So in the last couple of weeks I tried to make the night time temperature go down enough for them to turn color and they did - the sugar leaves turned a deep bluish green, really nice coloring! I harvested over a 2-day period. Day 1 I hand-plucked the sugar leaves off plants # 1, 2, & 3. Day 2 I hand-plucked plants 4 & 5, trimmed all of them and cut them down whole. I hung them to dry in my closet/former grow room with a boot tray of water with a towel for evaporation. My last grow was a disappointment in the end due to me not realizing how dry it is in the house (here in the living room it's 19% RH due to it being January in Canada and the hot water heating radiators are going full time). When they were dry enough, I did the final trimming, removing all the waste and dividing the buds into 2 classes: Top tier which are the nice tops of the big colas, and 2nd tier, which are the rest. I think I'll learn to make hash with the 223 grams of wet sugar leaves. I'll be adding more to this final entry in the coming days - this has been really tiring! Final numbers for 5 ShishkaBerry plants: Top tier buds (dried not cured) 372g 2nd tier buds (dried not cured) 150g Hand plucked sugar leaves (wet) 223g Waste (Sticks, stems, burnt leaf tips) 128g I'm basing my comments on the taste by the glove-hash I smoked - wow it's really good! I'm looking forward to next month when these buds will be ready to enjoy 😁 I'd like to thank all my new friends here and the other growers that have helped me along the way 😚 Finally, I left you with an outtake video from one of the defoliation sessions 😺 Stay tuned for updates... UPDATE 1: Today I might have made some tincture or something, not sure. I slow-roasted the dried but not cured previously hand plucked sugar leaves and crumbled them up and put them in a mason jar (51 grams 100% dry weight) and added a little bottle of Absolut Vodka (375 ml). I shook the mixture vigorously for a couple of minutes then placed it in a cool area of the house to sit for a few weeks before a first test - not totally sure what I'm doing here). UPDATE 2: Possibly made Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) out of the Alsolut vodka - ShishkaBerry mixture: I strained it so that there was no plant material, reduced it in a double boiler style, not sure what to do with the gooey stuff that's left as a result.

Today is day 77 so we are starting week 12 .. all the plants are doing great 👍 Gummiebears is the real star of the show as she's double any other girls I have going right now.. she in 4 gallon pot and is around 44 to 45 inches tall and has so so many bud sites that are stacking fast.. she is 2 weeks behind in flower but you wouldn't know it .. Grease Gun and Froot by the foot are almost ready for the flush stage , today I fed them next to nothing.. Cream however is still getting full dose and she taking it well ...... Early on I cut the lowest 2 branches and cloned them and stuck them in a vase with nutrient water fore 10 days then stuck them in dirt and boy have they takin off .. they started to reveg and I look forward to seeing how crazy that gets ... pictures about illustrating what they once where vs now .. hope all is well.. 01/29/25 Short facts: - 43cm high - Light is @80% but in a distance of 48cm - 650 ppfd - VPD @ 1.0 - but haven't got it higher than 0.9 - had to defoliate the plant - No Root juice anymore --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- She is in flower and did stretch quite a lot, but mostly in two side branches. Still not very happy with the growth, because of den mainbranch. The top is just overcrowded and just looking weird. There are also some leaves, that just look a little bit weird. Maybe it is a mutation? I have to apply the fertilizer for flowering in the next few days.

I was flushing all the plants since August 9. You can see in the videos with de microscope ( I really try my best, but it was pretty difficult) the trichomes looks cloudy and some of them looks amber. Maybe in the videos you can't see it because my hand was really shaky. August 17: all the plants were in dark. August 18: i cleaned all the plants, buds, leafs, everything..., spraying water to remove the rests of potasic soap. Today august 18, during the nigth, i'm going to harvest all the ladies. In the past 3 days i didn't watering the plants and the smell was stronger. August 19: Before dry -Critical Kush: 150g -Red dwarf: 60g -Syrup (2 plants): 270g -Lemon (4 plants): 570g

Thinking this may be the last week of veg before I run out of room in the tent to allow for stretching. Plants are hooked up to the Autopots and have a fresh reservoir for the week. Gave them a light lollipopping to allow for better airflow.

Ok, so day 46, i see a lot of “hairs” turning dark/brown/yellow, so i gave it fresh water no nutes. But it is only the top buds, so maybe i will feed 1-2 times more before flushing. Thats for lsd-25. blueberries, on the other hand needs more time. Day 47: very beautiful colours, and the sweetest smell ❤️

This is a strain that is very easy to grow and resistant, after the fourth week it sticks a lug, and does not need a lot of vitamins, it grew with only 13 and 12 hours of light and went through cloudy days and a lot of humidity
