First time growing Amnesia by Seedsman. Germination was smooth, 24h water cup followed by 12h paper towel. Popped out of the soil after 3 days. That is when I start counting the days. Watered about 1/2L when dry. Light at 30” and 20% intensity.
Healthy little plant so far. A little shy atm but being a Sativa I expect her to grow a lot next week. No LST yet. I’ll probably be able to do some LST on her around mid next week. SF4000 at 30“ @ 60% intensity. Watered about 1L when dry.
Water 2 times this week, 2L each time. The second watering was a worm casting tea. (Worm casting, Kelp meal, Alfalfa meal, molasses and Miicrobial Mass) all sat in a 5 Gallon for about 30 hours and I used a aquarium bubbler to aerate the mixture.
Start some LST on her that I maintained all week.
Temperature was getting too hot in the tent so I turned on my air intake. RH is now around 45%.
Light intensity got raise at 80%. Still at 30" from plants.
Top dressed mid-week with 4 Tbsp of 2-8-4 and 1 Tbsp of 4-4-4 in a 5 Gallon fabric pots, so 1 Tbsp per Gallon. Also add 1/5 worm casting from the tea on top with the nutes.
Was expecting to see a plant growing a little bit faster/bigger being a Sativa but I will see soon if she decide to grow.
Water 2 times - Average PH6.5 - 2L each time
Same temperature and RH than last week 21/23C and 45%
I moved the light from 30" to 26" and raised the intensity to 100% (SF-4000)
I installed a net mid-weed. Hole size 3.5"
On the last day of the week, I did a huge defoliation and removed all lower buds sites.
Not sure if this week is consider flower but there is white pistil all over.
I broke the main stem a second time but she seem to recover pretty well. Will defiantly be stun for a while.
I will probably not retouch this one.
Water 3 times 2L, PH'd at 6.4/7.5/6.6.
Gave her a Worm Casting Tea mid-week (Worm casting, Alfalfa Meal, Kelp Meal, Miicrobial Mass, Molasses)
I did a little bit of LST and some defoliation.
The top that I broke twice seem to not have cause any problems so far (except stress of course)
I keep my light at 26'' from the top of the canopy, the light is at 100% intensity.
Good week,
first time my plants are not turning yellow at flower stage so that is good.
Water 4 times 2L/2L/2L/1L at around 6.5ph. I could have wait to water tomorrow instead of 1L today.
Top dressed at the beginning of the week with 1Tbps/G of 2-8-4 (Gaia Green Power Bloom) also add 1Tsp of Cal-Mag/G of water just precautionary during one watering.
She looks healthy even after the rough time I gave her last week, she doesn't seem to care that I split open the main stem twice.
Light is still maintained at 26" at Max intensity.
Watered 3 times, 2L at around 6.5 Ph.
I did nothing to her this week. She is doing fine by her own.
Very healthy looking plant. Buds are developing good.
Watered 2 times, 2L at PH 7+/6.6
Her first watering was a Worm Casting Tea that I don't PH, brewed for 26h (same recipe than last time)
Second watering I had 2 Tsps of Cal-Mag in a 5 Gallon just preventive.
I did some defoliation and I removed the net from my grow (the net was not doing much for the Amnesia)
Temperature raising up to 27-28C. I will be adding some AC next week.
Buds are maturing nicely. Very frosty.
Watered 3 times 2L at 6.4/6.6
Raised the light to cover more area. Light at 100% at around 36"/40".
Topped dress mid-week with Gaia Green Power bloom 2-8-4 at 1 Tbsp./G medium.
Installed an A/C unit to cold down the tent at around 19C during light time.
I had to keep my tent open because for some reason the humidity was going very high with the A/C inside the tent.
The tent was going up to 28C and I wanted something way cooler since the plants are at their ripening time.
Trichomes are mostly clear with some milky and no amber.
I started a worm casting tea for next week on the last day of this week.
It will be her last feed.
I am still not sure if I have to flush or not, since it is organic, but I had some harsh weed last time and I suspect it's caused by my nutrients, flushing or curing technics.
Watered once 2L before the big flush of 15L at 6.3.
No Amber trichomes yet but all milky/cloudy.
The buds are looking chunky and mature.
She will go an other week to see some Ambers.
Watered 2 time 3L/2L at 6.5
- Trichomes: I could not find many Amber trichomes on her. I would say 1% but 99% milky.
- Pistils: All pistils are brown.
- Buds: Good looking buds, mature and very frosty.
My plan is to harvest by the end of next week.
Pretty good week. She was basically on auto-pilot this week. Harvested at the end of week 13 (day 90).
Water once, 2L at 6.5.
She received 48h darkness. I did that to half of my plants to see if it's actually make any difference at the end.
Nice plant. All her orange hair are curled up.
The plant is now hanging in my tent at around 50% RH and between 18-20C.
Next week I will update with the harvest/drying.
The plant smell amazing.
I hang it for about 9 days in my tent at a steady 55% RH and 20C.
Dry trimmed and jar 68g. Since the buds are sitting at 55% RH I put a 62% boveda pack right away in the jar.
I am pretty happy with this strain. I gave her a hard time by breaking the main stem twice and she still produce more than other plants in the tent.
Update: Smell and taste very good, pretty happy with the outcome.
I will defiantly grow this one again.
