Week 5 flowering for our gorilla cookies from fastbuds 420! The buds are starting to get fatter day by day, we continue with our food program. This week again we gave sugar shot, sticky fingers, bloom booster, silica, amino and master root all from xpert nutrients. All good at the moment 🤗

Hey now! This week went pretty well, I did notice my EC of my runoff was getting pretty high on day 65, it got up to about 1.9, and my nutrient solution going in was at 1.6. I ended up mixing a bucket of my normal fertilizer, and hand watering all the places my drip ring wasn't really hitting, and i got the EC back down to about 1.7. I also got a tip from MrJones to setup some type of support for the colas. I ended up tying some 550 (parachute) cord across the top of my tent poles, then I ties little loops around the colas with the same soft cord. I then used wire ties to attach the loops to the 550 cord. I also am slowly reducing my EC, as I believe I only have a couple weeks left. I am also going to be switching from Liquid KoolBloom to Dry KoolBloom at some point later in week 10. If anyone has any experience on the correct timing of this switch to ripening formula, please hit me up! I am still struggling a bit with heat and humidity, and am considering buying another dehumidifier for my next grow. As always, Thank you to everyone for all of your encouragement, support and tips!! Only fed twice this week, lots of drying back for the roots to rebound. Really trying to force that dense root ball to develop before flowering. Lots of heavy growth coupled with heavy defoliation and LST for the mainline. Growth looks like its getting back on track!

This week is going great. Buds are becoming dense, pretty sure by the end of the week I’m gonna have to add a few bamboo sticks for support. The smell has definitely increased tri comb development has gone crazy new amber ones has already started forming and by the end of the week I’ll look at tri comb development again to see if more has gotten cloudy or amber as I will start to flush when I see 70% amber

Listen, when things are going great it feels weird! I'm following my feed chart and watching these beauties unfold! They are starting to smell rich and sparkles are starting to show!!!! I always fret over my babies but really they seem to be killing the game right now! Stay tuned....... Update - 4th July 2021 Just still flushing away. The colours that are coming out are crazy. I have edited some pics but not videos and the videos dont really pick up the colour. Its strange that it started completely green and then went darker and darker until it reached purple buds covered in trichomes. I am planning on harvesting both this plant and the purple punch today or tomorrow depending on when i can be bothered lol Tbh, its not hard because i dry trim so it's just a case of plucking off the fan leaves and hanging it in different branches.

Plants are longer so the temp is higher. Everything else is the same
