Big ups to Fastbuds for the prize pack—this was for diary of the month back in December. The seed popped strong, with plenty of growth after 48 hours. It’s gone right into Biobizz Allmix with a little bit of root juice. I should really have potted in a larger pot, but I’ve just cleared the garage and couldn’t figure out where I put the 22l pots! Anyway, looking forward to experimenting with this one. This first one I don’t think I’ll do much with, and save the topping and scrogging for the next ones.
Some great growth this week! Started LST and removed a few fan leaves. Not going to mess with this one too much if I can resist—really want to see how this strain does without much intervention.
Flowering! Really pleased with the growth and regularity of this one so far. I'm a little concerned that I started adding Bio-grow too early (and that's the source of the yellow tips): I planted in All-Mix soil, so maybe it was a bit early. But now that we're in flower I've switched to small amounts of Bio-bloom and Top-max, so we'll see. Definitely keeping a careful approach on this one, I'm so eager to try this bud! I'm doing a little limited LST and defoliation just to keep the air moving and to let light get through, but other than that I won't do anything aggressive for this first attempt with this strain.
Really pleased with the growth this week. In particular the yellowing tips have really improved, so I’m feeling more confident. I flushed midweek and am sticking slow with the nutes with much better results so far.
A frustrating week. It looks like a magnesium deficiency, right? I’ve added calmag in this week but so far it looks like it’s getting steadily worse. I’m reducing the light to 18/6, maybe that will help. Any suggestions welcome!
Still seeing some micronutrient deficiencies, but I think I’m getting it into the right ballpark. Algamic is only being added every other feed max. There’s some age-related yellowing too. Some pistils starting to go orange. My plan is to chop a bit early for this one—I tend to leave these things late and want to try something different.
A nice week! Still some micronutrient deficiency signs but much more stable this week. The smell has really popped this week as well. Now about 70% cloudy trichromes—this might be my fastest grow yet! Clearly not going to get a huge harvest but am excited to try it. Some leaves yellowing and dropping off.
Just about there! A few amber trichs but mostly cloudy. Still some growth but I want to chop a little young anyway. I’ll probably harvest this weekend.
EDIT: posted this on a friday, harvested on Sunday. 111g wet plus trim: not so bad from a 5L pot. It smells AMAZING and super strong. Very juicy and sticky, with a strong citrus skunky smell. Can't wait to try it!
After 1 week since harvest: Oh man. I've dried for five days and cured for just two so far, but had to try it. BLAM--I was not expecting how strong and fast this would hit. I practically had a few puffs and I'm squinting like a chihuahua over here. It's super cerebral and buzzy, maybe a little body high even early on. It's a bit harsh and flavorless at the minute, but that'll improve. Really pleased with this one, I'm glad I have a few more seeds. Thanks for the contest prize Fastbuds, this is amazing stuff. Highly recommend.
I’m pretty pleased to get an ounce of this from a 5L pot. It was fast and easy; a little bit of a nute wobble earlier but it pretty much worked out. I didn’t train this one much at all since it was my first try, but I’m glad I’ve got another one growing to try other stuff out. Definitely recommend this one as a quick strain. Nice golfball-sized buds and it dried fast. Super smelly while drying.
Good luck growman😃 you have a great high times forward 👍💙 thia plant was my best autoflower so far ☺️ Thanks to @Fast_Buds for reaching such a great points 🙏
