Hello folks, here we go for another journey with Spliff Seeds.
I would like to start by the packaging. It’s very easy to get the seeds out, you just need to tear on a label.
4 x 5 strains, all seeds germinated well and fast after 3-4 days. Only 1 seed on 20 didn’t make it. Expecting to grow 16 plants. Always pop more seeds than you expect to grow, remember shit can always happen 😉
Germination Method :
Soak the seeds in water ( a bottle cap is plenty enough ) during 48H. The first day they won’t sink, you just need to come back after 24H to tap them to make them sink for the next 24H. Then I put them in Demake’up cottons on top of the cap to use the cap as a lil water storage to keep the cotton moist. Once the germ is out (1/2cm long) I put them in soil.
I use spring water to soak the seeds and for the cotton.
I just add some Cellmax RootBooster when I put them in the cups.
The Mars-Hydro LED is at 90cm from the top of the soil and the fan is on on Slow speed (set to speed 1) ready for the seeds to come out.
See you next week 😎
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 1
This isn’t the best start, Purple Berry Kush didn’t came out from soil.
Gold Bar Kush didn’t make much better.
I had to remove the diaries and needed to pop some more seeds, AK, Bubblegum, Lemon Cream Kush, Spliff Strawberry, Super Skunk.
This is why I suggest to pop more seeds than expected to grow. Adding 12 more seeds, I hope they will make it.
Let’s try to not get to much delay between the first ones and the last ones...
See you next week folks
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 2
Needed to pop more seeds. I will make the count next week and see which phenotypes are the best to select to grow. Some batch of seeds didn’t sprout at all, i.e: AK. Super Skunk only 1/3. Spliff Strawberry sprouted after 1 week in cotton when I was about to give up counting on them.... this is why it’s always better to pop more seeds than expected to grow !
This isn’t the best start, but things shall go back to normal in a couple of weeks.
The fan is on speed 1 and not blowing directly on the seedlings. The Mars-Hydro LED is definitely an excellent light for growing Cannabis when you keep it at the right distance. Cellmax BIO soil is perfect, no need to start in plugs you can directly put the germinated seeds in the soil without being worried about the nutrients and the EC/mS.
Let’s see next week how it goes.
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 3
Finally got the numbers of seedlings needed. There’s 2 weeks delay between the first ones and the late ones. Let’s see how it grows now. I will transplant the cup ones in a few days, to let the roots grow a lil bit.
There’s not much to say, maybe except for the AK strains, none of the 3 seeds sprouted.
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 4
Already week 4... 1 month... I’m late on this crop, 1 month late !
The bigger ones have 1 week of delay, I should be topping them in week 4.
Looks like the second batch of seeds is doing much better.
Some big ones are having some problems, I can’t tell for the moment where it’s coming from, and must wait next watering to control the drain to check pH levels and E/C.
It might not be one of my best crop, but at least this Dairy might be the How-to-fix problems dairy of the year 😂
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 5
- 21 plants in Total, or seedlings I should say.
4 Mega Power Plant
4 Moon Walker Kush
3 Spliff Cheese
3 Lemon Cream Kush
2 Bubblegum
2 Spill Strawberry
2 Gold Bar Kush
1 Super Skunk
I haven’t check the drain, like I mentioned last week, to see what was going wrong with the bigger ones. After keeping an eye on the development during the week, they have recovered and kicked back. Cellmax BIO Soil is 100% organic and needs about a week to be efficient (alive) and I haven’t used any BIO 8-2-2 when transplanting them in their 1.5l pots.
So now, it should start to grow. I might top the big ones during the following week. It will slow them down, leaving some time for the small ones to catch them back.
With such a big delay between the first batch and the second batch, I must wait and see development of the late ones to choose between a ScrOG or Xmas trees.
We’ll see next week how they’ll look like.
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 6
Well finally it gets better, and starts to grow !
I have give them some nutrients during the week on watering day. Just a little, to help them saving calories for processing their minerals. I have given them a lil spray of CalSiMag, setting the dosage at 1ml/l, but as a Spray I would say the quantity of a morning dew and not a heavy rain.
I will check the drain next week, to make sure that it was a lil nutrients deficiency in week 4 like I was suspecting and not the Soil being to hot. I hope I’m right otherwise it won’t help to add more nootz.
Stay tuned folks, we’ll see how it goes next week 😎
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 7
Week 7 of Veg. for the first batch, week 5 for the second batch.
It will make me switching to 12/12 cycle in about 3 weeks, making the 10 weeks maximum of Veg. for the first ones and 8 weeks of Veg for the late ones (exceeding 10 weeks Veg. indoor is a waste of time, energy, and money).
I had to use 38 seeds in total, to get 21 plants. Some seeds didn’t sprout, others got stuck in the soil of the cup and didn’t came out. Making a winning ratio around 55%.
