Beginning of week 9: Tropicana is 27 cm high and the stem is 38 cm long. Sun is back, rain stopped, happy growing. Day 57 🌤️⛅️🌤️🌤️ 10-23 degrees, humidity is between 70 and 80%. Today I checked the PH of my collected rainwater, of the drainage, of my field horsetail tee / manure. With the soil everything is ok I think. PH of the drainage is 5,9. I was very surprised about the high PH of my homemade fertilizer. Today I took some macro fotos with my new magnifying glasses. I saw the first purple leafs and trichomes everywhere. They are all clear I think. It‘s my first time growing a cannabis plant and I love it!😻 Day 58 🌤️🌥️☁️☁️ 13-23 degrees, humidity between 60 and 95%. Tropicana feels better now with more light. It‘s much brighter during the days but today again cloudy. In my eyes Tropicana looks happy and she is so beautiful. I want to bite in one of those buds, but I will not do yet. Maybe I will take some of the less lighted buds, harvest for tee with cream. I like to vape my cannabis and cook or bake with resin and butter. So I plan to let Tropicana take all the time she needs to produce enough amber medicine. Day 59 🌤️☀️🌤️⛅️ 12-24 degrees, humidity 65-80% The smell is incredible. I really like it. Day 60 🌤️⛅️🌤️🌥️ 11-25 degrees, humidity 62-78%. This morning Tropicana got a bio banana shake which I prepared yesterday evening. I chopped three banana peels and boiled them in one liter of water for short. After I blended them together wit the water and let it stand overnight. Then I sifted the fertilizer in the early morning and gave Tropicana her breakfast: 700ml rainwater and 70ml of my banana fertilizer. The drainage had a PH of 6 On nearly all flowers it‘s possible to find purple colors. The pistils started to change the colors. Our balcony is in the first floor and today it was possible to smell Tropicana down on the street next to the house. 🤭 Day 61 🌤️☀️☀️☀️ 11-26 degrees, humidity 55-75%. Today it was very obvious that Tropicana started fatten up the buds to mature: Different colors, very strong smell, pistils are getting orange. I spotted the first amber trichomes. I could have a nice and potent June harvest but I think it will finish in the first week of July. Day 62 🌤️⛅️🌤️⛅️ 13-21 degrees, humidity is 50-60%. Tropicana enjoys the morning sun while I drink a fresh hemp leaf tee and reflect the last two month of my legal balcony grow. I watered with 700ml pure rainwater. The run off PH ist around 6,3. So I‘m quit sure that the reason for the increase in PH was the watering with the field horsetail manure, which has got a high PH something like more then 7. Day 63 ☀️☀️☀️☀️ 13-20 degrees and the humidity is between 66 and 85 % Beautiful monday morning. Tropicana asked for a banana smoothie, today 1:20 mixed with 700 ml. pure rainwater. She likes to drink it slowly, so I don‘t water all in one anymore. First maybe 20%, 10 minutes later 30% and after half an hour 50%. If I watered all in one, 100 ml of 700 ml run off. If I water step by step, all of the water stays in the pot. After 24 h the pot is much lighter and I need to water again. She is very thirsty in these days.

Aktuell sind die Lampen am Anschlag. Als taktischen „Joker“ habe ich noch die Bodenisolation im Zelt, die mir bei Bedarf weitere 3–4 cm Puffer liefert, sobald es oben zu eng wird. Die gestrige Mischung war das erste Mal „Full House“ inklusive dem Turbo-Booster: Green Sensation: Premiere an BT 17, um die Blütenmasse und den Stoffwechsel zu pushen Sugar Royal & Power Buds: Für maximale Harzproduktion und zur finalen Stretch-Kontrolle CalMag (10ml/5L): Als Schutzschild gegen die 319 Watt LED-Power Nematoden-Einsatz gestern Abend erfolgreich zur Prophylaxe gegen Trauermücken ausgebracht. Die Vitalität ist brutal die Blätter stehen steil zum Licht („Praying Plants“). Die Kombination aus hoher Wattzahl und dem Green Sensation scheint voll einzuschlagen. Die nächsten Tage wird der Fokus auf dem Lampenabstand zur Papayton liegen. Sobald der Abstand kritisch wird, fliegt die Bodenisolation raus.

