Sour Caps by Seed Junky Genetics stitches together Cap Junky and Sour Straws into a modern hybrid that wears its lineage on the nose. In the jar, brisk sour-citrus candy rides atop peppered diesel and faint menthol, while the grind unlocks gassy rind and a hint of cookie cream from the Cap Junky side. Dense, medium-height plants stack hard, flashing heavy trichomes that frost calyxes silver-green. Most growers can expect a 60–70 day finish and vigorous branching, rewarding dialed environments with high indoor returns around 600–700 g/m2; outdoors, trained bushes can push into kilo-plus territory where seasons allow. Caryophyllene leads the terp ensemble with limonene and myrcene close behind, sketching a flavor that moves from tart to fuel to citrus-snap on the exhale. Reported effects lean euphoric and uplifted up top with a clean body ease that settles without sedation, reflecting the even-handed balance of its parents. Cap Junky’s reputation for potency and resin production meets Sour Straws’ tangy punch here, giving extractors and flower hunters plenty to chase. Bred and released by Seed Junky Genetics, Sour Caps adds a sour-candy twist to the celebrated Cap Junky family while staying true to its gas-first roots.
