This week's highlights: Root Breakthrough, Dimmer Battles & The EC thingy Another week down! Since my last update on September 13th, the girls have made some serious moves. Here is the day-by-day log of what’s been happening inside the tent: The Story So Far: September 14th – Minor Tweaks & One-Handed Light Gymnastics Adjusted the pH back down from 5.8 to 5.5. I also wanted to bump the PPFD up to 350 µmol/m²/s. Since the somewhat finicky built-in dimmer on the Lumatek ATS 300W Pro only allows adjustments in 25% steps—and I’m far too stingy to buy additional control gear so I had to lower the light physically. Doing that with only one hand was… an experience, to say the least! The bright side? As the plants grow upwards, the PPFD will naturally increase on its own. I just need to keep an eye on the canopy distance. Once the roots hit the main reservoir, I’m expecting an explosive growth surge anyway. September 15th – Steady Cruising Noticed the EC drifted up slightly to 1.3 mS/cm. Left it as is. Just brought the pH back down from 5.7 to 5.5. September 16th – Quiet Day Nothing major to report. The pH only rose to 5.6. My threshold for this phase is 5.7 so I don't bother adjusting down to 5.5 until it hits or exceeds that mark. Minimal effort, maximum chill. September 17th – We Have Touchdown! pH crept up to 5.8, so I dialed it back to 5.5. More importantly: roots from BOTH plants have officially broken through into the main reservoir! Game on. September 18th – Smooth Sailing Just letting the plants do their thing. No intervention needed. September 19th (yesterday) – Reservoir Change & A Quick Lesson on Canna Schedules I did a full reservoir change and prepared the mix for Vegetative Phase I strictly according to the Canna Aqua calculator for 30 liters. I input my custom base EC of 0.28 mS/cm and dosed everything down to the exact milliliter using syringes (66 ml Vega A+B, 60 ml Rhizotonic, 75 ml Cannazym). After letting the solution sit for 2.5 hours to settle, I took a reading expecting the target EC of 1.4. Instead, the meter hit a whopping 1.78 mS/cm! The takeaway here: official feeding charts are guidelines, not absolute truth. Especially when working with remineralized RO water, which reacts quite differently than standard tap water. To bring it back down to a safe 1.4 EC, I had to scoop out 6.5 liters of the hot solution and dilute it back up with fresh, remineralized RO water (EC 0.28). Always double-check your readings before feeding your roots! September 20th (today) - pH correction from 6.1 back to 5.5 and video editing for this week's report. Now that the roots are drinking directly from the reservoir and the fresh nutes are locked in at 1.4 EC, let's see how fast they explode next week! A Note on VPD & Climate Controls: You might notice I’m not running a high-end, dynamic VPD-controlled tent with automated humidifiers or smart exhaust triggers to chase the absolute textbook 1.0 kPa around the clock. Why? Because this is a Lazy Grow (maybe not for so long, still thinking about mainlining), not a NASA cleanroom operation. Looking at my environment logs, temperatures stay nicely between 22°C and 26°C with RH hovering in the 50–65% range. This puts the VPD naturally right in the sweet spot for veg (~0.9 to 1.1 kPa) without me having to micro-manage humidifiers or drain my wallet on automated climate gear. Sure, dialing in VPD to the exact decimal point might squeeze out an extra 5% of dry weight in the end, but ambient room conditions are doing 95% of the heavy lifting just fine. Good enough for me!

