This week I had quite a bit of color changes in the leaves of one of the phenos. I thought initially that it was a PH problem or something had gone wrong but I think it is just natural color changes. Might be a bit of rut on the leaves but they have not dried up and go crusty so it may be just the color. Lots of purple edging on the leaves. The buds are further along on one of the phenos, really frosting up nice. Thanks for visiting my page and reading this far.

27/02/19 - Cant wait for these to be done as I’ve never had gelato before so I feel like I’m missing out 😂 but yeah other than I let them stretch abit taller than I usually prefer it’s all going well, new genetics/nutrients/medium seem to be doing the job. 02/03/19 - Just transplanted all into their final pot, just in time I think as it looked like the roots were starting to circle at the bottoms of the pot, sprinkled half a tea spoon of Mykos on each hole prior to the transplant & fed them 2.5 litres each. I was going to saturate the whole pot but I’ll do that next feeding.

What up family, weekly update on these girls. I raides the lights 6in this week to allow some stretch but still keeping 400-600ppfd at the canopy level. Over all they're progressing beautifully. I started adding 2.5ml/gal of Athenas Blended line Grow A & B. Haven't seen any burnt leaf tips so I think they'll be OK adding a little boost. All in all Happy Growing.

I am happy with the outcome of this grow. This was my first time growing autoflowers and ILGM genetics. Total wet weight was 1301 grams Total dry weight 8.5 oz These plants are very hardy and grow tall very quickly with the tallest plant reaching 4 ft tall. Each plant grew very different bud structures which resulted in some very dense and very fluffy buds. If you are looking for a very uniform growing plant with dense buds you may need to look for another strain. The smell from these buds are strong and amazing. I would describe the smell as fruity glue with rubber. I am overall very pleased with how this grow went and I cant wait to grow some more!

Defoliated and in its flowering pot, switched to 12/12 on day 35 she's stretching out nice. Will start feeding from week 7.

Now, picture this: I gently moved her into the newly cleaned home, with excitement bubbling in my veins. To support her growth and create an even canopy, I implemented a scrog net. It's like a trampoline for the branches, providing a framework for them to stretch and dance upon. The scrog net helps me achieve an even distribution of light and encourages those lower branches to reach for the stars. And here comes the fun part - the joke! Both outdoor autos settled firmly into early-to-mid flower this week. Nice Cream Auto showed steady bud development with tightly stacking colas and strong lateral structure, holding a healthy green canopy and giving off the first creamy berry aroma. Tiger #2 Auto remained more compact but equally vigorous, pushing dense flower sites and releasing a sweet grape-diesel scent. Trichomes began appearing on sugar leaves across both plants, mostly clear but multiplying daily. The 5-gallon Nice Cream retained moisture longer while Tiger #2 dried faster under afternoon heat, prompting slight watering adjustments. By the end of the week, both plants were thriving under the warm SoCal sun, entering the stacking phase that will define mid-flower in Week 9.

Day 125. Chop day. Report will follow, maybe smoke quality will be that only positive thing in all dirt that this strain brought me .... Dry triming chosen. Plants where such crap that never got names even, so Smaller and Taller plant is chopped. Other two went hermie.

Growth is super, despite having splitting and getting a break where I topped due to something falling on the plant. I quickly patched her up with some electrical tape and a cable tie and she recovered within a day! Super resilient plant. She's starting to smell and putting out a few pistils already at the end of week 1 flower!

So far so good. Don’t think I’m gonna do any type of training on these but not 100% yet. Get me ideas on what to do.

Harvested 2 of 8 plants today. 90% or more trichomes were white with a few amber here or there. All pistils brown on the 2. 2 more plants should be ready within 2 days. The others are still a week out.

Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be here in around two weeks +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience with this Ten Week cultivar! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she's not going to make the 70 days in flower 'suggested' by the breeder and will probably go in the dark later this coming week, but we'll have to see what her trichomes have to say! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. My final week is here. She’s fading out, id like to have seen her hold her colour a little longer although the leaves around the bud sites are still a nice green colour. buds are tight and dense. More to follow as the week goes on. Update…. I’m 7 days into drying, she’s starting to dry at the heads and gets more sticky the further down the branch. Next grow I’ll definitely lollipop to the top 2 nodes as I’ve found she’s a little “airy down below”. I’ll strip the branches in another 5-7 days.
