Had to defoliate the 4 main palm leaves as they were so big, blocking all the light to other areas
Also both plants were topped to create more yield later.
I will probably top again at some point. Roots are all white and growing nicely

50ml of the IONIC GROW - with 20ml to follow on Thursday.

Lights now set at 50% but pulled a little higher to 23cm above canopy
Trying to keep temp around 26c and Humidity around 67%, dropping this lower each week
1st April Thursday
20ml more GROW added (takes total week feed to 70ml: 77ml would be 100% recommended dose)

Little more defoliation as you can see from the pics - starting to bush up nicely
you wanna raise your lights...............thats why your plants are not growing fast....
7 inches distance is great for late stage of flower............but not for veg
@Bumhammer,my lights say same................eventually they gonna be at 7 inches but not till 4 week of flower
you should be able to see rapid growth now............

Edit - Just raised them up to about 45cm
The Migro Aray lights are optimal at 16cm apparently, but as you say thats probably aimed at the flowering stage

Nice one.. Its starting to form the flower sites so will be interesting to see what it produces in a few weeks time.
