Día 10 se riega con una solución nutritiva NPK de 700 ml con Plagron Power Roots (0.2 ml), Plagron Pure Zym (0.4 ml) y Plagron Alga Grow (0.5 ml). Día 11, denota un crecimiento sostenido y saludable, exuberante con aparición de hojas nuevas rápidamente, se acerca el comienzo del entrenamiento LST para preparar el camino al SCROG 👨‍🌾🏻 Día 13 se realiza el primer entrenamiento, LST primero se fija la base del tallo, a continuación se dobla en 90° el ápice suavemente, transcurridas 4 horas la planta ya se relaja hacia esa posición y se ajusta el LST para hacerlo mas profundo y dar un ángulo desde mas abajo, logrando mejor sujeción y mayor penetración de luz a los nudos inferiores. Luego de eso se riega con una solución nutritiva NPK, de 700 ml, 0.2 Plagron Power Roots, 0.4 Plagron Pure Zym y 0.5 Plagron Alga Grow. Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Another BIG week for the gals. They got lollipopped on Monday and it took them about 5 days to fill back out and start stretching vertically again. Saturday-Monday they seems to explode overnight, had to adjust the scrog net and do additional LST to keep the canopy as level as possible. PE#1 is not as tall as the others and with this system I can't really stand her up on anything. Hope that she catches up this week. I discovered some purple petioles, and a little spreading to stems on each plant and read that it's likely due to a mag deficiency. I added CalMag to the res. Also noticed the water temp is a little warm at 26-27C but I am not going to spend the money to get a chiller and pay for that electricity, so we will see what happens. Doesn't seem to be too big of an issue right now. To counter this a little I turned on the autopot air domes. Hoping that the extra oxygen will do them well since the warm water is likely low in DO. This week the light was lowered to 45cm above canopy. Reading back through old grows it appears between 37.5-45.5 is the sweet spot for this light. I also started checking the pH and the ppm's of each tray and noticed that the pH rises slightly from tank to tray. Tank is at 5.5 and trays are 5.8-6. Something to keep an eye on later. Tonight I will clean the tank with soap, peroxide and water and plan to snag some hydroguard this week at the store. I added Bud explosion to the nute recipe this week and will begin to decrease Part B Nutrients slowly over the course of the next two weeks. They are still a little shorter than I would like, but the good news is there is literally no more room to scrog so its all vertical growth from here on out. Hoping that they have a good stretch this week. if they could be between 65-70 cm by the end of flower week two I would be very pleased. All other conditions in the tent have been great.

More photos are coming... but for now, I'm super SUPER pleased with this grow! And I'm glad I only grew one plant in my 2x4 tent - she filled it up! Had I tried for 2 plants, I don't think the results would have been as stunning. From now on, growing in DWC and with the lights I have, I will limit the tent to one plant only... Next up in the tent will be an experiment... Going to be topping/cloning a Captain Future photoperiod and growing it in DWC while the "mother" and her sister go outside for the summer. I'm excited to see just how much I got from this grow... I don't weigh wet buds because it's stupid (imho) to weigh wet buds that are still attached to the stems and branches ... so check back in about a week for the dry weight...

This is the last weekly update on Larry lemon og. Plant has been fading slowly. Planning to cut and hang at some point this week. Will update video here of harvest as always💯. She is a short and thick chick. Lol lots of lemony smelling buds full of trichromes. Should be a great smoke 💨. Been pulling badly faded leaves off during the week as well. Today marks the second week of flowering, and I’m really excited about how well my cannabis plant is doing! Over the past few days, it’s really stretched out and has grown quite a bit taller. The leaves are looking lush and vibrant, with a deep green color that shows how healthy the plant is. I was a bit worried last week because the leaves were slightly droopy, but after adjusting the water and getting the levels just right, it’s looking much better now. It feels like the plant has responded really well to the care I’ve been giving it. I’m looking forward to seeing how it continues to develop in the next weeks. The buds are starting to form, and I can’t wait to see them fill out. This is such an exciting process, and I’m really hopeful that everything will keep going smoothly from here on. I’m going to end this grow diary here. During the later stage, I went through a mental breakdown and kind of lost focus on life for a while. I’ll upload whatever photos I still have, but I didn’t get my friend to help take proper photos because he was dealing with military conscription at that time. I feel genuinely sorry to the sponsors who provided the seeds. I promised to complete the grow diary for them, and I broke that promise. I tried to save some branches, but they didn’t survive. I don’t have any excuses for this. If I get another chance in the future, I’ll buy their seeds myself and grow them again properly

The girls have blown up with their flower stretch. Despite the good growth, all the buds are still staying tight, and should be some decent nugs. I’m glad they got some reasonable growth before the flower Change happened, there could be as many as 5 more weeks of flower left for these buds to fatten up 😎 Added some more Clyde to the feeding regiment. They seem to be doing well, but could probably use a bit more phosphorus and potassium, but are showing leaf burn… I’ll keep an eye on that. RH was brought down to between 54-56 %, and temps are steady between 77-79 degrees at lights on, and 69-70 degrees lights off. I continued with some LST of bending the top down and tying to the pot. They responded well. I don’t want to do a whole lot, just try to keep the canopy semi even. No defoliation yet, possibly next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️
