Week 4 day 23 just started lst going good so far I think

Howdy, So this last week has been about learning, quickly. Plant 2 has been suffering from yellowing, I noticed that at first it was a darker green than plant 1 - (first signs of Mg deficiency I have since learned). As plant 1 was doing so well until a few days ago, I originally assumed that plant 2 was just a bit of a slacker. I think basically it is more susceptible to PH differences than plant 1. First mistake was not knowing about the benefits of PH range... What I did not know earlier in the week is that Mg and Ca are only absorbed efficiently at 6.0 and above, my OCD kicked in and I refused to let the PH wander above 5.7; as from what I have read in forums, 5.7 is the sweet spot. Main lesson from last week is that I'm not going to be so anal about PH levels, I will let the PH rise to 6.3 before I drop it back down to 5.7, this will give the plants and window of time to grab hold of some well deserved CalMag before I drop it back down so it can retrieve some Mn and P if it needs any. My plants told me they were in need of Calcium over a week ago, but I naively thought that maybe I spilled a droplet of water on one of the leaves, and that caused it to burn. As I was adding CalMag+ to the solution when I replenished the reservoir. My second mistake was panicking... After realising above, I bombed the nutrient solution with 35ml of Cal Mag, bringing up the PPMS to 460, this subsequently gave the strongest plant nutrient burn. On top of this, I gave both plants a foliage spray during lights out with some diluted CalMag as well. So anyway, the main thing I have learnt is when the plants are ill, its probably best to take it easy, do a res swap at the very worst and concentrate on my PH levels first before throwing more variables into the fray. Positive notes: Plants 1 & 2 is now working on their 5th node, I know I am technically allowed to top at this point, but I am going to wait until they are working on their 7th before doing anything, this way I will be able to tell if the new growth is looking healthy, and my investigations are correct. I have now installed a Hailea 150a, with a submersible pump, this is now keeping the reservoir at 20ºc and its keeping the nutrients well mixed, I'll post a video later this week showing the set up. The roots at the top look a little dark, but I have done a sniff test and they don't smell at all, I think it is just where some of the tea has built up where the bubbles meet the air. Roots do seem rather large, maybe they have stretched so far looking for Mg and Ca :P Decided against increasing PPMS, going to do another week, so 5 weeks veg, gives the ladies some time to recover. Trimmed the burns off of leaves mainly so I can keep a track to see if damage is continuing. Anyways, I hope the above makes sense and draws other newbies attention towards PH ranging for hydro; I have posted a pic which shows the PH range for each important element. Thanks! 😊

Welcome to week 5 of flower for this lovely project! The ladies should start to put on some serious weight over the coming weeks as I've noticed most plants are done their stretch now (except macmelonz). We got lots of crazy smells coming from these plants some are harder to tell then others but some are extremely pleasing smelling already. Banana Smoothie is really putting off that banana cream smell accompanied by berries as an undertone. Creamy Cereal Crunch smells like Fruit loops and milk , its very unique and very pleasing if your into cereal anyways haha. Over all excited to see what this week will bring! Huge shout out to @MarsHydroLED for making such cool lights and tents that really make growing a breeze. Plants seem to be stretching a bit more but concentrating on bulking up flowers. Some really nice smells coming out. Day#31F Macmelonz is still stretching along but stacking hard and the rest are starting to put on noticeable weight. Day#32F Ladies are grooving along nicely, going to look to trim up some of the middle allow for more air flow to the plants. Day#33F Banana Smoothie #1 and #4 are really starting to put out Banana Cream aromas its quite intense now. Day#34F The canopy deff needs a light defoliation. Going to defoliate slowly but surely over the coming weeks. Day#35F Pictures N/A. Ladies are really thirsty going to be upping the water next feed. Flowers are bulking like crazy! This plant came down after 115 days of life, and 59 days of flower. I enjoyed everything about this plant for the entire grow. It didn't give me any problems with nutrients that were hard to handle. It had minor burns at the tips, but that's usually what I'm looking for in my nutrient levels - right at the limit. The plant became super smelly towards the end. So much so that I got a letter about it 😶. It got even smellier when it was trimming. I'm really looking forward to seeing how these buds will look after drying up. I'm really hoping to see extra dense buds with some heft to them.

