First grow blackberry auto

The plant is doing well with ph’d water, beneficial bacteria and mycorrhiza. The plant is currently getting all of its nutrients from the soil and probably wont need dry amendments until week three.

The Plant has two sets of true leaves and has just started to be given extra silica along with the beneficial bacteria and mycorrhiza. It will soon be given its first dry amendment feeding and low stress training.

I have started the low stress training on the plant and it appears that the plant is responding well. The plant has also received its first feeding with natural amendments by top feeding.

The plant is doing good and has many bud sites exposed to the light. The silica dose has been upped a bit and the amount of water the plant receives has also been increased.

Flowering is going well and the buds are starting to turn purple. The plant will not be fed until the end of this week on day 42, that will be the last time it is fed.

The plant has received its last top feeding which consisted of 6 tablespoons of dr earth bud and bloom fertilizer and 2 tablespoons of dr earth all purpose fertilizer. The watering amount has increased and the silica and mycorrhiza dose has stayed the same.

Harvest is approaching quickly, my goal is to wait until about thirty percent of the trichomes have turned amber to harvest. The watering schedule has not been changed and the plant is focusing all its energy on producing buds.

Harvest is most likely next week, many pistils are still white and the buds are still fattening up. They have started to smell a lot more and have a sweet aroma to them.

The nugs have gotten very plump and have started to smell much more while also becoming more vibrant in color. The trichomes are still mostly cloudy and I am hoping they start to turn clear soon.

It is finally here the harvest week! I will be cutting her down by the end of the week! I will be giving her normal ph’d water for the final week and I will lower the humidity quite considerably.

I can see why this strain won an award, these are some good genetics. I have never grown cannabis until now and the yield was much larger than I expected for my first grow ever, exactly 50.8 grams from a single plant in a 5 gallon fabric pot. I started low stress training at three weeks and was able to get around 9 decent sized tops with minimal daily maintenance. The quality of the bud was resinous, semi dense, with many thick trichomes and large cloudy heads which made the potency quite strong. The buds formed in intriguing sticky stacks with many pistils, buds erupted from all sides and the color was a very dark purple covered with dark orange pistils, I enjoyed simply looking at its amazing structure. The scent was very pungent and sweet berry and almost soda like. The effects were indica and sativa hybrid with a dominant indica effect. It had a very relaxing effect with a strong head high and a calming couch lock effect which I enjoyed. Overall it was a fun experience to watch the plant grow and then harvest and indulge in its dankness, I will definitely be growing another fast-buds seed soon and the quality of the buds inspired my friend to grow some gorilla cookies :).