Ok week 5 veg. I usually just let the plants grow through the trellis net. This time I tried a little bit of everything. I did a fairly big trim on leaves. I tied down branches with twist ties and then lowered the trellis net overtop. I may have gone a little overboard. But looking at other peoples diary’s I am seeing a lot of techniques being used so I will giver a shot. Trial and error. **Update** Plants growing up through trellis nicely. After tie down and trim.

Week 8 November 13 -another week and we have flipped to flower about 5 days ago no sign of pistils but the bud sites are starting to lighten up in color -got some nutrient water on some of the leaves last watering so that’s not good -also top watered to get the bloom nutrients to break down for the coming weeks -also rigged this card board cut out to keep the top soil dry so the amendments stay moist enough to break down as I bottom water all the established plants

This week I inoculated the room leaves and plants with Neoseiulus cucumeris, I have had minor thrip problems all summer, Usually I use lady bugs to combat them but none have been available this year. I inoculated the plants by shaking the bottle full of Cucumeris and bran over the leaves. I will do this a few times before pre flowers show. Cucmeris are predatory mites that eat the thrip larvae. And are supposed to work for spider mites as well. I added the scrog nets to the room and began training the plants through them. I then flipped the lights over to 12 and Initiated pre flower. All vegetative growth was very vigorous. The goal of this grow is to do a preliminary test to begin to determine if Mycelium provides any additional benefits to Cannabis when allowed to colonize in super soil before being added to bottom layer of the pot. The Process: 1) 8 weeks Prior to Germination Super Soil is mixed (see super Sub cools super soil recipe further down the page) and added to spinning two part composter, water is added and the super soil mix is allowed to break down for a week. 2) 7 weeks Prior To germination 1L of colonized mycelium is added to each side of composter. Mycelium is now allowed to colonize the super soil. 3) After 8 weeks total the Mycelium has had enough time to colonize throughout the super soil mix and is ready to be added to the bottom 1/3rd of the pots. This week I started to realize how much water these lady’s exactly started drinking they are getting so thirsty all the time I’m like non stop giving them water it feels like. They are getting super big Arnie the gal one with two tops is at 17” and helga the shorty with the booty jk. Is 10” but was topped on week 8 I believe so she’s trying to catch up and has been they both where popped from seedling at the same time but are totally different should be the same strain but have different characters about ones smell for sure I love smelling them. 👃

34 Days have passed. The colors are fading for some reason but i dont really care, theres obviously room for improvement on this grow. Im just gonna let it go as far as i can and hopefuly the plants will mature before they die off. It may have been because of over watering, thats my best bet so i will not water until they show small signs of underwatering, just so i can make sure. Other than that, the buds are looking good and the smell is incredible. ---1st time growing with FLO - Florian Living Organics.--- They claim that there is no need to pH when watering and that their living fertilizer is the only thing that i will need throughout the whole grow so i only need to mix with soil and just water with plain water. If this stuff works then it can simplify my future grows ALOT! Happy growing. 😎

one thing i liked was it started to get a little purple but that didnt really come through in the end. also i like the fast flowering. what i didnt like was that it truly was a bitch to grow, and if this were a bingo night i'd have crossed out nearly all the possible deficiencies and pest issues you can get. After being really happy with the purple punch genetics this one has been l bit of a disappointment really. i'd love to see more information strainspecifically to come with the package of seeds. like for instance if its a heavy feeder, if it likes the lights close or far away, and how long the flowereing period usually takes. Probably not growing this again anytime sooon though.

everything looks stable :) the mistake was made when choosing this pot, it is too small for her :( there is no room for the roots so it grows quite slowly, but everything is fine - I learn from my mistakes :) this week I did a lot of pruning of leaves and branches, which the girl responded well to , without much stress, I'm going on vacation soon - I'll leave the girl alone for a week - of course someone will come to water her :) so before I leave I'll give her at least 1000ppm water, and the next 2 waterings will only be pure water 25ppm :) I hope everything will be fine :) good luck everyone :).
