2 weeks into flower and looking well so far, plants are nice and healthy, added boost to my feed this week started at a low feed and will up it over the next couple of weeks

Week 3 – Day 22 (Veg) White Widow #1 was topped this week and received her first round of light LST 🌿✂️ She also moved into a 15L fabric pot and was watered with 2.5L 💧 Unfortunately, even an EC of 0.8–0.9 was too much for her 😕 She showed signs of overfeeding, likely from too much nitrogen. To reduce stress, I lowered the DLI to 27 ☀️ Right now, she’s my main concern – not in great shape, but slowly recovering 💪 Next watering will be with a reduced EC of around 0.5 to help her bounce back 🌱 Looking ahead to Week 4: 🔹 Watering volume will be increased to 4–5L depending on need 🔹 I checked root development by opening the fabric pots – looking promising! 🧐 🔹 LST will continue, and some larger fan leaves might be removed to improve airflow and light penetration 🌬️☀️

Day 53 - Vertical growth is pretty much done.She's filling in nicely.I might have to do a light defoliation this week.She's getting bushy.She's just starting to smell,can't say anything yet.I fed her with plain water last time.Bigger fan leaves started to get yellow.It's an 85 days seed to harvest strain so i don't know if this yellowing is early or not.I plan to give her nutes at least 2 more weeks and then start flushing.

This is the first time I've grown an auto that I can't properly train at day 20. Even leaf tucking doesn't work as well. Node spacing is way to close. I now understand why they call this the Mephisto "Cabbage" Strain. Great for closet spaces I guess! Week 4 of flower and it’s been a week for the books. The males gizzed all over the females and we spent the better part of a week harvesting the males for pollen, then defoliating and spraying the pollinated females, then going full sanitize on the entire tent… (that part always sucks). Either way, they’re off to the seed making and generally showing a brilliant, yet subtle pink across most phenos. Gonna be pretty cool seeing how the colours develop on these👌. The fact that the pinks are prevalent amongst all plants is very encouraging. Still early for sure - but… potential for something special👍. Terp. Profiles are becoming quite pronounced now too. So far, we’ve got one that smells of a very sweet sorta pine in female #3 and a definitive baked berrry scent in female #1. The hope was always to balance out the earthiness of the Kush which is classic to the strain in terms of taste, just not overly tasty. Again, still early but we might’ve achieved that here on crossing🤞👌. All told and as long as we keep ‘em alive to the finish - we should have tons of seed and a well defined set of partially drilled down traits. Counting 3 discernible potential phenos so far and can’t wait to see what the clones reveal🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. I sprouted 2 feminized Chocolate Mint OG seeds from HSO 😁💪🌱 these were taken from a pack of 10,the remainder I will sprout after flowering these 2 so I can learn their growth patterns (morphology) first. I'm starting them in a Jiffy Tomato pod.(really like these for watering.u can really see how much water u are giving them.) On a heat mat at 74° for the 1st 7 days. They are under 2x Viparspectra 600w LEDs in a 2x4 tent. At day 7 I transplanted #1 into a 1gal plastic round pot. And the 2nd plant will be going into a 7"x7"x9" They are both in Happy Frog Soil medium by Fox Farms. The plan is 6 weeks veg then flower time!

Update of the garden

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. 12/08/2021 Recovering from Neem oil over spray, New growth emerging. Day#4 I've noticed she has at least two tops maybe 3 !! Very interesting I will look more into this as I don't recall reading anything about its cause, is it inherent to genetics? Hmmm. The root and bloom has IBA in it, maybe thats why?

It's been a beautiful plant to grow, I thought she was gonna be a little bigger, however she has produced an amazing quality flowers, very sticky, terpy and stinky, the citric aroma it's absolutely wonderful just because of that I could grow her again and again. You definitely need to try this strain if you lovd weed.💚🌱🤤

Entering week 2 of flower! She did A LOT of growing and changing in the first week and I was able to get her canopy laid out nicely in the 4X4! This week is a continuation of that. Slowing tying down branches as not to stress her out. She came down with some broad mites last week ( I can only assume despite all precautions, I brought them home from work, as we had a problem with them in our veg room a couple weeks back) Steady, heavy Nuke Em applications is showing improvement! 3/28 Update: We seem to have won against the bugs! I will continue preventative sprays for a week or so just to be sure they are gone, but I think we are in the clear. I believe I have successfully managed her canopy as well. We are two weeks into the stretch and she has plenty of room to go up now (which was my main concern with her)! I actually brought her down from 43in in the last week of veg to 40 inches this morning through dropping a net and slowly tying and spreading branches! 😁
