Week 5 / Day 35 Flower began today - 15/12/2021. Plants have definitely started packing on some buds compared to last week. Can’t wait to see how they turn out over the next 4 weeks. EC is currently a little high, both at 1.6EC, however I believe that it is due to the top layer of the coco drying out leaving salts behind. I think this because there is no symptoms of burn or deficiency, so it can’t be the over nuting, plus I’m using 1/2 of what mills suggest in terms of Base Nutes so I believe it’s the drying out. I will be keeping the EC around 1.4 once it’s stable and only upping the base nutes if they start to seem hungry. It has been less is more the whole run so I’m gonna keep with it. To get the EC stable again, and keep the coco wet, I have began multifeeding 3 x per day during lights on. 2 litres at a time per plant every 24hrs - 6l a day. I have read good things about multifeeding so want to carry on doing it as I’m so far impressed with the results. The string for the “LST” has been left on, but I don’t think it’s necessary at all. I will probably cut them off in time or just leave them on if they don’t harm the plant at all. Due to starting the C4 a week early, I did not want to use it for an extra week again this week, so I have began using the Mills Ultimate PK a week early at 2ml per litre. This can be used for the last 2-4 weeks of flower, so hopefully it all works out. Still haven’t been any nute burn or anything this run which I’m happy about, the girls seem to be coming along nicely and just developing without issues. *touch wood* I am just defoliating a couple of leaves per girl at a time to reduce stress, and only if they are beginning to shade or cover lower bud sites. This week in my grow room has been full of developments. First, I added additional lights because I couldn't get the relative humidity (RH) under control. I ordered a dehumidifier, but it will take a few weeks to arrive, so I had to find a temporary solution. I also emptied the reservoir and refilled it with fresh water and nutrients. I secured the net to ensure it stays in place under tension. In two days, I plan to switch the light schedule to 12/12, hoping the plants will stretch a bit during the switch to avoid having overly large buds that aren't evenly spread. Seventeen hours later, I decided to keep the lights on a 16/8 schedule for a few more days. The plants are starting to show signs of something happening, so I want to see how they develop. I will keep you updated on the progress. Then, I received a message from my supplier that the dehumidifier would arrive today. Great news—time to spice things up! On June 2nd, the dehumidifier arrived, and I managed to get my Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) to 1.17! This is fantastic news, and I'm very curious how this will affect water usage. The dehumidifier seems pretty powerful, with water literally dripping out of the hose, so I'm no longer worried about high humidity levels. It's a shame it doesn't have a range setting, but I couldn't expect more for the price. I'm considering ordering the Dimlux Auxbox to set a working range and separate day/night settings. Thankfully, the dehumidifier has an auto-restart function after a power loss. On June 3rd, the night is over, and while my values are now more stable, I haven't noticed any significant differences in water absorption. What I do notice is that the pots seem much drier. The difference in leaf temperature compared to the room temperature has increased slightly, now about a 2˚C difference, indicating that evaporation has increased somewhat. Despite the dehumidifier cooling the air, the room temperature has risen. This is explainable since dry air heats up faster than humid air. The CO2 heater is also running significantly longer. So, although there are no immediately visible differences, there are indeed some changes. Today is the last short night of 8 hours, and tomorrow will be the first night of 12 hours. I am contemplating doing a 10-hour night first and will decide later tonight. After closely reviewing the video footage, I noticed some divergent colors on the leaves. My pH is currently 6.4, which I had adjusted to compensate for the low pH last week—a foolish decision in coco, I know. I plan to make videos of each individual plant for my records to investigate further. The light is too intense to inspect them up close, so the videos will help me get a better look.

