week intel: we reached the peak of flowering stage and need to cause a little more e.c stress from this week so e.c stress is twice a week i reduced the amount of Nitrogen and calcium and stopped feeding silicate in other hand i raised the amount of base nutrient and booster short story version: more K & P - less N stresses : a little E.C stress around 1 and 1.2 twice a week from this week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 566 ppm - 1.1 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 392 ppm - 0.7 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 630 ppm - 1.2 e.c to cause e.c stress again guide of the week : e.c stress if done correctly is one of the very few ways to increase quality in all aspects ( color , aroma , taste , bud structure , resin contents ) but if you over do it , listen carefully brother : it can reduce quality in every aspect so always look for signs and never reach the red line

day 64 buds are getting fatter and really moving taller. will take a while to finish no doubt.. lots of new calyx growth and pistils. i came to conclusion i was letting the plants get too dry before a top up.. trying to keep more moist. let the boost and rhizo get to work and keep the soil niiice. doubtful this notthern lights is gonna fade much.. after having cut a branch for a vase, afyer a week its still a dsrk mint green with no fade. compared to my bb which faded completly... looks super healthy if not a little too much nitrogen... not seeing too much N curl in buds which im happy about.

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. These girls are growing amazing. I did some defoliation and lollipopped them this week. Hopefully with more air flow at the canopy level and lollipopping, the tops and main colas can focus all the energy on growing some beautiful flowers. All in all Happy

Day 43 flowering today and these girls are stunning. The two smaller girls are covered in trichs and cloudy already !!. The bigger 2 could go on still . i am going to give them another week with a watchful eye i think. I have gone on to the Dragon force now so lets see what that can do !

Buds are looking great, still no signs of bud rot :) I've been trying to keep humidity under control but every time I water, next night will reach 67-68%. I took a couple of measures but would have been simpler to get a dehumidifier good thing is that I left lot of space between colas for airflow (I had bud rot in that area last time). I'm allowing the plants to get dry and humidity to come close to 40% before watering again. This will be the last week of fertilizers any way. Will add some ripen maybe 1 or 2 times during the week and then just plain water.

***Note that I started to count the days when I placed the seeds between paper towels. The seeds were planted 3 days later and sprouted from the ground 2 days after being planted. D49 (12/04/2021): I bought Gaia Green power bloom 2-8-4 and top dressed the plants with 2 tbs. / gallon of medium. After showing deficiency, I felt that my plants needed more then just hen manure. I also bought shrimp compost to make proper compost tea. D54 (17/04/2021): I made a compost tea with shrimp compost, sea weed extract and phytoplankton soil enhancer. I continue to defoliate and remove leaves randomly when leaves are blocking light to bud site. Glue Gelato is amazing!😍 She's starting to bulk and her pistils are getting longer. She's also starting to have some trichomes. I'm expecting the smell to ramp up this week 👌 Banana Kush has stretch a lot and she is as tall as Glue Gelato but less bushy. Gelato is really smaller so I lifted the pot with wood block so she can get more light. It's been only few days and I can already see that she appreciate receiving more light 👍 - Light: the lights are at 100% and at 12 inch form the plants. - Temperature: during the day: 24-26C ; during the night: 19-20C. - Humidity: the humidity is maintain around 48-50% all the time. - Air circulation: There is an oscillating fan on the ground, one fixed fan pointing on top of the canopy and one fixed fan to help cool the lights. - Water: I gave water every other day or when the ground feel dry or the pots feels light. This week, I almost gave water everyday.

Leaf scaring getting worse but seems to have stopped progressing. Buds look amazing and can't complain about tricome production.

Thank you 😎🙏 🏆FastBuds California Snow🏆 My Setup: Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with de-chlorinated water with SuperThrive added then ph'd to 6.0 @ 80℉ where it took 3 days for her to break ground. Grown 100% organic in 4g fabric pot by Gronest filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium amended with (my 'Secret Recipe): 2tbs/g of Down To Earth 4-4-4 / 2 cups/g of Earthworm Castings / 1tbs/g of Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4, 1tbs/g of Dr. Earth Bat Guano, 3/4 cup of Down To Earth Azomite and 1 tsp/g Down To Earth Fish Bone Meal. 24hr light cycle during Germination / 19/5 light cycle for the remainder of the run under UnitFarm's UF-4000 and UFS3000 LED's which I have to say just blew me away with the results they gave!!! If you're on a budget and want a light that is about as low profile and cool running as they get you really need to check out UnitFarms lights. Believe me... I run a pair of HLG 650R's and a HLG 225 in my 4x8 so I'm no stranger to 'high end' lights but lemme tell ya, these two UnitFarm lights absolutely blowup my 4x4 and don't overheat the tent! She received straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and weekly Compost Tea's for the entire grow which is one of the beauty's of growing 100% organic, you establish a microbial colony in your medium, then feed the microbes every 3-4 weeks keeping them fat and happy... They, in turn, through their life processes take care of feeding the plant. Pretty freaking cool if I may say so, and there's no simpler way to grow IMHO. This Cali Snow's structure was perfect didn't require me to top or LST this plant, only tucking shade leaves that were blocking light penetration. She grew tall with wide node spacing allowing for excellent light penetration making her a growers dream, low maintenance, extremely tolerant of temperatures and disease/pests ) and a healthy yield of some FANTASTIC smoke...What more could you ask for? 😍💖 All in all, this strain has made it's way onto my 'list' and you'll be seeing it run again by me for sure as she's a hard one to stay away from! I highly recommend this one... Go grab some and put a huge smile on your face too! 😁

So I found my issue with my droopy leaves and light leaves. Not enough water and she wants more phosphorus. I up'ed my water time to 15 mins 7x a day. (Ebb & flow in clay pellets). This week she has gotten most of her green back but I feel it's delayed the flowering alittle. Maybe not. This is my 1st auto and it's only supposed to have a week left. We will see.
