I tried to access it remotely … ;( – looks like the Connect software is in need of an update. The leaf temperature sensor is now really aimed at lady-to-be nr. 1’s leaves. Nothing to change that I see. I won’t cut the top yet, just watered the outer circle of the big pots slightly to encourage root growth. Day 14: Nice growth. First plant is now at 11 cm, and at 12 cm on day 15. Nothing special to report so far, except for I had to move the internal camera a bit upwards to keep little lady #1 in focus. Day 16 and last day of this week (Aug 2nd): The young ladies are now at about 14 cm tall. Growth looks very compact though. I think the two inside girls will lose their heads next week; I’d still prefer to have one or two more nodes available. Pictures of this day are taken at the end of the plants’ day. Notice their leaves are pointing upwards, which should be a sign that they want more light. I turned the lights up by another 20% for a total of 60 W now. Weather was pretty hot the last days so it wasn’t possible to stay in optimum VPD range but as long as growth is this satisfying I don’t mind. I will water them slightly at their next day start. Outside plant’s soil humidity might still be at around 58% officially, but drying starts at around 40% with this measurement and the sensors are placed quite closely to the stems so outer soil is dryer. I am preparing the plant water with some additions and a frequency imprint suing some Solfeggio and Schumann frequencies.

15.08.: Die zweite Blütewoche hat begonnen und beide Pflanzen haben sich seit der Umstellung gut entwickelt. Da ich vermute, dass die G41 noch weiter wachsen wird, habe ich ein zweites Netz zur späteren Stabilisierung installiert. Das zweite Netz hängt jetzt auf einer Höhe von 1,30m, sodass die oberen Spitzen der G41 bereits durchgucken. Damit die Pflanzen ihre Energie auf die wichtigen Bereiche konzentriert, habe ich bei beiden Pflanzen ein Lollipopping durchgeführt. Dabei hab ich alle Blätter, Seitentriebe und Blütenansätze unterhalb des ersten Netzes entfernt. Diese Blütenansätze liegen so weit unten, dass hier kaum Licht ankommt und sie am Ende stark unterentwickelt sein werden. Idealerweise hätte ich damit noch ein wenig gewartet, aber da ich die kommenden 9 Tage im Urlaub bin wollte ich es vorher noch erledigt haben, das gleiche gilt für das Netz. Updates werden in der Zeit auch eher schwierig, aber vielleicht bekomme ich ein paar Fotos zugeschickt. 18.08.: Ich habe Fotos zugeschickt bekommen. Anscheinend steckt die G41 immer noch in ihrer Stretchphase, da sie das 2. Netz auch schon ein gutes Stück überwachsen hat. 20.08.: Heute kamen nochmal ein kleines Video und ein Foto von der G41. Der Wachstum wird langsam weniger und man sieht, dass sich der Stretch dem Ende neigt. Am Ende der 2. Blütewoche hat die G41 die PBB in Sachen Höhe komplett abgehängt. So wie ich vermutet hab, war der Stretch von der PBB nicht mehr allzu dolle, sodass sie wesentlich kleiner als die G41 geblieben ist. Das ist eins der Probleme, wenn man kein Monocrop anbaut. Außerdem ist der Wasserbedarf der Pflanzen gesunken, sodass die Bewässerung aktuell 10min läuft, wenn das Licht angeht. Nächste Woche bin ich wieder zuhause, dann überlege ich mir, wie ich das Problem löse, entweder mit einer Zusatzbeleuchtung, einem 3. Netz mit dem ich die G41 noch etwas runterbiege oder beides. Da mein Mitbewohner heute vor Beginn von Blütewoche 3 ebenfalls wegfährt, hat er mir gestern noch die aktuellen Daten der Pflanzen zugeschickt. Daher passt es nicht ganz mit dem Diary, ich denke aber, dass es der beste Kompromiss ist.

No signs of flowering yet, maybe slight formation of calxys beginning. Been spraying with molasses, neem, cal mag and liquid kelp (bioweed) and superthrive just once to hopefully delay flowering to increase yield. P.S. if youre new at growing DO NOT try this unless you know what your doing with hormones etc. Theres a chance it can turn your girls hermie. Just be aware!

Day 74 and there getting chopped today! I thought the harvest was going to be broken into two separate weeks considering the times on the Choco was listed about 7-10 days sooner then the DD (wich was listed at 70 days for flowering) However looking at the tricombs on the Chocolate Marshmallow most pheno didnt start getting amber untill the DDs did as well! A couple DD pheno could have maybe gone a couple more days but we will see! Going for reveg on all the pheno, since i didnt get to take any clones. We will see how it goes!

Its Day 31 the last day of flower all plants are more than ready for 12/12 I will increase the light on the First flower Day to 100% to minimize stretch