8/1 This wad the most fucked up morning ever. Didn't get much time with the girls. I was able to take a few pics when I got back amd a video this morning. Pillars are still around. I killed a couple but I probably should spray BT. I think we got rain last night. Bags are heavy. I defoliated a little bit more on the interior and found some small yellow leaves. Event horizon is still on point to flower first. I NEED to lst and add supports for flower bit I've got a lot of other things going on too. I'm going to TRY to spray BT tonight if weather permits and I should have the supports up this weekend. At least that's what I'm hoping. 8/2 Quickly watered as I had to fix a flat tire to get my wife to the doctor. Gave most a gallon but closer to 3/4 on one event horizon and the sherb pie. Half g for the 10 and I gave the 5 and the 50 a little water. I didn't give the 50 much. That holds water far longer. I'm glad I got it done. It was 90°+ and sunny all day. Earlier everything looked great. I think I'm gonna go check them and maybe add a few pictures. WENT OVER AND FOUND THE EVENT HORIZON I GAVE A LUTTLE LESS WATER TO, IN THE BACK COMPLETELY DEOOPED OVER AND DRY. I QUICKLY WATERED A GALLON. I CHECKED THE OTHER PLANTS AND SAW A COUPLE THAT "MIGHT'VE STARTED DROOPING BUT WERE LIGHT SO I GAVE ALL THE GMO'S HALF A GALLON. I WATERED THE CONTAINER PLANTS AND THE ONE IN THE 50. BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY. THEY WERE SUPER LIGHT. SOME ARE SHOWING SOME HEAT STRESS BUT I DONT BLAME THEM WHEN ITS PUSHING 100° OUT. I HOPE THIS PLANT WILL PICK UP BUT ILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MORNING TO SEE. I GOTTA GO EAT DINNER AND IT WAS IN ROUGH SHAPE. CANT BELIEVE THIS. ITS THE FURYHEST IN FLOWER TOO. INTERNET TOO SLOW TO UPLOAD 8/3 This morning it was "maineing" out. Basically like raining but more of an alternating mist. The event horizon that looked DEAD is completely recovered! I'm so stoked. I've had a really rough few days but at least I've still got my girls. After this little bit of rain I'll do the supports and a spray of BT for the pillars. I'm noticing more damage and I don't want them arpund when they can burrow into buds. WENT BACK AT LIKE FIVE. THE 5 GAL WAS DROOPING AND THE 10 WAS DRY AF. OTHERS WERE ALSO LIGHT. I USED 5 GALLONS ON THE GARDEN AS SOME STILL "LOOKED GOOD" BUT WERE DUSTY AND DRY. I ONLY GAVE THE GMO IN THE 30 A HALF GALLON. DIDNT WATER THE ECENT HORIZON IN THE BACK AND THE GMO IN THE FRONT BY THE DOOR ASXTHE LOOKED GOOD AND STILL HAD SOME WEIGHT TO THEM. THIS WAS ANOTHER DAY IN THE 90s THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE RAINED. LUCKILY IVE GOT THAT INTUITION AND I CAN CHECK. CAMS HELP WITH THAT BUT ITS BEST TO CHECK A FEW TIMES A DAY IN WEATHER LIKE THIS. FAR TO HOT TO SPRAY ANYTHING. 8/4 Chose not to water as we were supposed to get an inch of rain, then a half in and now it says .1in. I'm going to go over and check on the garden and see what they look like. I took pictures but I'll have to wait to upload them. WENT BACK OVER IN THE AFTERNOON AROUND 2ISH. GMO IN THE FRONT WAS DROOPY. WATERED THAT A GALLON AND IT WAS UP BY THE TIME I LEFT. THE GMO ON THE END (MY CANARY) WAS SUPER LIGHT SO SHE GOT A GALLON. THE EVENT HORIZON I DIDNT WATER YESTERDAY GOT ABOUT 3/4 OF A GALLON AND I WATERED THE ONE IN THE 10 1/2 GALLON. SHOWERS ARE IN THE FORECAST AND EVERYTHING ELSE LOOKED PRETTY GOOD AND WASNT DEAD LIGHT. AS OF 3 EVERYTHING IS GOOD. I IMAGINE ILL PROBABLY NEED TO WATER SOMETHING TOMORROW. IT SUCKS HAVING TO DO THIS SEPERATELY BUT SOMETIMES THATS HOW IT GOES. I DONT EXPECT THESE 90 TEMPS WILL CONTINUE. ALSO NOTICING SOME FADING AS THEY TURN TO FLOWER. DEF NEED NUTES. AND ONCE THE TEMPS GO DOWN I NEED TO SPRAY EITHER BT OR SPINOSID. 8/5 It Rained last night so I didn't need to water. Everything was nice and heavy. Beautiful day today. Hopfully I can do an app of bt tonight. Weather man needs to get things right. It says we got .005in last night but I heard it and it was way more than that. This is a tiny town. WENT BACK OVER AND FED. EVERYTHING GOT 1.75 PINTS. THE 10 GOT HALF THAT. THE FIVE A LITTLE LESS. I DEFINATELY NEED TO SPRAY FOR PILLARS. I ALSO HAVE A BIT OF DEFOLIATING ON A COUPLE PLANTS THAT I NEED TO DO. USUALLY I'VE LOST TONS OF LEAVES BY NOW. I JUST NEED TO IMPROVE AIRFLOW. THE TRELLIS WILL HELP WITH THAT PLUS SUPPORT. I THINK I MAY BE ABLE TO SPRAY PISSIBLY TONIGHT (DEPENDING ON WEATHER) AND SUPPORTS AND DEFOLIATION THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

I basically followed the same steps as last week only different is i didnt top her off. I was going to do a full h20 change at the end of the week but more important things came up when I was about to do it. Plan on doing a full h20 change at the beginning of week 6. Need to find my trellis net a spread her out a lil more. I need to raise the light intensity jus a tad. Also raise the light this upcoming week. So far this has been a decent grow. Hope things continue this trend.