I have topped all the plants, but might not go for a ScrOG, as it will take too much time to fill up the screen. Will see.
I have controlled the drain, and know approximately the E/C and pH levels of each plants. I will keep on controlling them every 2 or 3 times on a watering day. Some plants were too high and exceeding max levels for this stage, others were just below the maximum. I have increased the amount of water used by plants for watering too increase the drain to about 20%, this will avoid the E/C to raise and pH to drop.
I will transplant them in a week or 2, I can see some roots starting coming out of the bottom of the pots, from the holes. The RootBooster is doing a great job.
Plants are doing much better every week, they’re growing and taking more place. I will have to switch on the 2nd HID when transplanting them.
Got some lil fungus gnats, they aren’t really a problem for the plants. But it’s better to control them with sticky pads otherwise they’re going to invade the room and will finish to stick on the buds.
Stay tuned for the next week 😉
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 8
Last week in the 1.5l pots, I will start to transplant them during next week in 18l pots.
Everyone is looking much better. Except the 2 strawberry, proper Sativa phenotypes thin and delicate the Nitrogen level is a bit too high for these 2. Sativa prefer low levels of nutrients but more often than Indica.
Too late for the ScrOG, I will practice the art of Defolation and Lollipopping Technic 👽
Stay tuned folks !
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 9
9 weeks of Vegging, this is where if you work as a Master Grower in a big scale Grow-Op, the boss starts to ask if they’re ready for the flowering rooms... They need one more week Sir !
I have defoliate and lollipopped the plants. Taking off the 4 highest fan leaves and trimming the legs of the lowest shoots. Starting by the fan leaves at beginning of the week and trimming the shoots a few days after at the end of week.
Normally, if it has been done right, during the next week the plants should start to spread, growing like little bushes. I will keep on spreading them, to give them all the space they need to grow, but just close enough to make them feel the competition with the others.
Next week will be the last week of Vegging, if everything goes well they should reach the right level, just before switching and should have enough space left for the stretch and the Flowering cycle without finishing into the lights.
See you next week folks !
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 10
Last week of Vegging, switching the lights on 12/12 cycle. Xmas is in 8 weeks now 😄
Stretch should start in approximately 7 days. I might have 2 plants (Lemon Cream Kush) finishing on the side, will see how they stretch, I didn’t expect such a Vegetative growth.
Adding some pictures of what an excess of Nitrogen looks like and when the EC level of the soil is too high for a plant. Keeping an eye on the new growth of the week, the leaves aren’t clawed, meaning I can add some Nitrogen again by the end of next week to give them what they need for the beginning of the stretch.
Took off some few leaves, the big fans leaves, recovering the lower shoots to give them some light. The shoots will become buds sites during flowering.
Remember last week, when I spoke about the case of working in a Grow Op and the need of another week of Veg ?
Plants are filling up all the light coverage now, increasing yield and gr./watts, the boss should be happy and will probably forget about this extra week 😊
Stay tuned for the Jungle show 😄
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 11, flowering week 1
Controlling the runoff, no BIO 8-2-2 needed, only using some RootBooster and the AllZymes.
This week the jungle drums started playing. Plants are starting to use more water, drinking like maniacs, the green machine switched to a higher gear. The growth rate of the week have catch up a bit of the delay.
All the problems at the beginning of the growth have been fixed, definitely making this diary my How-to-fix-problems diary of the year 😄
I just need to keep an eye on the plants, the lights, the EC of the soil, and readjust following plants need.
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 12, flowering week 2
Catching up the delay. Accelerated the flowering hormone to trigger a fast blooming, worked well on 80% of the crop. This is where in a Grow Op everyone looks at you like if you were an alien 👽 The boss asking how ... the answer is, this why you are hiring me Boss 😊
Lemon Cream Kush is a stretcher, about x 2.8 in size.
The Mega Power Plant is very remarkable with a perfect structure.
Bubblegum has 2 different phenotypes, Indica and Sativa.
Lights are at maximum high, this is where I wish I could have a full Mars-Hydro lightning equipment in the grow room, the light penetration would be much better.
Added some Organic Bloom this week to follow plants needs in the development of the buds. Cutting the RootBooster, roots development is nearly finished at this stage.
That’s all for the week, stay tuned folks 😊
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 13, flowering week 3
Omg, omg, omg 😱 Lemon Cream Kush has some Jack magic beans in it 😅 Putting them on the side, I was expecting a big stretch but not like that, it is reaching a x3 in size in 3 weeks.
All 3 phenotypes are similar.
The MEGA POWER PLANT is definitely the perfect strain to grow. Compact structure, not too tall not too small, and making nice buds. The 4 phenotypes are totally identical, this strain seams to be absolutely stable and suitable for a SoG from seeds.