Gorilla, gorilla, my problem child. The only one popping out of 5 but she is weaker than her roommates. She stays behind compared to them. But what can I do other than TLC, she has the best conditions, which are optimal in this grow room, also judging by the other two plants. Until I have a bigger operation, which in the current political climate, is not soon, where I can make mothers and clone them, breed my own strains, and root out runts like this, we do it like life. We play the hand as it is dealt to us and we love all our children the same... although this one is special. So not a genderfluid Silverback yet, but it ain't over till the voluptuous lady sings. We shall nurse this little runt until adulthood, who knows she might surprise us, she should have the mighty Gorilla Glue Number Fouh genes in there somewhere. Now come on out here and show daddy what you're made of... This week we spread out the leaves and branches, some leaf tucking and gentle LST, to prepare for some higher stress and super cropping today. Two days back we made the switch and set the lights to 12/12. Now the flowering stretch will begin, thus we bend the branches further outward in preparation for the canopy. When I do this I notice the branches are thick and sturdy, with no breakage at all unlike my previous grow, the gelato 33. I snapped some branches applying the super cropping and just normal bending with those. It seems like the fan (I didn't have a good option previous grow, hence the flimsier branches there) but also this lighting and soil regime are topnotch, asides from outdoor I haven't seen such lush bushiness yet, even on a more runt-like plant. This MarsHydro SP3000 is still performing great, such controlled temperatures, such an ocean of light. I only wish I started growing with this earlier. It is so well made, it oozes quality, I just want to touch it every time (also to check if it stays cool) and it is just sexy, slender, and compared to my other 300 watt light, a completely different spectrum and clarity. I was afraid the light wouldn't cover the sides of my tent with my 4.5-foot space. Penny at MarsHydro had to laugh at this a bit, said not to worry. What an understatement. This light could signal to other galaxies. I sincerely recommend good sunglasses with this light. Only thing I'm adding is an infrared light Sunshine found. With this I'm going to simulate sunrise and sunset and try to prevent stress by easing the light in and out, like in nature. We are in flowering now, very excited to see what she will do here. What can she perform? Will she cover the net? Will she deliver gorgeous buds, like she is known to do? As stated above i have grown this pheno several times before. She never lets down when it comes to the way she grows, yield and quality of the end product. There is a reason why i safed her. Really happy with that one.

Week 2 begins 🤞🏻

Still going strong! The plant did not turn purple unfortunately, but has so many lovely buds, I had to make a video. Guest appearance: my left foot. Although many pistils are still white, trichomes are starting to get milky. The husband stopped with the nutrients and only uses GBN Clean Fruits for the last week(s).

Week 5 purple showing , 2 slight differences in the structures on each plant . Had both these phenotypes before

This week continues with nice flowering with strong smell. One plant is light green, I don't know why. I also added on more light to my grow tent.

03/12 - Day 68 Girls are putting out some really nice aromas! I’m assuming this is the last push for this strain, buds are really tight and super hard when squeezed on (B) & (C) All around the trichomes are still pretty clear and no amber yet.

Week 7 of flower, she is pushing along well. I went ahead a began flush and cut the feed. I want to fade her out nicely. I tied down her lower branching and really opened her canopy up. She is nice and bushy, running budsites up and down each cola. She looks like she may need another 2 weeks. But we shall see. She is very sticky and has fuel/pine terps coming off her. Her buds are starting to swell, but calyxes not very dense/firm yet. May need to let her go for maybe 3 more weeks to fill out nicely.

08/29/24. Going into week 9 flower Day 65 out of the stated 71 Supposed to be 6 days left, but I’m thinking probably 2 weeks more. I’ll be checking trichs again today. Last I checked, a few milky. Nothing to report really. Giving nothing but water from here and decreasing light intensity to about 55% Will update if anything changes.

Growing this first edition special from Zamnesia. This is one of two seeds I popped.

Harter ritt diese Dame , alles viel zu schwer das es gleich umknickte beim defolieren . Hab mal ein getrockneten Bud aus der mitte genommen und Trichom analyse (Videos und Bilder) gemacht . ja viel klar wenig milchig und einige rot . Ergo , zuviel Licht an der Spitze (abstand zum licht viel zu gering) und im Boden zu kalt ist keine gute Kombination .
