This grow started as auto flowers... But someone in dinafem was smoking weed when he was packing my seeds and put inside some photoperiod. After 50 days at 20/4 and with my plants not flowering i decided to switch my lights at 12/12. The plants indeed started to flower. I am very disappointed because i spent so much nutrients for vegging 50 days for no reason, because i spent so much electricity at 20/4 and because when i started this grow, with my calculations it should be over at 1-5 of june. Yet here i am at the middle of summer in Greece trying to deal with the temperatures and it is very hot. Anyway, things going well.

Week 1 flowering for the Motorbreath from super sativa seeds club. All good so far, we gave organic nutrients and some extra calmag with amino and some silica. We also continue with master root. Looking nice and green. Small little buds are starting to appear 🤗

About 3 week into flower packing in tons of frost it amazing smooth sailing can wait to see this finished product

Ho sistemato LST giornalmente perché continuano a crearsi nuove ramificazioni e gemme ovunque. Sto irrigando con 0.5L di acqua ogni giorno, ma credo dovrò passare a 1lt perché l’assorbe subito. Giorno 35 - l’apicale si é spezzato al 50% ho provveduto subito a mettergli del nastro di carta intorno e fargli un sostegno sotto per reggerlo nella sua posizione. Immagino che ora se dovesse sopravvivere avrà un blocco di qualche giorno. *Giorno 35 h.20.30 dopo solamente 6 ore l’apicale ha iniziato ad alzarsi da solo staccandosi dal sostegno, assurdo!

The Fruity Donutz have finally stopped stretching and are now fully growing their buds. The two plants are two very different phenos where one is turning into a beautiful purple lady. The ladies are very thirsty and I water them two times per day just to keep up. Overall they look very healty and the buds are developing fast. Can't wait to see how they grow this week! 🌿🌿🌿 Mid-week update Because this strain only has 8 to 9 weeks from seed to harvest I started with a little bit of Green Sensation already to support the blooming. The two plants are developing quite differently. The plant in the back is producing lots of trichomes, even covering the smaller fan leafs as well as the sugar leafs. It would be cool to have leafs with thick resin trails at the end f this grow ✌️. The plant in the front doesn't produce that much trichomes just yet, but it has beautiful purple buds and sugar leafs. Even though they're very different in appearance, they are both beautiful. The smell is getting stronger by the day and *spoiler alert* it's damn fruity 😅!

Las niñas se recuperaron muy rápidamente del transplante a su nuevo macetero . se ven bastantes vigorosas y con formaciones de resina en hojas grandes , su olor (se siente bastante agradable ) ya se esta empezando a notar en el cuarto. el panel led encuentro que les gusta mucho a las plantas se notan bastantes exitadas con la penetracion de luz que emite el equipo. Update the to a 4x8 this week and added a HLG 300 V2 RSpec with the futur vert FM8 flora max 660watts pumping 960 watts now .. Every thing is stacking up an fattening up beautiful in week 4 , The frost is coming out like a snow storm now in to week 5 flower ... I’m very impressed with the bud size on the slurricane ix this early on !!

Einen schönen guten Tag allen zusammen gewünscht 🙂 So wir befinden uns jetzt in der letzten Woche der Blühtefase. Wie vergangene Woche schon angesprochen musste die Cola des Haupttriebes geerntet werden bevor er vor Stress bzw. Überreife noch ,,vermännlicht,, Ansonsten ist sehr schön zu sehen, wie die Pflanze die Nährstoffe nach und nach aus den Blättern zieht. Das Düngen werden wir demnächst einstellen. Da wir organisch düngen muss auch nicht zwingend mit Wasser gespült werden. Dennoch wenn es abzusehen ist, werden wir trotzdem ein paar Tage nur reines Wasser benutzen. Auch die Terpene und Calyxe haben sich schön ausgeprägt und sehen echt mega aus. Nur noch wenige Tage und wie vermutet, auch ganz knapp zum Ende des S. S. CUP 24. Es sieht so aus, als hätten unsere von Vorhinein gesteckten Ziele sich fast komplett ergeben. Wir wollten eine gut Buschige, stabile Pflanze, die im obigen Bereich reich mit gut Durchschnittlichen Buds besetzt ist und so gut wie möglich, nicht viele kleine Buds besitzt. Na klar, einige sind auf jeden noch aufgefallen und beim nächsten mal wissen wir, das man da auch definitiv durchgehend dran bleiben muss, nur iwann ehrlicher weise, hatten wir auch das Auge dafür verloren (übermasse an buds und hier auch eher den mittleren teil der Pflanze gemeint) Die Pflanze ist so stabil, dass sie gar ohne Netz klar gekommen wäre. Auch das erste mal das wir dieses erleben durften, sonst machen die Äste immer eine ,,Biege,, ^^ Aber sowas benötigt auch abschließend gesagt, auch PLATZ muhuhuhaaaa 🤣 Diese Strain hat uns insgesamt nur mit positiven bereichert. Wir haben viele Erfahrungen und oder schon bereits erarbeites Wissen durch sie aufgefrischt und somit bewusst verbessert. Harvest week for the Milky Way F1 growmies 🙌 Pretty happy with how she handled this cycle, recycled soil first time ever, dead of winter, undersized light for a 100x100 tent… she just kept going 💪 In previous runs I did scaled harvests, and every time I noticed a visible resin boost and even some anthocyanin production on some phenos, confirmed that a sudden light intensity increase late in flower does something interesting. This time I went a different route: last 6-7 days I stripped most of the non-resinous fan leaves and redirected a lateral bar onto the mid/lower zone to get the same effect. Curious if mechanical stress from defoliation plays a role here too, anyone know anything about jasmonic acid? 🤔 Late flower I pushed the setup to ~200w adding 660nm red bars at 40-50cm, which clearly tightened up the buds compared to previous runs 👀 Pulled the CO2 bottles in flower, without a way to measure it I’d rather focus on VPD and fresh air circulation 🤷 Kept them in veg where humidity tolerance is higher anyway. Now she’s drying and I can’t wait to see how the wet/dry ratio lands 🌿​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process.
