4 week done now and progression feels to be paying off. I found a way to get a consistent pH that works for me and by the end of the week the girls started to really start to grow and move. LST almost everyday but most of the time I like to wait a couple days. But the plants at moving quicker. Up the ppm to 400 + and top soil with a giant mix of things which will run it course for the next 2 weeks or more depending on how I want to handle it. Week 5 looks promising. Hoping for some prominent stretching and some extra foliage. This time I ran 6.2 pH but next time will get a perfect run with 6.4-6.5 pH to really have them drinking. Started introducing more air in the room to enhance the co2 more as well. The circulation was good already but, always nice to have an abundance of c02

I'm really digging the Chem OG, squat plants with those trademark thick thick thick indica leaves, clearly it's gonna be a heavy smoke lol Wasnt able to get the juices flowing this week, hopefully next week i'll get the smart protein into feed. Started training some of these, did two more defoliations (total of three light defos so far) ... and then flipped them 4 days ago. the f-ing landlord has been attempting to enter the lab according to my security cameras lol, motherfucker !!!! anyway i have to pack up the lab, hopefully i'll be able to complete the grow cycle , but for sure i'll have to move the grow op ... that's my problem, sure but it also means that i'll have to wait in order to set up my perpetual cycle... and of course i cant really take cuttings if i'm moving the lab... why must people be so curious? really wish there would be at least a bit more tolerance around this hobby just so i can sleep peacefully at night... in the mean time , I lowered my lights to 22cm, i heard from someone (forgot who) that it's a good thing to get the lights closer when you flip so that the plant gets that extra energy for the stretch. Day 71 Update: water today and likely pulled out and put in a closet for 48 hrs starting Tuesday or Wednesday. O is still well behind but seems to be on track for quite a harvest. S, V, and P are going to be harvested simultaneously in one go and then O will have the tent for its last week or two. Since O is still mid-flower, it got 8 ml of each of the GMB pH Perfect Trio in one gallon and the rest just got filtered tap. Day 73 Update: Lot of action today. 12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. Amazing told this run 110 grams of bud and 80 grams of shake. An amazing pungent fruity citrus cream cheese aroma eminates out of my cure vault. The high has been described by my friends as a creative uplifting high followed by intense couch lock. The grow itself was a breeze. The only real issues i had in the hydro grow was that i needed to to add cal mag because it was growing so fast and i was using distilled water. I basically did not train my plants other than defoliating to make space for air flow and light penetration. I would recommend this for any first time hydro grower that has a decent amount of space.

Heute wurden die Pflanzen in 2-Liter-Töpfe umgetopft, in denen sie nun weiter wachsen können, bis sie schließlich in die 30-Liter-Töpfe kommen. Ich habe ihnen einen kräftigen Schluck Wasser mit Terra Aquatica Root Booster, Terra Aquatica Seaweed und Glückspilze Mykorrhiza Soluble gegeben. 12.05.24 Die Pflanzen haben das Umpflanzen gut überstanden und zeigen keine Stressreaktionen. Die Blätter stehen prall gegen die Sonne. 13.05.24 Die Kleinen zeigen bereits wieder starkes Wachstum, daher habe ich sie heute mit der Pinzette getoppt. Ich denke, sie werden in den nächsten 3 Tagen den Stress abbauen und dann beginnen, die unteren Triebe nach oben zu entwickeln. Da wir eine Fläche von 120x120 mit geschlossenem Kronendach erreichen wollen, ist es wichtig, dass die Pflanzen frühzeitig in die Breite wachsen. 16.05.24 Die Pflanzen zeigen generell ein gutes Allgemeinwachstum, obwohl die Umgebungsbedingungen nicht ideal sind. Flowering Week 25: Structural Support & Purple Progress Update: 29.08.2025 | Day 17 Hey Growmies, Week 25 brought some clarity – and a little intervention. Remember those yellow leaves up top I mentioned last week? Lower leaves were totally fine, so I knew it wasn’t nitrogen. I posted pics and you guys came through – most of you called it: lack of potassium and phosphorus. So, I did something I rarely do: gave the ladies a mild dose of mineral fertilizer. Mixed a 2L bottle with normal dosage into a 10L watering can filled with rainwater, then split it evenly between both plants. It felt like a small gamble, but sometimes you gotta trust the process – and the community. I didn't want to spend money on organic fertilizers as long as the Tripart bottles are still full from last year. Biggest lesson this year? My compost needs more power. Next season, I’m amping it up with extra horse or pigeon manure to keep those nutrients steady deeper into flower. Strain Check Durban Poison: This girl’s gettin’ heavy. I’m constantly tying branches to my support structure to keep ‘em from snapping. She’s bulking up nicely, and the colors keep deepening into that gorgeous purple she’s becoming known for. The smell? Still pretty moderate – not overpowering yet, which is kinda surprising. Still not seeing much resin on the sugar leaves, but she’s a beauty through and through. Blueberry: She’s still reaching for the sky – definitely wants to be the tallest girl in the garden. Bud sites are becoming more defined now, and she’s slowly starting to form proper buds. Her colors are even more striking than Durban’s, deep and vibrant. Still no real smell to speak of, though. I’m thinking she’ll need until at least the first week of October to fully finish up. Visually, the transformation is captivating; she's commencing a magnificent fade, with the unaffected foliage adopting a rich, deep purple hue, bordering on an almost blackish tone – a stunning display of her natural lifecycle. This chromatic shift isn't just aesthetically pleasing; it's a clear sign of the plant's life cycle progressing towards its grand finale. The chlorosis-free leaves, once vibrant and full of life, are now taking on this regal, somber palette, indicating that maturity isn't far off. Moreover, the trichome-laden buds are a sight to behold, their calyxes continue to swell, and the once slender branches now require additional support to sustain their own weight. It's evident the rigorous cultivation efforts are paying off – the plant's resilience and your attentiveness have aligned perfectly, resulting in an abundance of almost golfball-sized nuggets that shimmer with resin. This week they are all booming after continuous LST. The calmag issues went away after staying at 0.4 ec for a while. All new growth is looking good. Starting adding Cannazym to get rid of any dead roots that have been formed around the edges now. The time-lapse for this week is only for the last few days as I had some technical difficulties. Still feeding at around 0.7 ec total. Also added more fans this week to circulate the air better. Three run every 30 minutes for 3 minutes to blow out 100% of the dead air from the canopy. Another fan is blowing continuously. They start to increasingly smell now. Very strong yet subtle right now. Oh and in case anyone noticed: One of them was a mutant (very weirdly placed growing nodes and other unusual behaviour) so I had to throw her pre-emptively. The rest of the girls look ready to for the ride though!
