I used Cotton pads that I stole from my wife 😂 😎 They work better. I sprayed them with bottled water and placed them in a zip lock food bag. I also sprayed the bag a little and zipped up 75% of the bag. Left it in a warm dark place. (Kitchen Cupboard). After 2 days both germinated and I placed them Coco Coir Plant Starter Pellets. After 2 days under my grow light they sprouted. Temp was 23c
Plant 1 is growing slower. I took the plant out of the cup and saw what looked like mould on the coco pellet also saw the root Turing brown so I too plant out of the pellet, rinsed the root and planted it directly into the clay pebbles in the cup. Also the roots haven’t shown the waters in the dwc yet. But plant 2 is loving life and is bigger that plant one also the roots look healthy and have reached the water.
I was lazy with changing water for the first two weeks but I change water weekly and it looks like she’s enjoying what I’m feeding her. Although one plant is growing after than the other.
