Vortex spins out of the TGA Subcool Seeds universe with a fast, sativa-leaning rush. Bred by Subcool's The Dank by pairing Apollo 13 with Space Queen, this 80/20 hybrid became a cult favorite and captured High Times' Best Sativa in 2010 after an earlier Top 10 nod in 2007. Crack a jar and the room tilts tropical: ripe mango and pineapple over bright citrus peel, grounded by a faint spice. A terpinolene-led bouquet with supporting limonene and beta-caryophyllene translates straight to the palate, while resinous lime-green flowers glitter beneath burnt-orange pistils. Typical lots test in the mid to high teens for THC (about 16-20%) with trace CBD, delivering a quick, clear lift that many describe as energetic, euphoric, and distinctly uplifting.
