They have continued to grow well and since removing the sick dr jack outside the tent this has allowed space for me to try and tie down the larger overstretched plant. So far the LST methods have seemed to be working out well too giving a lot more nodes access to light. Still not quite sure what was wrong with the dr jack but there is some small new growth and there are no markings on the leafs.

Just sprinkle on as top dress,, not part of weekly feed, I use it 2/3week then again mid flower 5 days after start of week 3 and a good growth in that period since slight increase in nutrients and charge

*********************************************************************************************************** START OF WEEK The Hawaiian Lion (right) and Tricho Jordan (left) are the two plants that dominate the face-on tent photos, and for good reason. Each of those plants is twice the mass of either Chimera. The HL is superior in bud sites, resin, and terp intensity, but the Tricho and the good Chimera #3 are both not too far off in resin production and aroma profiles. The weird runt is frosting up too, so we're looking at getting something unique and quality from each. That is, if I don't muck this up. I fed last night, and as part of that process, I mix my nutrients in a four gallon batch at a double(ish) strength. I then add that to my reservoir, which is shut off at that time. This allows me to work in the res, to both get the ppms right and the ph within range. I just use plain water to level off the ppms and then I adjust for ph. What I didn't do last night is TURN back on the flow of water from the reservoir. However, you wouldn't have guessed it from how the plants woke up today (see first image). I normally check the bases of each plant daily, and in doing so today, I noticed that one felt slight dry. All tanks were empty, but all plant bases were somewhere between wet to moist. This is how I spot check, and it's worked in the past. This isn't the first time these tanks have had a catastrophic issue leading to an unexpected no flow sitch. There's a filter that sits between the reservoir tank and the primary feed line. That has unexpectedly clogged on me in the past, but with no deleterious effect to the grow. That was caught within a day as well by testing the plant bases. I don't blame autopot for either event. Obviously, last night I was a baked potato and just forgot a step. The clog is because I use yucca in my mix, which is an organic material that over time in the reservoir leads to build up. I'm afraid to introduce hydrogen peroxide into the set-up, so I'm just maintaining my reservoir by cleaning it fully every other week for now. I don't want to kill off the bacteria in the environment. I'm also using some fungus, too, so I'd rather promote coexistence of a microbiome than serialize it, especially considering the plants seem to be on pace. **************************************************************************************************************************************************************** END OF WEEK Shit! I've got a herm. I've found four nanner clusters this week, all on the lower third-ish of the Hawaiian Lion. Someone, thankfully, spotted it in the purple flower pics. Turns out, while super fun to look at, those sweet violet flowers turned into harbingers of mother fucking doooooommm. I've never seen this before. I guess I've been fortunate, but I've also never had a camera this capable before either. I had no idea how small these pee pee's were. I guess I was expecting girth, but shame on me for not knowing. I rapidly learned as much as I could over the last two days, and I've come to the conclusion that I may or may not be screwed. The consensus on my situation ranges from either burn my tent down to thank ja for the blessings of feminized seeds. We're riding this baby out. I think I have fifteen to twenty days left and I think these little nanners might have been in action for ten days, hopefully less. I don't know what kind of damage will be done in that time, but honestly, I'm not too worried. While disappointing, my use case is a personal supply of bubble hash and flower rosin. If it's seedy, I'll wash most of it. I don't know what caused it, but I'm thinking a light leak or genetics. The environment is dialed and that plant hasn't shown one sign of anything less than vigor throughout. The spots that developed the purple flowers (lower bottom half to bottom quarter) are all in the vicinity of where I found the herms (four locations) and these locations are close to the edge of the tent along the zipper. I'm vigilant about keeping my tent and grow space in order, but a light leak can't be ruled out. I'll have to test that after the harvest. The herm flowers are minuscule and I'm surprised I found them. The camera was a great tool in this case. I sprayed the areas that I removed the nanners and then dried it, but for what it's worth, I think the damage was already done. That water bit felt more like ritual, but I'm still feeling optimistic that I'm not totally hosed.

