So these girls are now 11 weeks old, and they are well through their flowering now. Buds are starting to swell and mature (for Red Devil and Pineapple Express more than Misty Mack), and their smells are pretty powerful. The end is approaching, and as a guideline my plan is to harvest Pineapple Express @ 13 weeks Red Devil @ 14 weeks Misty Mack @ 15.5 weeks So that means Pineapple Express' two week flush begins today.

I have a huge smile on my face because I’m getting closer and closer each day to smoking my own cannabis. Never buying weed again. Still on one tent but by this time next year the plan is to have a veg room and a flower room. Anyways. This past week has been great for the plants. Taking water nicely. All plants flowering nicely from what I can tell. Nothing looks odd. No insect or bacteria issues. Knock on weed... hope I didn’t jinx myself. I’m adding a dehumidifier and should be in by next weeks post. From what I read is if they get too wet and moist the plants can develop mildew or mold and fungus and also it says that after a rain or watering you want the pores of the leaves to open back up and if it’s too wet they never open and stop producing. Sounds good to me. Also. Got a new phone. First one in a long while and I made a short vid.

Day 28 folks. I fuckin tripped liked a dumbass and broke a bunch of branches off the frosted apricots in the 4x8, kept an eye on it and it popped out some nanners so I had to take it down. Hoping I got it out im time before it pollinated anything but not positive. It's always somethin. Broke a head nug off the platinum silk too but havnt found any dix on her so that one might be aight. The leaf strip with the trellis is just no Bueno. Might try a different method next run where u strip everything below the first node on day 7 of flower and then a quick pluck down the line so I dont have to do matrix shit thru the nets like Neo dodgin bullets. The one that survived was only inside a 2 litre, unfortunately, so didn't produce no where near as bud as I would've liked to. It's definitely not stable from 2/3 hermies, no issues with the other strains I had going alongside these.

Day 43 (Second Grow, Flowering Phase): Hey everyone! We’re well into day 43 of our second grow and deep into the flowering phase. 🌸 The transition has been amazing to witness, with our plants showing significant bud development. The plants are producing beautiful, dense buds, and it’s incredible to see the daily changes and the rapid development. We’ve been maintaining the humidity between 50-60%, but we’re keeping a close eye on it to prevent any issues. We’re considering whether to get a dehumidifier to bring it down to the ideal 40-50%. The SCROG net continues to work wonders, ensuring even light distribution and supporting the heavy buds. Our Timor shield mantis is still patrolling the garden, keeping pests at bay naturally. She’s become quite the guardian! The plants are looking healthy and vibrant. We're excited to see how they continue to develop over the coming weeks. Any tips or advice for optimizing this stage? WEEK 8 🌻 Seeing really good bud development again over the last week. Both strains are showing a majority of cloudy trichomes with some amber ones starting to appear so I decided to give them there final feed at start of the week and then their first flush 6 days later using only ph’d water and some cannazym. Defoliating and using sticks again to get as much light to the lower buds as possible. Lights out for 48 hours hopefully some stage next week. 🤞🏻☺️✌️

Everything's going well. They have been feed Alaskan fish fertilizer 5-1-1 through veg. I couldn't find it on the nute list so now you know. The fim did not work. At least that's what I think. I guess we will see. ☮️

Day 77-84 (April 17th-24th) (Day 78) I honestly cant believe I’ve been vegging this long. The growth for almost 80 days of veg is laughable. I’ve compiled a little list of what has gone wrong so far. - I added too much glacial moraine which made the soil too water retentive - I’ve been foliar feeding too much kelp - I gave too many bloom nutrients for a plant in veg - EDIT: DID NOT WATER ENOUGH AT ONCE The plants have been drooping like crazy this past week and I’m going to try watering in a full gallon per plant. I first thought it was from the medium not drying out enough, soil compaction ect. and I’m sure those are definitely areas where my soil mix could improve but the bottom of the container is pretty damn dry. I could actually be under watering despite soaking the top with 500ml a day. I’m going to sit the pots on some plastic sheeting so they don’t evaporate as much from the bottom and water in a full gallon each making sure I get some runoff. I was going to wait until I get my air pump but fuck it, it’s coming tomorrow afternoon. The pots are so big that they’re not fully wetting to the bottom even with a gallon. I’m going to try to water in a gallon every 4 days while keeping the top soil moist with the sprayer. In hindsight 6 plants in 5-7 gallon pots would be the most ideal. (Day 79) Holy fuck did a full gallon watering make a difference. I should have been doing this the whole time. All 4 plants are praying and stretching upward like crazy. They just look more vigorous and happy within a day. I bet they will be even happier with that supplemental air. If things stay this smooth I should be able to flip around day 84, possibly earlier. Got my air pump in the mail today. This is kind of a shot in the dark so hopefully it works. It’s super loud and vibrates like crazy. First I’m going to try running it 24/7 and see if there is any improvement over the next few days. If it does work, I’ll try running it on my humidity controller so it’s not constantly humming and will only turn on when the humidity is high. I’m going to turn the night time temps down to 70f to prevent root problems now that I’m watering much bigger amounts less frequently and it’s getting warmer during the day. (Day 81/Day 1F) Ever since I’ve been watering in the proper amounts I have seen an absolute explosion in growth. I’ve decided to flip today, now that I’m confident my soil mix isn’t completely fucked. I might run into some N/mg problems during the stretch so I will make sure to give a final foliar feeding around the end of week 1. (Day 3F) So I’m literally seeing dwc growth rates now. Plants have grown more in the last 5 days than the last 3 weeks. If I had stayed at this pace of growth since day 1, I would have an 8 foot tall plant or I would be halfway through flower already. Oh well. Good learning experience. *grits teeth* I’m going to put up the second layer of trellis before these girls stretch out of control. Bbb#3 is seriously stretchy and will likely more than double in size in the next 2 weeks. The other 4 are all quite stout and bushy. I’m giving a light, preemptive defoliation each day and picking off some of the lower sucker branches. I will do a full strip around day 21F.

BOOMING. Have had an unusual amount of thrips and noticed a few Katydid nymphs on Tuesday (7/22), so I hit everything with 1.5tsp Neem Oil and 1 tsp of Dr Brommers soap in a 1 qt sprayer. I also decided to do my only planned dusting of Diatomaceous Earth. Executed that on Wednesday, 7/23, and also top dressed with DE to attack larvae. Thursday 7/24 Mixed up first batch of flowering top dressing. I put it into a 55 gal garbage can and watered it to get the cooking process started. Will only let it go for a week or so and then will top dress the girls.
