Heyo growmies!
The smell is so potent, i have only grown 4 strains to this point, but this plant seriously knocks all others out of the park when it comes to smell, this is not a strain you put in your backyard without upsetting some neighbours.
following last week's EC observation I have lowered my nutrients down to 1.8 ec, keeping the same amount of green sensation. I'll be monitoring the reservoir in any case, there is currently no sign of nutrient lockouts or deficiencies.
the only issue I see one or two colas are starting to show some early signs of light stress, So once again I'm faced with a decision, do i turn down light intensity, making the lower canopy suffer, do i leave it and have a few foxtail buds and burnt fan leaves or, do I hst the colas that are getting too close.
That's an issue I would like to be moot in future grows, I want to get good enough at training that I can have a completely even canopy.
in the middle of the week, when changing out the reservoir, I noticed some buds are starting to show some colors, nothing impressive, just the tips of calyxes and fan leaves turning purple, still, I love the way her flowers look.
she's very slow to finish and I cannot wait to see the end result.
I am making good progress on my veg closet, i'll now have space for a mother plant,so my hunt for a strain and pheno i love can begin!
I will be starting another diary featuring Zamnesia genetics next time, I want to bulk up my stash so i've germinated 2 Runtz and 1 Wedding Cake Automatic. I will move the Timelapse to that grow, it's more interesting to see small plants grow rather than an old girl bulk up her buds.

Vamos familia octava semana de floración de estás Punch Pie de RoyalQueenSeeds .
Que ganas tengo de ver el final de progreso de esta variedad, las plantas están sanas, se ven con buen color.
La cantidad de agua cada 48h entre riegos, quitamos todos los nutrientes de la gama Agrobeta.
Y entramos en la recta final, últimas semanas de floración ya, y como se están poniendo las flores.
Estas próximas semanas veremos cómo acaban.

Esta semana el cambio en los cogollos es mas que visible. Se han bañado en resina y estan cogiendo colores morados tanto en las hojas como en el propio fruto la mayoria.
Al subirles el co2 a 1100 ppm estan consumindo mas agua y generando mas humedad e tenido que enchufar el deshumidificafor al maximo para mantener la humedad entre el 40 y el 50 por ciento.
El olor es impresionante para faltarle 1 mes por delante mas o menos... los tonos a naranja acida son claros... como si fueran orange sherbert 🤷♂️ pero desde luego no me quejo porque es muy pero que muy notorio.
La temperatura la mantendre entre 26 y 27 gradosasta las dos ultimas semana de lavado de raices que la bajare a 24 grados para que compacten los cogollos.
Y la EC la mantendre a 1.8 una semana mas y las fos ultimas semanas de aporte seran a 1.9 y 2.0 respectivamente.

Very happy I went Original Sensible Seeds beens this grow. 🤩 All 3 autos from some special american line, and o boy , they don't disappoint.🔥 Bangers genetics 👏🏻 all trees are good size with super thick stalks. So u know what that mean. Super fat buds. Nice smell. I like it a lot 💚

This week I added a scrog net and started guiding some of the branches through it.
A few branches were already long enough to be bent and positioned under the net, while others still need a bit more growth before reaching it.
From now on, the goal is to let the plant grow freely and focus on filling the net evenly before flipping to flower 🌿💪

Today i flip the light. 12/12 for the bloom.
The bright appearance of the leaves and the slightly reddened stems indicate a nutrient deficit. In this case I would say nitrogen. But I have exaggerated a bit with my fertilizer use. Accordingly, I flushed the plants today. The measured pH was 4.8. I think I slightly salted the floor. Let's see if they recover.
Day 73: On the detail photo you can see very well how the stem turns slightly reddish and the stems on the leaves as well.
Day 74: The plants look better than a few days ago. They are now growing visibly from day to day. Timely flushing saved a lot, I hope.
Day 77: Last day of the first week of flower. It was a strange week. But they still grow.

Everything has remained the same for these three girls. I have been alternating with two feedings and then just water. They are really blowing up at this point and I am just loving how they are going to fill this tent. There is one plant I haven’t topped that still has eight mains because I didn’t think she likes the dose of nutrients but it’s still the same height and recuperating just fine. she has been chopped. I went 60 days total in flower. I tried her but she was not ready to be smoked. she has been down for a few days as fastbuds recommended flower time was 62 days. I was going to
wait but she really started to stink. real strong and pungent. so make sure your carbon filter is big enough for your space. any ways she grew out nice and real sticky. I was able to get some darker fades going. real fun. I will do a smoke update here soon and close this out.

¡Hola, growers! Perdón por no poder compartir las semanas completas, pero poco a poco volvemos a la normalidad. Las fotos que ven corresponden al día 01/10/24 y, como pueden ver, están llenas de terpenos y tricomas por todas partes. Tanto la Fruit Gum como la Biscotti x Candy Rain son dos de las cepas más resinosas que he cultivado y, además, desprenden un olor increíblemente fuerte.
La Fruit Gum tiene esos toques dulces y nostálgicos, como a chicle de mascar, que me transportan directamente a mi infancia. En cuanto a la Biscotti x Candy Rain, su aroma es como el de una clásica galleta americana casera, ¡muy intenso! Ambas cepas me están impresionando mucho por su resinosidad y aromas únicos.
Cabe destacar que las genéticas de Uktha Genetics me han sorprendido gratamente; los resultados están siendo fantásticos. Eso sí, estas cepas comen como camiones, pero mientras se mantenga un control exhaustivo de las fertilizaciones y del medio de cultivo, no hay problema de sobrefertilización.
Pronto cortaremos una de las plantas que está bastante adelantada. Espero que disfruten tanto como yo este proceso y, como siempre, ¡buenos humos para todos! 🌱💨

The colours are popping! I’ve started to taper off the nutrients, I don’t typically “flush” the plants, but rather taper nutrients down until I have been able to give straight phd water for the last 3-4 feeds, making sure to water until I get about 5-10% runoff. I’ve tried both methods , the other being that I pour like 10 gallons of water through the plant, and I can’t tell the difference with my smoke, still clean and very tasty. I did a small defoliation at the end of the week, and added a support pole for the 1 lady in the far back, she was already starting to lean… just a couple of weeks to go !

This strain is just incredible, perfect indica high with a sativa sidenote
It grows strong and is quite resistent to mold. All plants were done after about 60 days of flowering.
First time i used a tumble trimmer and it works perfectly.
I didn't check PH or EC at all

the stretch has begun. in just 9 days the flowers are gonna start to form. i've been trying to give the plants more support. i placed a bunch of Bamboo through the cages to support the branches and placed a net on the smallest plant. ( the net's holes were too small, so i cut it up. only problem, since i can't reach the other plants that well i can't do the same for them. yet.) i'm working on it, i haven't had that much of time lately to work on the plants and the weather isn't helping either.
most of the plants reached the height of 180 centimeters and maybe 190 before flowering. curious how big they will become when it all starts.
