As this is my first grow I'm not too sure what else to comment other than I found it all great fun, worried alot and learned alot. Can't wait for the next harvest

3rd week of flower completed. They got a lollipop cut and a bit defoliation. Besides that I increased the light a bit to 950-1000 umol/m2/s, that’s a DLI of 41-43 mol/day. Nutrients got adjusted a bit. This week was overall a bit more chill because they stopped stretching so hard. I expect still a stretch but it shouldn’t be that much any more. Flowers start to build up more and more and there are already quite a lot of trichomes. At the moment I will push the plant regarding to light and the overall environment. But later on I will go for terp and trichome preservation and will lower the temps. Starting warm and getting colder to the end. Right now I aim for a VPD of 1.5-1.55 kpa. Let’s see how week 4 turns out. Die kleinen stehen jetzt seit 1-2 Tagen im Zelt, bei 20% Licht Leistung (~50W) bei einem Abstand von 50-60cm. Die 3 die ich behalten werde hab ich direkt in den 20L Endtopf gepflanzt, weil ich die Töpfe und das Gewicht mittlerweile relativ gut einschätzen kann. Morgen füll ich die Töpfe noch ganz auf, mir ist leider die Erde ausgegangen. Beim eintopfen hab ich die easy plugs rundherum mit mikorizha bestreut um das wurzelwachstum, sowie die pflanzengesundheit zu fördern. Luftbefeuchter bzw. Entfeuchter werden die Tage noch hinzukommen, allerdings brauch ich erst neue Batterien für mein hygrometer damit das alles passt. Das nächste Update gibts in einer Woche. Werde dann aber toppen um mit einem Scrog das gesamte Zelt und die beiden Netze zu füllen. Lg Limez

week intel: its time to harvest some of plants the ones that is mature enough. indica dominant plants will done first always so we should harvest them first because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. indica dominant plants will get done 1 or 2 weeks sooner than sativa dominant plants that will often takes more than 8 weeks so be aware to harvest them sooner. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

I noticed some white blotches on a few leaves. Oatmeal cookies has no frost. She looking a little light. I think this is week eight and she not looking straight. But other than that don’t look like I’m getting any seeds and the bud looks weak anyway. I guess I didn’t pick a winner after all. Well back to the lab. 😁

Forgot to water these ladies for a couple of days but after a heavy watering and a good feeding they perked right back up. I have 2 flower tents running with sunset sherbet right now. Regardless of wether I think they are ready or not I will be switching them to flower in 3 more weeks. Can’t wait to see how these ladies flower!

June 7th~11th She's coming down. The long way. After so long I've decided it's time, as the trichomes are mostly milky and I'm seeing a varied selection of dark and light amber amidst what few clear are left. Waiting the extra couple of weeks, as so many say, has indeed made all the difference. I won't cut her down quite yet, but I'm going to do some heavy defoliation in preparation. The temperatures here in Spain aren't ideal for curing, I'm worried they'll dry far too quickly. To slow the process down the plan is to taper off the water rather than stop watering completely. Hopefully the plant dries out in a more measured fashion this way, and the dry extends by two or three days. Otherwise, like with a couple of buds I've already cut off (and vaped, holy moly) they'll dry in a matter of hours rather than days. I've also turned the light off completely so the plant doesn't dry out too fast. I wonder if there's any truth to the idea that a couple of nights in the dark fattens the frosting and final terpene potency, but that's not the intention of turning the lights out, more of a potentially happy coincidence. Truthfully I doubt it'll help, but we're here to see what we can for ourselves :):) Fingers crossed as always! July 17th~ She's down! Added a short video and a couple of photos of her hanging to dry. As soon as things have dried out I'll weigh the harvest to see how we've done. As for taste and experience, even without a proper cure the effect and taste is sublime.

02/04 - finally flushing time! - defoliating large dead leaves - flush twice - three times a day for 3 days til 0ppm - letting them dry on the vine for 10 days

So we're going into the 2nd week of flower and everything is looking good and healthy. Definitely ready to see what the flower looks like on this cross. My diary won't be complete in time for the contest but I'm still stoked for this grow.

Fotos del día 53, poco que decir, las altas temperaturas siguen y al menos mantengo la humedad por debajo de 60% y muy buena ventilación, parece que el engorde sigue. Solo queda seguir manteniendo los parámetros lo más controlados posible y seguir engordando los cogollos.