Day 62. 13 days after the flip to 12/12 and starting to show pistils from the shoots. Leaves are much healthier than before and they're taking to flowering well. I cant get the temperature any lower at the moment so it will just have to do. Although heatwaves are on the way to the UK! Emergency news, I must relocate and the ladies are coming with me! Big task but must remove the net and then they're coming on a journey with me! I am not sure whether I will put the net back on and try to weave them through or if maybe LST is the way to go from here unfortunately..

LSD has gone crazy over the last week, insane bulk-up in her buds, from top to bottom, in by the stock and out to the tips, she's just bulky, dense, sticky, frosty and incredible! By far, the best looking results from any of my LSD grows. Green Crack also looks incredible and the rest of the ladies, while doing awesome, will be their final grow in my garden. I originally thought this was an autoflower, but it turns out it was a photoperiod. It was still in veg on day 65, so I switched the light cycle to 12/12 and 10 days later (day 75) it went into flower. This video is two weeks (14 days) after it went into flower.

Buenas a todo compañer@s,otra semana más de cultivo. Amnesia haze Hoy día 3 Finalizamos la semana 5 de floración. Cambiamos a la semana 6 Aumento de la EC hasta los máximos valores que acepte la variedad,proabado este fenotipo de amnesia haze en varios cultivos con una EC2600 en sustratos. Una semana bastante jodida de agua,muchas lluvias,con lo que conlleva alta humedad en el exterior y con ello más alta en el cultivo. Pero seguimos luchando! Vídeo subido en la madrugada . Dia 5 Todo bien ,exceptuando una de las niñas que parece tener alguna deficiencia,magnesio pensé en primera estancia,pero otros compañeros me dijeron que podría ser que el magnesio bloqueó el potasio en unos riegos atrás. Le reduciré el magnesio,y le seguiré dando la misma dosis de potasio que le doy a todas las demás.. El riego es por goteo y no queda otra, a esa pequeña le añado lo que pida de más con una pequeña pistola de agua por debajo. Va afinando el cultivo con respecto a los olores. Día 6 Al fin,puedo volver a decir ,tengo todo bajo control!! Al menos por ahora.. Correji,el problema de potasio de la planta con la deoficiencia que no sé cómo llegó a ese punto,tan pronunciado.. hoy quedó la cama regada con una buena cantidad de abono EC2200 En una cantidad de tanque de agua de 44 litros Un ph6,2 controlado como en todo el ciclo de floración. Dia 7 Hoy abrí el armario,30segundos en la tarde mientras estaba la noche dentro con las niñas, 12grados era la temperatura dentro de el. Hoy realmente fue una tarde fría ,aquí.mañana vuelve a ser un día normal ,así que volveremos a tener los 16/17 que tenemos por lo normal. Buen pronóstico,e podido ver en los noticiarios,hahahah dejando temperaturas aparte. Regamos ayer, con una buena cantidad de azucares aminoácidos y enzimas,además de su riego base y calmag boost. Realmente hoy me quedan 10 días,en los que tengo que terminar de potenciar la planta con los abonos. Ya que en aproximadamente 20 días se finalizará este cultivo. No busco una cantidad oxidada de tricomas ,busco una buena patada de estimulación activa. En unas semanas abriré un nuevo pequeño espacio de cultivo con una cama de cultivo de suelo vivo. En un interior. Por lo demás,pediréis ver alguna deficiencia en una planta,y algo de estrés en otras más debido a El salto de temperatura de hoy. Decir que algunas sufrieron un poco de sobrefertilizacion. -ESO QUE PARECE UN🛰️, es la sonda de temperatura y humedad! Y ya de paso. aprovechamos la 💡 que pueda rebotar. Día 8 Parece que ahora piden mucha agua,van a sufrir un poco de estrés con respecto a eso. Mañana le meteré otro riego con un buen EC y la próxima semana acabaremos con los abonos. Están engordando muy bien,un olor a amnesia increíble con el toque lima y fresco de las haze. En este fenotipo la dominancia es más de la amnesia. El olor ,me está indicando que voy a tener un producto de gran calidad. Muy muy dulce,limón,madera cortada y toques a pimienta. Seguira definiendo más aún en la maduración y el desarrollo de resina empieza a manchar bien la hojas. Grandes extracciones de jardala nos esperan!

