Plant A: on the left - Plant B: on the right
A- Stem is purplish-brown color and some black/purple stripes through the cotyledons. Seems to be healthy though. Possibly genetics?
B- Got long searching for light since shell was stuck. Situation fixed - moving on👌
By the end of the 1st week mark, the babies have been through a lot, but bounced right back. After I stopped obsessing over watts and remembered I cut off an arm and 1/3 of my leg to pay half way through for an electrical engineering degree and worked on large electrical panels for LIGHTS...that watts aren't important when it comes to determining how much light and distance😅 and despite reading the hundreds of other forums... WATTS THE ISSUE?
Well, now that I've determined the lux & ppfd, I took all the extra lights I had out. I am only using my grow light bulb (65W eq., 8W true). I have it about 3.5-4inches away from my plant. Took out the meter to see where the lux wasn't above 60k to prevent burning the little ones. I already made the mistake when I added an LED panel along with the grow bulb which were initially placed somewhat far up.

Plant A -- my mutant child:
The kid was not showing any true leaves. Came to the conclusion that it topped itself. Now its growing some 'stuff/growth/maybe leaves?' Idunno. We'll see what it turns out to be!😛
Plant A-- with the larger cotyledons has not shown any signs of true leaves. Is this a genetic problem and will it make it? Has anyone else had this issue and what were the results, if any. This is day 5 after coming out of the soil.
I just had two Auto Bruce Banner seeds Do the same thing. One of them actually pulled through, and started growing real leaves after 8-9 days. It was kind of like half of it was growing. I just kept treating them like the two that were doing great, and somehow it made it. The other one never grew any real leaves, and is still in the pot in the tent, but has pretty much yellowed and died. If you have an abundance of seeds, and it doesn't mean that much to you then the other guys are probably right, and it's time to start something else. However, I wouldn't give up on it yet. Call me a diehard or just stubborn I guess, but my perseverance paid off for one anyhow, and even though it's way behind it's sisters, I'm confident she's gonna be ok in the long run. I did hit 'em with a real light Advanced Nutrients B-52 and Sensi Cal Mag Xtra drink a couple times so maybe that's what saved my survivor. Just saying, it might be worth a shot if, like me, you're intent on saving her. 😉You can check out a couple of pics from last week's diary if you're interested. Will be posting again Friday for this week. I'm glad I saved her☺️ Also, I got back with the mjseedscanada, and let them know what happened, and they were right on it. Immediately, Rocket and Crop King Seeds responded by sending me 5 replacement seeds. 👍So, don't know where you got them, but if it's a reputable and upstanding seed bank like these guys are, they might make it right with you. The back one is finicky and has to have its way... I let that one go for a whole week before watering and it'll still droop, but bounces back after some time.

Looks a little droopy bc they just woke up--
2 weeks ago, I gave them 1/2 dose of nutrients and saw the tips burn 3hrs after and immediately flushed it when it was in the 1 gallon bag.
I stopped nutes for 3 waterings. More and more leaves starting to die. Its leaves aren't getting any bigger, but the colas are growing taller.
Seems like its trying to stay the same height as the other plant lol
Topped plant started looking super pale so I gave it nutes again in smallllll dose when I watered 3 days before photos.
The other plant which also had bit of burn too prior so I stopped that ones notes for 2 waterings before nute 3 days ago.
It was getting really pale too, but its looking good now.
I'm just a plant killer :'))) maybe should stick to succulents and cacti...
I test the ph now to make sure and I don't over water them.
Just getting back into regular schedule of feeding again.
Gave them low dose in watering a day prior to pictures.
Tried neem oil to rid fungus gnats which helped tremendously!!!
They're just getting worse everyday.. new growth looks great, but succumbs to death shortly after.
