Buds are to heavy had to support them Week 10 Day 3 bloom - Flushing

This week went very well, I was finally able to get the second toppings done today on day 35. I am hoping to get the final 4 toppings done in about a week or a week and a half, and then Give her a couple more weeks in Veg before I flip the lights. She is definitely not growing super-fast, but she seems to be growing nice and thick and sturdy with tight internodal spacing, which is exactly what I am looking for. Week 5 started off a bit rough. Continuing to over nute the plant babies, I realised I should flush and step back a little. The flush helped a lot. I keep the plants outside on days where the weather was good, and put them back inside to maintain 20/4 light schedule. I defoliated a large fan leaves at the bottom of the plants, as well as any of the yellowing leaves. This, coupled with the flushing, really seemed to perk them up. I trained some more of the branches and tucked away fan leaves blocking bud sites. All 5 plants are flowering, with B#2 (the untopped one), leading the charge with a solid main cola. I'm surprised by how little they stretched, but perhaps that has something to do with me nuking them with fertiliser at a critical point. Eh.

This weeks been hectic! Iv had a lot of training to do and a fair amount of defoliation - all only done until my plant had no feed left. Iv signed up to a couple of patreon accounts : ‘Willymyco’ and ‘DGC - dude grows podcast’s. Another great podcast. However, over the past week there’s been a heatwave and I accidentally pulled the red on/off plastic valve from the res for a second , it’s all good and just went on insulated wires…so I just mopped it up. I changed it to a mars hydro ts-1000w, and then the ts-600. Glad the dimmer works though or temps will be insane! I am still thinking of putting in the fc-e3000 but if I do that I’m going to have to take out the stoppers from the ends and hacksaw some off. It’s only cheap aluminium and then I’m going to think about removing one of the light strips if I can. Then I’ll just keep it low. It’s still weird working with a plant they suggested, un-topped— this is the first time i have done this in my life - I have literally always - HST’d, using the early veg stage and making used of the time for it to heal.

The lady turns out to be beautiful in the end. The resin is coated all over the bud :-). I changed the whole water again this week. This will last until the end before I will use completely fresh water to rinse out the nutrients 3-5 days before the harvest. Next week I will look at the trichomes every day to determine the perfect harvest time. Otherwise the tent was cleaned and everything checked. 13/12/2023 Everything is going very well, I continue to provide nutrients (probably for the last time for numbers 1, 2, and 3) and trim all the yellowing leaves. I will assess what to do with number 4 at the time of harvesting the first 3. If it enters a good flowering stage, I will dry the other 3 in a cardboard box in the same room as my box while number 4 finishes (this bothers me a bit because I would like to give them 48 hours of complete darkness before harvesting). They seem so big (to me) and beautiful, I couldn't resist taking more pictures. Thank you for taking a look at my journal. DAY 73: The Lucky Charms is just starting to come out of the stunting from potting her up, and should be ready to double in size with the new room and the stretch in early flower. Very excited to see how she transforms. The clone cut I took off the LC has still yet to root, but looks very good, so I'm hoping to get another go at this strain, with more TLC. Since my flowering room is currently full, I'm still waiting on potting the White Widow up. Since the White Widow is still in veg I've just been LST'ing the hell out of her. And she's been handling it super well. She's a Bondage Queen lol.

------GENERAL COMMENT------ We arrived pass mid flowering as we are now starting week 5 of flower. No issues, bumped up a bit the Sensi Bloom to 2.5 after 3ml, and have seen the girls darken a bit, so i decided to go down a bit to 2ml this week, maybe stick to this dosage depending how the girls react. The tent have become small for or two ladies, no way to train them more, there is no space. Decided to move forward without a mid grow flush. Still on the 1.5l of water every other day, one base + recharge + pk booster, other with pk booster + natures candy + velokelp alternating. Today was the last Pk booster - Big Bud dose, now we will cut the Big Bud and enter with the Overdrive, the rest will be as is. ------GG. AK47 COMMENT------ I'm loving to grow this strain, so curious about the smoke, and the outcome, this one exceed my expectations a lot seen that it was a gift seed... She is less dark than the BB but still a little dark, and a bid very bid of tip burn, so -1ml of sensi /l should be fine.

Growing strong I think I'm going to up the nutrition its receiving. It seem thirsty all the time I water her at least 4 time last week.