[ FEEDING 7TH WEEK on 9-10 week strain ] - 60ml / 1 Litter VEG Liquified dry nutrient (HOME MADE) - 1 feeding (pinch of Sea Salt/Gallon with Veg nutrient) 1 Corinthians 10:26 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- [WEEKLY NOTES] 9/18 I've been noticing some stress in the plants lately. They haven’t had any Sea Salt, and I'm seeing a few issues: 1. Small pot and root zone stress 2. Some nitrogen deficiencies 3. Magnesium deficiency I’ll be addressing these issues in the next 2-3 days using only organic methods. I’ll start recording from day one to document the process. Remedy 1. Sea Salt – 1/4 gram per liter during feeding 2. Home Cultivated Live Microbes - 5-10ml / 1 Litter 9/19 Last 4 pictures are taken 9/19 @ 12~12:20PM I could wait more, but just want to feed now while she is in transit. 10ml / 1 LItter was mixed and gave @ 12:23PM on 9/19 I am hoping to see stress releaf in 24 hours at least.. 9/19 2ND UPDATE @ 6:30PM 2 Pictures were taken. It wasn't the pot being too small, but found out pot caucer was too fit and it was holding full of water..; This plant seems to stopped light green leafing a bit and inter vein darkening has started this morning until giving Microbes. 6 Hours later seems to have stopped or came back to normal color a bit. 9/20 At 6 AM, things look pretty much the same as they did last night at 6 PM, which was about 6 hours after the microbe feeding. The darkening of the leaf veins seems to have stopped, and the lighter green leaves have stabilized as well. Since this plant is bigger than the one in SSKNF Grow #3, it might take a couple more days to fully recover compared to Grow #3. 9/21 Last day of the week, and just one more to go. I'm optimistic that the plant is bouncing back, though I realize I could have given her a bit more attention earlier on. Now that she’s recovering, I’m looking forward to seeing how she progresses from here!

The last to planted by 3 week and it the tallest already and it hasn't even stared to flower yet. I'm very excited to see what happens with this strain.

Day 28 I was away for 5 days and wow the growth... I'm sold on the auto-pots 😂 Shes still a lighter green than id like but she still seems to be pushing so I wont worry too much about it. No signs of preflowers yet.

Week 9, nov 9. the flush on the middle plant didn't seem to do much - the trichomes are barely starting. Most all the plants have shown calmag deficiency. they are getting worse even though I have added calmag throughout the grow. I believe it could be stale pro mix.

Started ponytailing both Banana’s to get light to her lower buds for 6 hours at a time. Did more LST to the branches and main stem removed a few leaves and tucking what can be tucked. The bananas appear to both be in pre flower and they are all handling LST very well.

Here we go for another run. I was recently made aware that a seedy I had germinated was not what i thought I was, so here I am making it right with a tastebudz seed directly from their website. 😁 The strain I have chosen for this run is moon berry. Germinated in a coco coin that has been soak in water with a little bit of mycroboost from living soils. At 25 degrees and between 70-80% humidity. This run will be an organic living soils run. Coco coin has been planted straight into her final pot, which is a 5gal fabric pot. Soil is previously amended but was only used for a week. Using Biobizz light mix and worm humus along side living soils amendments and beneficials. Mulch is made up of cover crop which was chopped dropped and reseeded. Soil also has worms in. Light is marshydro led 150 watt first week running only 1 at 25% 45cm away from soil. Light have been running 20 hours a day this week now dropping to 18 while the power is upped to 50%. Only one 4” fan running atm with no extractor this week and only this seedling is in the whole 80x80cm tent. I am buzzing to get this going. Let’s get this work! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

She needs to cure still but wet weight was reasonable at 10 zips and that's after removing the branches with seeds. Buds are nice and dense and wow she really sparkles under the light. She's packed with resin and smells like citrus, grape, candy with some gas on the end. She really smells wonderful! I would say out of the two branches I pollinated, I wound up with around 300-400 seeds total. This was a super fun plant to grow.
