With a genetic lineage that remains unrevealed to date, Sorbet is a somewhat mysterious hybrid strain that’s believed to be derived from Sunset Sherbert, but that’s an unconfirmed rumor. What we do know about this cultivar is that it packs an amazing flavor profile, mostly Sativa-like effects, and that these plants are a true joy to cultivate. On the palate, Sorbet nugs release a fruity flavor profile dominated by freshly picked berries, merging sweet and sour notes into a lingering delight. Effect-wise, Sorbet brings a THC-driven high with uplifting effects, causing euphoria, a giggly mindset, and slowly deepening relaxation that never leads to lethargy. Expect mental motivation and a generally blissful state of being. Medical use of Sorbet should be aimed at dealing with anxiety, depression, headaches, and stress. Growers should be aware that these plants pose some challenges along the way, especially regarding environmental conditions and the fact that they’re prone to overwatering. Yields are medium to high, ranging between 350 and 475 g/m² indoors, and flowering takes between 9 and 10 weeks to complete on average.
