Lava Cake , I had to grow it because from what I hear people say Lava Cake isn’t all that. I actually like it. We did my girl and I smoke test it . lol said make her horny smh 🤦🏾‍♂️ not only that I got female growmies saying Lava Cake her favorite strain. Sweet and earthy .

Day 106, 17th of November 2020: We need to say goodbye to her very soon. The judgement is harvest. Time has come and she is old enough to be cut. I have checked trichomes all good some days darkness and no more water also and she will be just outside on the table for some days. Really nice little plant not strong smell. I really wanna try the smoke the ratio 1:1 CBD:THC and only 7.5% CBD and 7.5% THC haha :)

Was such a pleasant harvest from start to finish, no issues at all. A tip for next time would be to have the SCRoG lower as I couldn’t really tuck any node sights this time round, smells absofuckinglutely amazing from 3RD week bloom onwards!

Colas are stacking, trichomes are piling on. This plant is doing over time with the bloom production. Just explosive through all phases. A real strong and hardy genetic all around. Shes got a nice sea of buds brewing up in her 2x2. Fucking sweet. I treated her with Dr zhymes as one of her last preventative sprays. With her explosive massively productive growth comes hunger. She has developed minor pk deficiencies. As I said last week I was upping the feed end of last grow week. Which I did... but it seems it was a touch late for her likeing. When the day to increase came she had minor signs already showing. With her next usual straight water I will also be adding a touch of the pk booster. Getting close to the finish line to be chasing deficiencies... but should be able to ammend the light hunger lol. We shall see. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Very little to work around those beauties. The smell is so delicious already. They smells like sweet berries. Buds are loaded with trichomes, very sticky and hard as rocks especially on Athena. Trichomes are mainly clear and some parts milky. Absolutely love power of LST and how it worked on this strain. If you won't look under net it's almost impossible to see which cola belongs to main stem. Week 11 Dec 25 - Dec 31 Dec 25-26 Joyful observation Dec 27 Selective defoliation and First watering for this week. Nutes adjusted, almost 8ltr between both. Runoffs PH on both at 6.2. I am finding this PH level for this strain as perfect. Girls are looking super healthy and drinking they mixture like crazy. Dec 28-30 All is going smoothly. I can see more and more weight each day. Dec 31 Secomd watering foe this week. 8 ltr beetwen both. It's the last day of this week and also end of 2023!! no doubt i overdid it with too much veg nutes too late and let it dry out.. back right corner of tent is a pain in the ass.. it didnt fade like the other bb and had the start of thrips munching away. if anything prob not bruces full potential... oh and given i deshelled it, it seems to have had an effect, took long to come out, wasnt so vigorous, wanted to flower real quick.. i didnt use as much soil in this pot it seems. owing to it being short i had to keep raising the canopy height, then i stuck a screen on top. one central mass of buds looked like it had grown in the dark. definitely needs to be pruned properly to allow light everywhere if you wanna keep small.

For germination I like to soak my seed in a glass of water for 24hrs. Then I move it to a slightly moist paper towel and place it in a sealed container placed on a heat mat or warm surface for 24hrs. I'm using KIS ORGANICS Biochar Soil blend which is water only. I'll topdress with worm castings and the KIS Organics Nutrient Pack. I also have some Build a Soil craft blend and build a flower so I may switch that up when the time come. I'll update on what I decide regardless. ✌️🏼

The plants have officially started flowering and are looking strong and healthy! 🌸 Unfortunately, I ran into a nutrient lockout in the soil, so I flushed each pot with about 20L of pH-adjusted tap water. This brought the runoff PPM down from around 2000 to about 900. For this next watering, I’ll be giving only plain water and checking the runoff again. Based on the readings, I’ll decide whether to resume nutrients on the following watering—and if so, whether to start with a half dose or go back to a full dose. So far, the plants seem to be handling everything perfectly, and I’m excited to see how they develop through bloom. 🌱💪

So I posted a update on the previous week of how the Big Bang wasn’t looking so good…Well She really continued to show signs of distress as time went on, the plant wasn’t drinking anymore, was yellowing and dropping leaves. I repotted it yesterday because when stuck my finger in😉 I got a pretty bad Oder from her, the roots didn’t look too bad but I’m no gardener (yet) I rinse them down and placed her in some fresh soil with a little extra earthworm castings mixed in. I was thinking about chopping her and just using it for a tea or something but I can’t bring myself to do it, especially since I know there isn’t any any pest or infection(because it hasn’t effected the crystal candy which it is in every close proximity to)🤷‍♂️🏾 I’m rambling now but if anyone has any suggestions I’m all ears…Well eyes, and open to criticism. The plants have had a considerable growth spurt, and some roots are starting to show on the surface of the soil. I’ve added Cal-Mag since the soil is low in nutrients and the water in my area has a low EC . I performed a defoliation of the first three nodes. Some of the branches are starting to take on a slight purple hue. I’m switching to a 12/12 light cycle now.
