The Green Gelato is definitely catching up and all three look good!
Added a small amount of silica to my water, otherwise still depending on the potting soil.
Have not updated this one in a while, so TADA!
My dog got at some of the leaves a few weeks ago, but they've all had their first toppings and are doing well aside from a run in with spider mites.
Glookies has remained the biggest of the three, but my dog did some decent damage to the Ayahuasca and as such Green Gelato has swerved into the second place mark.
Added some more stakes to spread some of the limbs out, took off a couple of the bigger fan leaves that were blocking a lot of light to the inner section. Gotta get another bag of bamboo from the garden center for the last plant but she's not quite ready yet so nbd.
It's been raining on a pretty good rotation here so I have only been manually watering a bit to feed nutes. Other than persistent mite issues, looking good!
Onwards and upwards my friends. Another solid week of growing, spreading, training and topping. I'm thinking these outdoor ladies are gonna be pretty nice.
Things keep chugging along nicely! Ladies are getting bigggg.
I was briefly tempted into taking these babies inside and just flowering them now but I but I talked myself out of it.
Gave them one last major topping I think, gonna let them more or less go crazy from here but they're looking good!
The Ayahuasca Purple is starting to catch up to the other two!
Keepin' on keeping on. All three ladies are doing great, just been keeping on trying to keep them trained and trimming out some of the internal stuff that I don't want growing out.
Upped the ocean magic dosage a bit because it's been hot and apparently it's good for heat stress.
Switched up to pre-flower nutrient ratios as I'm starting to see bud site development.
Also got a burning hole in my pocket so I decided I want to see if adding Massive Bloom will do anything for the gals.
Gave them a little haircut for airflow and light penetration. Gonna have to do more as the bud sites continue to develop. But they keep getting taller and thicker and I can't wait!
Fully switched over to bloom ratio nutes and seeing buds on all three now!
Gave them a quick haircut today to make sure they have good airflow in this relentless heat and humidity we've been having lately.
They keep blowing over in the wind with these storms, so I've had to rebuild the scaffolds a few times but I don't seem to have lost anything, one branch got a little bent but everything is tied up/down and supported again and glookies in particular is getting thicccc.
I've also been spraying with a new pest and wpm spray on reco from the wizards down at the store, and as far as I can tell it's working. Been keeping an eye out for insect/bud rot/whatever and so far still good! Easily 3+ weeks to chop yet but progress!
Had to bring them in and hide under the overhang of the roof because Ontario Rain-megaddon 2021 has been rough, but so far no signs of WPM or other issues. One more night of nasty rain and hopefully they survive to dry out.
Coming up on third base! No issues at all from the recent wetness and really getting some nice purps on the GG4xGSC and the Green Gelato. Ironically nothing yet on the Ayahuasca Purple.
