ZigkGrow is back in the game😎 Hello to everyone guys. I hope everyone has been growing epic buds since the day I finished my first diary. My first diary went pretty cool. I enjoyed a lot but knowing myself I knew that I had to learn more about growing cannabis to achieve higher levels and be okay with myself. So Zigk after many hours of researching, smoking and having fun came up to this day with this diary. Hope everything goes well and what I've learned will bear fruit in this grow (literally😅) Let's talk a little bit about my setup and the flashy "Automatic-Watering System" to shed some light in the tunnel. I bought a tent 0.40x0.40x1.40cm so we are pretty tight here but I am hoping for a "one and good" plant. I am going to use for lighting the led panel from Spiderfarmer SF-1000, big upgrade compared to the 250w CFL I had back then. I will be using coco coir in a 6lt airpot with high fertigation and a RTW/DTW hydroponic system. I've also got some pretty good meters. HM Digital PH-200 for pH and HM Digital COM-100 for EC. There is also a humidifier and a carbon filter from Airontek with a VKO 105m3/h exhaust fan. So how does the Automatic-Watering System works and how do I achieve high fertigation with that : There is a reservoir (blue box in my case) out of the tent where I keep my nutes mixed with water. Inside the reservoir is an airstone that provides oxygen and a submersible water pump connected to the pipe. The water pump plug is connected to a timer which I set when to run and for how much time. When the pump is on is sending nutes to my plant and I can control the flow of it with a valve. Practically I dont have to water by hand and I can achieve high fertigation which means watering with nutes many times a day. My plan is to water 5 times a day. Now is the time for the big question. Will this work and give me higher and better yields? I am not going to explain the science behind this theory because I want to keep the diary clean and talking about this would need many rows of words. You can search it on internet tho and find many articles. I am not capable of answering with confidence now and we will only be sure by watching the results. So let the time show us and have fun!😄

Day 66 : The lady seems to be stabilized with the burns , so i started some juices to her water in order to help her with fattening. Hope to wake her a bit and produce some terpenes. Edit Day 70 : I increased again juices to 3ml / L. Also added 1ml / L CalMag. She started to turn purple.

Can see the clear difference between plant types. Hulkberry going that typical dark purple green colour which is hard to specifically identify but comes through with a great hue! Smells EXACTLY like berries. Skunks infamous smell is really coming out. Nice!

Week 9 concluded with great progress and minor issues! She continues to stack on inflorescence and is frosting up nicely in the heat of the summer sun here. There hasn't been rain here for some time and the days are well into the 90's Fahrenheit. She spends most of the day outside and still comes into to bask in the 400W HPS while it's dark out. I try to give her a 4 hour lights-out immediately after bringing her inside for the day. I'm seeing leafhopper damage here and there but inspections haven't turned up any culprits recently. I saw them daily back in the spring when she was in veg but they seem to have moved on. I've ordered some spinosad soap in case they continue to damage the plant. As always, I overfed N during flower and she's clawing up a bit on me. Since then, I've been hitting her with plain water only to try and flush out some of the excess. Following manufacturer recommendations for nutrients always seems to bite me. Especially since all say not to stop with Grow, Part A, etc.. once flower begins. Clearly, I'll need to dial back the amount in the future. She seems to be progressing nicely in spite of these few issues though and overall I'm very happy with the genetics Dinafem has lovingly created. Her reaction to repotting was a testament to her robust genetics; however, this serves as a learning curve. From now on, our auto-flowering beauties will start life in their forever homes, eliminating any undue stress in their crucial growth phases. Meanwhile, Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrids #2 and #3, though they've faded beautifully, suggest that an additional week could have further honed their splendor. It's a subtle reminder that each plant scripts its own path to maturity, some etching their tales with swift, vibrant strokes, others preferring a leisurely pace to full bloom. With heartfelt gratitude, we extend our thanks to Zamnesia and especially Patricia for the exceptional seeds that have graced our tent. These final snapshots capture the last living moments of these plants before they transitioned to the drying tent, a rite of passage into their next phase of existence. The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #5 Plants are doing well, there’s not much to do except to let them grow. Roots are filling the pots, I might transplant them in their final pots (18l) during next week. The Mars-Hydro SP250 has done a very good job during these 5 weeks. The plants need more space to grow, I will have to switch on the HID next week to give some more light coverage. Giving them a light feed during the week using Cellmax BIO 8-2-2 (not listed) and not Organic Grow ☝️ In my quest for plants science I have found something interesting about the Dr Cleve Backster 😊 but apparently controlled experiments that have attempted to replicate Backster's findings have failed... weird isn’t it ? 😳 (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

She is getting fat! What a great plant she is - again, little to no deficiencies, other than some light burn but I could not complain to have such strong genetics for my first ever grow! Trichomes are not too cloudy, so still a while to go but what an AUTO!

Tips got a lil burned trying to use rock resinator, never again

An excellent start with these RQS F1 is the first experience with this type of automatic seeds. One of the 3 Apollo has demonstrated that strong vigor typical of those seeds that have an extra gear, faster than all to develop with the same germination. Good start also for milkyway

Not actually sure if end of week 5, I will check at some point maybe :P Removed 3 Hermies, will check think 1 wasn't random/"?". Pinched tops of pretty much all plants. Chopped the males up a bit, probably just remove them soon anyways, but some super early pollination would be okay I rate. Maybe try grow like, a carrot, pumpkin, between or where I removed males. Guess today I feed a lil bit and water well otherwise. About 700ml per plant now.

The last week went great. This time I didn’t mess anything up, haha. #1 is already pretty ripe... I’ll probably wait until the weekend, maybe a few extra days. #2 is also ripening nicely, no complaints there. Sour Stompers are really great strains, just super fun to grow.