Harvest day 67 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. First of all I would like to compliment Green House for this genetics. Unfortunately, the rating system at Growdiaries is a bit strange because I have to give the stars before the Smoke Report and in the end it might have led to more stars in terms of taste. The growth was great from start to finish. She had no problems at all and also had no problems with animals 👍. I'm amazed at the great smell the beautiful buds give off😀. Of course I cut cuttings and if the taste is as good as the smell it will be grown again ☺️. A final report comes with the Smoke Report. At the start of Week 4, Purple Punch entered a more active vegetative phase. The plant measures around 11 cm and shows healthy, vibrant green growth with no visible deficiencies. Internode spacing remains tight, indicating good light intensity and stable conditions. This week marks the beginning of structured training. Topping, LST, main-lining, and light defoliation were introduced to shape the plant early and encourage even canopy development. The plant responded well so far, with no signs of stress after the initial training. Feeding is based on a coco setup with balanced nutrients and root support, maintaining a pH of ~5.9 to optimize uptake. Environmental conditions remain stable, supporting recovery and continued growth.

So... It's that time again, I was planning on keeping her going for another 11 days but the trichomes are telling me differently, they are around 10% amber, with 70% cloudy and 20% clear. Personally, I like slightly speedy highs, and not such a fan of couch lock. So, she will be chopped in 4 days time (D121 - F74). I have cut back the nutrients, water is around 500ppm now, leaves on the top of the canopy are yellowing. The pistols have turned a pinky brown, and there is a real difference in smell these past few days, proper heavy dank smell. I will be swapping out the water for a final flush on D118 - F71. She will be in the dark for for the last 48 hours and temps will stay at 16ºc. She will be wet trimmed, a cola at a time, and then hung in my grow room in the dark at 55% RH and approx 14 - 16ºc. I will post one last flowering week once she is hung up in 6 days time or so, and then will post harvest details once she's dry enough to go into jars. Happy growing all!

Trying to be more hands-off. So far this week all is well. Gave each plant about a quart of plain distilled water this weekend. Looked good all week, but by mid-day Thursday, they were drooping quite a bit. So today (Thurs.) I gave them a thorough watering with nutrients. Great news, little Cheecha is officially 2 inches taller than Chonga!

Welcome, plant enthusiasts and accidental garden comedians, to the whimsical tale of Week 9 in my botanical circus! This week was a leafy spectacular, with more drama than a soap opera and more twists than a contortionist at a leafy circus. First in the spotlight is the topping extravaganza – imagine my plants auditioning for a leafy talent show, and voila! One of the ladies went above and beyond, not with one or two, but three tops! It's like my garden is hosting its own version of "America's Got Leafs," and the contestants are aiming for a standing ovation from the tiny plant audience. Now, onto the nutrient boost – it's like my plants discovered a secret stash of leafy steroids. They're devouring those nutrients like they stumbled upon an all-you-can-eat salad bar. If my garden had a Yelp page, it would probably say, "Five stars for the gourmet buffet – would photosynthesize again!" But with great growth comes great thirst, or so my diva plants declare. I can practically hear them demanding water with the urgency of a plant water-seeking missile. "Hydrate us, human! We're not just thirsty; we're in a botanical drought crisis!" And now, the grand revelation – last week's leafy fashion faux pas was all thanks to a faulty pH pen. The plants probably threw a mini leaf party when I introduced the new pH pen, complete with tiny leaf confetti. They're like, "Finally, accurate pH readings – no more plant tie-dye nightmares!" In a twist of fate, I had to embark on a plant-less journey for a few days. So, like a responsible plant parent on a comedy tour, I decided to water a bit earlier and a bit more before my departure. And lo and behold, the plants loved it! It's like they threw me a farewell bash, chanting "Water, water, party, party!" in their own leafy language. The early topping and Leafy Synchronized Training (LST) maneuvers have clearly paid off. My plants are now strutting their stuff like runway models in a botanical fashion show. I picture them doing the leafy version of the cha-cha. So, Week 9 has been a laugh-out-loud masterpiece – from topping triumphs to nutrient raves, from hydration demands to pH pen dramas. As I return to my green kingdom, I can't help but feel like a plant ringmaster who has navigated the garden circus with flair. After some adjustments needed due to the heat of the lamp, I was able to stabilize my tent temperature to under 26c. I had to move the light to 2 ft away dimmer at 80% as the tips of new leaves shooting up fast and showing light burns. Mysoil PH climbed to 7.5 so I adjusted ph using big bud by advanced nutrients which drops my solution to 6. This will work for the time being. I've opened up the tent to allow air to flow more freely from the room as the outside air being pulled in had less than 400ppm after some careful measurements. This lead to drops down to 330ppm. I have since closed the vent. Opening up the tent increased co2 levels by 2-3 times. I overkilled fan department added a 16 inch oscillating fan. In the morning it has a strong smell before lights on.

Just into 4 weeks flower . Increase bloom. Stop using grow .