There was only 1 watering. What an odd week. I managed to get a couple of up-close recordings of 2 strains. The Jelly Bananen has started to yellow. It seems to be all over, and I haven't exactly started flushing yet. Or maybe she has begun flushing. She is supposed to finish up right around 63 days and the last nutrient feeding was only 590ppm, so it is most definitely a possibility. The next time I water will be with recycled water with extremely low ppm (under 100), and I'm expecting to do a 14-day flush. I'm slightly concerned that the Jelly Bananen may have to be harvested early if the yellowing spreads to the sugar leaves. Guess I'll be finding out in the next week or so. First week back with my plants and they’re wayyy bigger than I thought they’d get! Decided to do a big defoliation since it’s about the 3-4 week in flower. And they’re getting stanky

August 31 - Day 35 Getting there. Everything is basically the same besides the topping I did on August 29th (Day 33). The girls were on their 7th node going on 8 and I topped 3 down to 5 nodes and 1 to 6. Lost at least 5 days to a week in growth on that. But I didn't feel like they were growing enough daily to top them sooner Temp - 78 Humidity - 63 Wattage - 110 EC - 600

Added the first screen into the tent. Decided to kick Big Mumma out because she just wasn't growing any taller and the other plants were really over growing her. For the new setup I used kitty litter trays and mesh to sit the plants on - each plant gets its own tray so I can track runoff EC individually and I cut little flaps in the mesh so I can wet vac the runoff. With this setup I shouldn't need to move the plants out of the tent until harvest. For the scrog I just tied some builders rope around the poles of the tent and tied the trellis netting off with training wire. I've been manipulating the growth just to try and fill out the whole screen, I also gave them a good haircut because I plan on flipping them soon, don't want them to outgrow the tent.

Air umidity is getting high, I'm a little concerned about mold. I took some leaves. Let's try getting to achieve more 15 days till chop it.

Fruity Pebbles #2 has sprouted and is getting acclimated. So far everything is looking good. She is growing in Athena nutrition while #1 plant is in Blue Planet. Everything is looking good at the moment. Curious to see how the results differ. Week 3 of Flower we focus on Defoilation. This really is going to test the genetics response to extreme stress. Performed a 5 day Schwazze to minimize stress instead of ripping off most leave in one day. Plant seem to have reacted well so far. This technique has really opened the canopy and expose many bud sites. Preparing for a top feed at start of new week.

Humidity has been the biggest struggle. The dehumidifier I bought was complete useless only moved RH 1% down. Tried a couple different things to try to combat the excessively high RH (75+%) openings up extra flaps in the tent didn’t work so I decided to turn on my carbon Filter fan. Which seems to be maintaining it at 55%, however prior to me being able to start my fan I had to clear the water out of my exhaust ducting. It had accumulated at least 1/4 gal of water, this to me was a clear indication of my humidity problem. Another thing I want to rant about is PH pens I haven’t been able to find a pen worth a damn and yes I have been properly handling them. My first one died on a watering day and I didn’t have a back up so I ordered two more off amazon which don’t seem to be working well either. I ended up doing it the old school way with the drops and shaking it in a tester. Oh I also gave nutrition a break past two feedings I had a slight burn on the tips will probably do one more plain water then put her back on nutrition. Went back to nutrition early then I intend due to a slight nitrogen deficiency I don’t thing it’s gonna be a big issue just gonna continue to monitor.

Hello everybody, were very proud to present our new grow to you. We just started three weeks ago and we are very happy, everthing is fine with our beautiful plants. Almost all are looking strong and healthy, but one of them had a taint on one of the leafes. It was there from the very first time, since birth ;-) you can see it on these pictures: *?* Otherwise we are very satisfied and looking forward to all of your comments and your good advices!

It is getting more humid in the grow tent this week. I need to do another refresh on my DWC water right away. It's smelling slightly stale. I should have done it sooner and not waited for the smell to be noticeable. Anyways it's looking good and will enjoy a refresh today. So I touched a leaf today to remove it and after smelling my hand I had a urge to cut her down and smoke it. She's got an omg sweet aroma covering your hands that just makes me wanna pinch a top off and try it. I feel like a cat hit by the wiff of the nip. I'll been using sticks to handle from now on.

No idea what she was. Tester # 3. She smells like vanilla and citrus. She grew super great I would so love to grow her again. Would be super interested In her genetics. Would grow again in larger pot.

Mittlerweile läuft es sehr entspannt da ich nur alle 3 Tage gießen muss. Und die Pflanze in Ruhe lasse. Entlauben muss ich wohl nicht mehr 😜 das reicht wohl bis zum Ende...😂
