Week 5 Veg Report: Croco Mutants A Quick Recap: The journey with my Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco girls has been a ride full of unique beauty and challenges. Here’s a quick look back at our progress: Week 1 (Germination): Using TheCannaKan, the seeds sprouted quickly in a controlled environment. They were then moved to Root Riots with nutrients from Aptus Holland, setting the stage for healthy development. Week 2: The first set of funky leaves began to emerge, showcasing the distinct and peculiar traits that make these mutants so special. Feeding started with Aptus Regulator, Startbooster, CalMag Boost, and All-in-One Liquid—a well-rounded blend to support their growth. Week 3: These funky beauties continued to amaze, displaying different leaf structures and growth patterns. The environment remained stable, and photos with my Nikon and Sony cameras captured their vibrant essence. Week 4: A dip in temperatures brought on slower growth, but the girls adapted well. Organic Aptus All-in-One Pellets were introduced into the soil mix for consistent nutrition, while bottom watering started to combat gnats. Week 5: Slow Growth, Unique Beauty This week has been all about patience, observation, and admiration. The mutants are growing at their own pace, but each plant’s unique beauty and dark green vibrance make it worth the wait. Environmental Update: Temperature: The cold has settled in further, with daytime temps at 18°C and nighttime dropping to 14°C. While slower growth is expected in these conditions, the plants are adapting and maintaining their health. Humidity: RH remains stable at 65%, providing just enough moisture to support their development without creating excess stress. Feeding & Watering: The same Aptus Holland nutrient solution is being used this week: Regulator (0.15 ml/L): Strengthens cell walls, helping the plants adapt to colder conditions and maintain their vigor. CalMag Boost (0.25 ml/L): Supplies essential calcium and magnesium for strong, healthy foliage. Startbooster (0.25 ml/L): Encourages root development and early-stage robustness. All-in-One Pellets : A complete nutrient solution providing the base nutrition these girls need already in the soil. Additionally, I’m continuing with bottom watering, where the trays are filled to let the soil absorb water passively. This has been effective in keeping gnats at bay, especially when combined with yellow sticky traps. Bottom watering also encourages the roots to grow downward, seeking moisture and building a stronger foundation. Growth Observations: Each plant remains a unique masterpiece: Leaves: The diversity of shapes, sizes, and structures is remarkable. From jagged edges to rounded tips, every plant tells its own story. Color: The deep, dark green is a testament to their health and the effectiveness of the Aptus feeding regimen. Despite slower growth, they’re thriving in their own way. Cloning or Flipping to 12/12: I’ve been debating whether to: Flip to 12/12 for a week to induce pre-flowering and identify males and females, or Take clones when they’re large enough and flip the clones instead. Each approach has its benefits: Flipping the plants: Speeds up the process of sex identification but temporarily halts vegetative growth. Cloning and flipping the clones: Preserves the original plants in veg while testing the clones for sex. This method is more time-consuming but allows the mother plants to continue growing. I’m leaning toward cloning when the plants reach the right size, as it seems the most practical for maintaining momentum with these unique mutants. Photography Update: This week, I brought out my Nikon and Sony cameras again, using different lenses to capture the intricate details of the plants. From close-ups of water droplets creating reflections to stunning macros of leaf textures, the results truly showcase their beauty. Why Use a Camera Over a Phone? Lens Flexibility: With interchangeable lenses, I can adjust for macro shots, wide angles, or depth of field, something even the best phone cameras can’t fully replicate. 📋 Comments Lemon cherry gelato by MNSL Is a good plant to grow. She has produced some nice flowers and is a very forgiving plant. 📋 Data Seed to havest=113 days. Veg time=35 days. Flower time=78 days. Wet weight=917g Dry weight=104g 📋 Smoke report After 11 days of drying i trimmed half the plant (trim jail) and finished trimming the day after, it. Not the easiest to trim and not as dense buds as the other plant in the grow but damn this lemon cherry gelato is absolutely dripping with trichomes and has a really fruity smell. There is a decent amount of trim to run some bubble hash. This is an excellent smoke, quiet sweet with citrus/lemon and slight cherry or fruity taste to it. Quiet strong maybe 25%THC. 📋Grow stats for GDG 22 #1 Lemon cherry gelato=104g #2 Zoap=79g Total=183g Lights on. 20hrs×7days=140hrs 18hrs×33days=594hrs 12hrs×78days=936hrs Total hours=1670hrs Light power=211.09Kw Rad power=415.73Kw Extractor=43.5Kw 4 gang=56.62Kw Top fan=27.82 Total electricity=754.76KW Electricity cost @£0.25/Kw=£188.69 Average light power a day=1.78Kw Average watt per hour=106w g/watt=(183÷106)=1.72g/w £/g=£1.03/g 📋Final word. Considering how cold it's been i have managed to get a decent VPD throughout the grow, I'd go as far to say the extra money spent on electricity was definitely worth it. I didn't run into any major problems and the Plagron nutes were excellent, I'm thinking these are going to be my goto from now on. I combined the trim from both plants to make a hash run and managed 14g of hash. That takes my total to 197g for the grow. Very happy. Back soon. Since joining growdiaries I’ve seen that 420 Fastbuds are one of the (if not) the most notorious genetics on here.. so I’ve got my hands on some Fastberry seeds (which with the promotion I got one free!!) I’ve been very bored with the kind of weed I have been smoking recently the taste of the buds aren’t too great so I’m very excited to give this strain a try with the promise of berry flavoured weed!!! Happy growing! Mon 8th March - after a few days of being in a damp paper towel stored in a dark warm place she’s popped a little tap root. I will leave until tomorrow then I’ll plant her directly into her final 3 gallon pot. 🍁 Tue 9th March - Placed into her final pot gave her a little water and placed dome over her until she pops.

