Sorry I have been slacking on this diary, the plants look great. The 3WOK OG is nice and big with plenty of bud sights

Plants are growing! But so is my mold problem I recently got a hygrometer and noticed that my humidity was ranging from 64-70 percent which I realize is too high and maybe that is where my mold is coming From im starting to see it coming from the drain holes on the bottom of my pot. I’m going to get a dehumidifier and see how that works. Also I attempted lst to both plants . The doc og is a week older and definitely bigger than the apples and bananas but but are coming along nicely.

I got busy and missed my week 2 of flower update. But here’s week three. This strain has been putting in work. The stretch is decent and I feel like they still have a little more stretch in them. I did a little leaf stripping but planning on doing a lot more in the next day or so. There is a decent amount of tops coming through the first layer of trellis. I’ll keep the girls happy and hopefully she’ll make me happy on harvest day. All in all no complaints about this strain as of yet.

I experimented with this as it was a free seed and I wanted to see what would happen if I removed any additional nodes and just kept focus on the man node/ cola. She weighed in a solid ounce dry maybe less give or take a few days of curing/ drying. Smoked really nice and packed a punch which kinda made me regret using this beautiful strain in my experiment as I would have loved more from her but at the same time she taught me a lot with regards to nutrient levels and how plants react depending on which way they're trained or defoliated which has really helped me with future grows so for that I will certainly be running this strain again! Weekly Update on the Runtz 🌱 Hey everyone! Just wanted to share how the Runtz is coming along. She's thriving under the care of the Plagron nutrients 🌿, reacting beautifully to every feed. To manage that, I’m planning to enforce some solid training techniques to keep her short and wide, just the way I like it 💪✨. This new week started better as with some flushes I brought the runoff back to 6.5/7, the plant seems to be growing well

It too longer than usual. Maybe one extra week. The smell after trimming was amazing. Like pine and cotton candy. I think it was the Canna Boost. Amazing smell. This was my first DWC grow and plan to continue using this method.

Week 15 started 7-03-2022 July 4th Update Cleaned our rez and made water at 6.3 Ph, cal-magged. Heavier defol. to reveal more bud sites and give more light. Upgraded flowering light higher output and more coverage. Temps are fine. She started yellowing and getting pretty defensive with the amount of light, so I backed it off to 18", way more light from this 400w COB. The UV is hurting her too so she is throwing more color into the flowers. I am flushing a bit right now and letting her just get used to the light. Added Gaia Green on top and top fed after a 12 hour pause and then flushed out the rez, so now just good water on roots, letting the media get used up, but I don't want deficiencies at the end of the grow, hence the gentle ferts. I don't want a chemical taste so flush with the natural stuff. I will top feed once more once she gets happier looking. So cal mag, like 3 ml of Hygrozyme for root health, and PHd - keeping it simple. (Don't over do the Hygrozyme) 07-06-2022 The upgrades continue. Moved the new light and new carbon filter, along with the A/C Infinity fan to a new Gorilla Growtent Lite 4x4, which is perfect for me for a good while. It barely fit in the space, modified the fan a little and its working like a champ with near identical environmentals. Moved the White Widow manifold into the 4x4 and adjusted the lights and she seems happy so far. I can tell the new light is adding growth and bulk just in a few days. Hopefully the new tent will encourage more ventilation and growth as well. Way less light leakage, almost none. So far I am happy.

Day 79 / Flower 31 / Flip ~40 / 18.03 Plants look super frosty. They should be ready in a about 1-2 weeks already. Need to check that carefully though. I will harvest at 10% amber. I'm watering every second day, actually. Using the EC again, but hesi got also organic nutrients in their coco line. EC is at 1.6, i'm using RO (EC 0,0 water). So i'm using even more nutrients, then shown in the hesi nutrient chart. Plants like it, i guess. No signs of burning. It looks like they turn a little bit into purple. I will start to use only water soon to begin flushing and i plan to let them dry out the last 6-7 days. Stress them as much as possible... Day 80 / 19.3 Started flushing stage. Every 2 days. Flushing with EC 0,0 water till 40-50% drain. I have a RO system, costs were 90 e.... Works fine... I have tap water in EC 0,8...The off water from the ec 0,0 water, is still nice, it's ec 0,4... If you want to optimize your grows, that's a thing to do... :) Day 82 / 21.3 Drain EC 0,4 I didn't used any additional heating in this grow. I guess, the temperature was always under 25 degrees. Yield will be lower due to lower temperature. Terpent profile will be better due to lower temperature. I will now do a proper flushing and drying out.. Nutrients will be soaked out of the cocos and the leafs.. Final weed will tatse better like that. That's the idea.... This 2-3 week finish sounds pretty good to me... :)

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. I enjoyed this plant a lot, its grew well and loved how it was shorter and fatter. I wonder if it was at the dame distance from the plant if It could have done even more. Had some issues with the yellowing that was happening on the other plant in this tent. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and it may have hurt the yields a bit. The top best looking buds looked and smelled amazing even the lower buds where doing well not so larfy like the other plant. There was crazy strong smells with this plant, sour berries and hints of lemon, it was a best smelling plant I have grown to date. This would be a great plant to grow for beginners, cant take a lot of stress and still produces quite well and even on lower wattage leds it was good. It was not the most crystally looking plant, not like the maltezerz but still had some finger hash buildup but a small amount. I feel this plant would be a winner for a rosin press. I don't plan on growing this strain out again despite me liking a lot of qualities about it. I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. Only some of the lower growth is larfy, will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = .46kw * 0.15kw = .17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = .99kw *0.15kw = .85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = 4.30kw *0.15kw = .65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. .17 + .85 + .65 = .67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. .67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 4.57oz or 129.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷ 129.6g = 2.60 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. .67 ÷ 129.6g = 0.28c/g It cost 28c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. A good first week from all the girls overall. They continue to develop as planned. They got watered with the spray bottle until Friday when they got a real watering. This girl is doing the best out of them all. Looking real healthy. 🌱 Runtz - Week 1 Update 🌱 The journey has officially begun, and I’m thrilled to report that everything is off to a smooth start! The seeds germinated quickly and showed no issues breaking through the soil. Healthy and vigorous growth is already visible, which is always an encouraging sign. The seedlings are now standing strong, with their first leaves fully open and soaking up the light. It’s exciting to see this strain already showing its potential! Looking forward to seeing how they progress over the next week. Wishing all the growers in this competition continued success with their own grows! Let’s keep pushing 🙌

These buds are absolutely awesome, very frosty solid dense nugs👍 have been flushing this week as there ready to harvest . Orange pistills cloudy trichomes with some amber's & the clusters have closed up . Will give them 48 hours of darkness before harvest.
