Cheese from Seedsman - Nano Grow

Germination... I just like to place the seed in a cup of filtered tap water (about 180PPM at the moment using a Brita pitcher filter). I place the cup on top of my Mars Hydro TS 1000 driver to keep it warm. 12 hours and she has already sprouted her tail! I placed her into the coco/perlite medium and placed a clear cup on top as a dome... She should be up faster than any other seed I've germinated! Paper towel method has failed me many times in the past. In fact.. You could say I hate it.. I lost 7 beans in a row to paper towel method.... The cup for 24 hours then straight to medium method has yet to fail me even once!!! Will be updating the germinating process as I go!... 48 hours after germinating... She has broke though the medium! I dont want to count this as "growing" yet because she is still white, as if she was still in the shell.. Once she is opened up and straightened out.. That's when I like to say she is born! But wow this was fast.. I think I'm going to attempt to just LST this girl VERY early and try to get a nice even canopy inside the suitcase but still make sure I have enough room for the flower stretch.. I can still raise the lights about another 4 or 5 inches, I believe, which should be plenty, if needed.. But the whole mainlining and manifold process is just so time consuming.. It feels like you get the plant all nice and big then chop it down to basically 2 new sprouts.. Then to do it once more to basically have 4 new sprouts.. And all that takes a good 4 or 5 weeks.. Its not a bad thing at all.. I just don't have much patience.. Still working on that.. But we will see what we can get this girl to do in here.. Still testing the waters with this suitcase. Last grow in here had a pretty nice yield. It was just a bag seed but I got 1.7 grams per watt of some cat piss.. but the colas were VERY dense.. Can't wait to see what these bulbs can do with some good genetics! I am gonna try and see if I can keep all the bulbs on the entire grow. Last grow, I just ran the (1) blurple for a few weeks, then added the (2) 3500K bulbs as she got older. Right now, I'm just testing to see how it all goes.. The main goal is to keep her VERY short at the beginning.. The blurple light is plenty to keep her nice and short.. But I just want to see if all the extra lighting helps seedlings.. Or what happens.. If anything different. We will find out together! Lol