04/09 - Started minor defoliation. Shes getting too bushy and blocking bud sites and causing moisture spots. Will remove a couple of leaves every other day for the next week. 05/09 - Full res change. Realised I mucked up the ratio. Went 35ml Micro, 25ml grow, (Shouldve been the other way around, so added an extra 10ml grow), 15ml Bloom and 15ml Silica. EC 1.4, PH 5.7. Will keep an eye on her and add some additional grow if she does alright. 06/09 - Minor defoliation. Removed about 12 leaves total so far. LST to spread the canopy a little more. PH stable at 5.8, EC at 1.4, Water level dropping. Seems to be stretching and pistils have begun to form! Responding well to the uptick in nutes from the res change. 07/09 - Leaf tucking, LST and took a leaf or two. Shes getting her stretch on for sure. PH stable at 5.8, EC stable at 1.4. Water level still dropping. 09/09 - After much deliberation, I ended up going for a fairly heavy defoliation session and am now going to leave her the hell alone until at least mid flower. I removed a large chunk of shaded leaves and bud sites and effectively ended up lollipopping her. I also removed all the old LST, and added a couple to pull leaves out of the way. The canopy remains largely unchanged, but shes much more airy now, and Im seeing far fewer damp spots where leaf perspiration has occured. Now to see if I can keep my hands off for a few weeks!

This week I top all 8 Green Poison ( 4dwc and 4 coco ) clones. They look healthy and happy and few days later I already start to low stress training (LST) them.

Second week flushing and harvest @8,5 weeks flowering. (82 cm - 102 cm) 90 cm Lovely fruity smell.

9.30 - I build a little fermenting CO2 generator this week, mostly for shits since I'm not going to seal the tent up. Otherwise things are going as expected. Noticed a really big change in bud structure and how they are densing up. Really enjoying the show and the change in colors and pistil behavior. Got her propped up to increase circulation and get a better idea of when she needs water. 10.1 - Just documenting the bud evolution for fun :) 10.4 - Whatchu guys think of my rescue marijuana plant!? Not bad, huh?! 10.6 - Plant grew some new whites and oranges and buds are bigger 10.7 - changing every day. What a wonderful thing

well well well, weed masters. here we are !!!! ..... we have come to the end of another fantastic experience !!! I begin by telling you that I just broke my single plant crop record ... grown outside for all its vegetation and then integrated into a very small tent of just 80 centimeters, in the company of 4 other plants! fantastic reaction to every stress ... he pulled up on his way like a fucking tractor and at the end of the race he was able to satisfy me decently determining the right balance between quality and quantity .... I will definitely try other great beans from this serious company

Week 8 underway! Watered on 01/04 with 1.5L 5.8PH 1.8 EC, 5ml/L Terra Grow and 1ml/L Green Sensation. They looking good and are mostly on a water-every-2-days schedule. Really couldnt be happier with plagron at the moment. 1 Bottle until recently and they look and grow dandy in their 5L Pots. Added Green Sensation but im sure it will be equally good. Great bang for your buck so far! One BPP is purpling like crazy, one LCC is getting colorful. The other ones each look pretty standard, but healthy and fat nonetheless! watered on 03/04, 1.5L, 5.8 PH, 1.8 EC watered on 06/04, 1.5L, 5.8 PH, 1.8 EC end of week 8!

Everything is fine and they doing awesome They are in week 6/7 ish and some start to fade nicely. It’s hard to tell exactly when week1 started. I saw some pests(spider mites& caterpillar)attack one some leaves and remove those and hopefully mites don’t spreading to much.because spider mites love hot long days and low humidity and the days getting shorter and cooler day by day. I check them every 30 minutes to make sure everything is fine:)

Вот и пришло время прощатся с нашей девочкой "PIZDETS TITANIKU" от MUTANT SEEDS но время пришло для этого она и росла , росла чтобы порадовать и выросла красивой , мощной , вкусной , сильной . Это девочка отправляет в нокаут . На весах будет прилично , через неделю выставим вес и фото шишек .

day 71 she is putting on weight even with all the burned leaves I believe Jeff123fish is right about the soil being toxic - the run off had about 1000ppms but the pH was good and I think the light distance was a little close and just accelerated the already damaged leaves. I flushed and raised the lights some. She smells like skittles and I think she will pull thru just fine.

Ladys growing really well. Only what issue i have its some of them are taller And smaller, other than that they looking fantastic ✌️