Next week I will swap the BIO 8-2-2 for the Alga-Max. I should avoid a Die back around week 5 of flowering, except maybe on one mega power plant. One of the girls started to turn light green from the bottom, giving it a last feed of Veg nootz shall slow it down turning yellow in 2 weeks.
Let’s see how it goes next week, stay tuned folks 😊
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 14, week 4 of flowering,
Looking at the Buds and telling myself they still have a full month left to get fatter and fatter and fatter ... 😄
Lemon Cream Kush ... look at it, big massive donkey dicks buds. Hopefully they finished their stretch by growing 3 x times in size and not more. This plant is perfect to fill up a ScrOG very quickly.
Bubblegum, compact structure with vey dense and big buds, the pictures talk by themselves. Stretch controllable, doesn’t goes higher than the common 2 x in size 👍
Moon Walker Kush, is a proper Kush, Indica phenotype, stays short 1.8 x in size, with compact and dense colas. Perfect for growing Indoor in a tent.
Strawberry is a very delicate Sativa, must be fed correctly. Fast flowering Sativa, proper Sativa leaves and structure with the size and a flowering period typical to Indica’s.
Switching nutrients Bio 8-2-2 for the Alga-Max. Reaching maximum feeding solution, plants and buds development are doing very well as you can see by the pictures and the video.
Growing my shitty ones in the middle, not feeding them since the beginning when the EC of the soil was too high for them, now going into some deficiency as shown in the pictures. It’s always good to keep the shitty plants for your experiments 😉
Stay tuned folks, we might catch Tarzan or Moogly on camera next week... we never know 🤣
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 15, week 5 of flowering.
SpliffSeeds is definitely a recommendable seed bank. I’m very happy with all the plants, they are all making dense and nice buds. See the pictures and the video, they talk by themselves.
Last week at max feeding. Next week I will start to reduce the nootz solution slowly and might give the last feeding just before starting week 7 of flowering, it will depends on the flowers development and the tips of the leaves, we’ll see.
Buds are getting heavier, needed to add bamboo sticks and to tie some tops. Particularly the Lemon Cream Kush. Do not defoliate a canopy at this stage, plants are laying and holding on the leaves of each other !
From now, as I mentioned, I keep an eye on the flowers development and the leaves, particularly the tips of the leaves. And will readjust nootz and watering from these indicators.
That’s all for the week folks 😊
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 16, week 6 of flowering.
Lowering the nutrients solution to 900ppm and giving the last feeding at the end of this week. Week 7 will be only water with enzymes. Some plants started their senescence, these will be the first ones to be ready for harvesting. Cellmax BIO nutrients are remarkable as usual, they are able to provide the quality and the quantity 😉👍 The air/water ratio of the BIO Soil is perfectly balanced and will provide enough oxygen even during the heavy watering in the flowering stage.
Again, the Lemon Cream Kush is amazing 🤩 See the pictures and look at those crazy buds 😄
The choice of the genetics can make all the difference between failure and success. SPLIFFSEEDS.NL has successful genetics. Every strains in this diary is making proper dense buds. Each different strains has similar phenotypes which is a good indicator and a positive signal for a 100% stabilized strains.
The end is getting closer, there’s not much to say, I would definitely suggest to get some Lemon Cream Kush and any other strains from SPLIFFSEEDS seeds bank. You can choose blindly with no doubt 👍
Stay tuned for next week, I will try to make some nights shooting to show how frosty is the Moon Walker Kush and the other ones.
(I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)
Week 17, week 7 of flowering
Using only water, plants started to fade. Pouring a bit more water than usual to start rinsing the pots, will give a good flush at the beginning of the last week.
Lemon Cream Kush is reaching the stage of making pineapples buds, from seeds to harvest this strain is definitely amazing.
Moon Walker Kush, is shining like a full moon in the night. Just by looking at the frostiness you can definitely tell it is highly potent.
Adding a Mars-Hydro FC 6500 in the back. Willing to rebuild the room fully equipped with commercial lighting equipment, smash that Follow button, trust me, next crop is going to be epic 😎
Week 18, week 8 of flowering
Final last week. Second week of flush, finishing with using water only since the 2 last weeks. Starting harvest, it will take a few hours to take down everything.
Cellmax BIO Soil and Nutrients did a great job as usual, they can provide big quantity and the quality of an organic growth, making it the perfect BIO solution for your crops.
After testing Mars-Hydro LED during a bit more than a year, using their SP 250, here is my feedback. Their LED has definitely a better light penetration than an HID. Under Mars-Hydro spectrum the plant is able to grow nugs instead of fluffy popcorns in the bottom of the plant. Mars-Hydro has actually the best quality price on the market.... so, in conclusion, I’m rebuilding the room with 6 x Mars-Hydro FC 6500 Commercial Samsung Multi Racking quantum board, nothing can stop me to reach the 2.5gr/watts now 😎
And finally, I would like to say thanks to SPLIFFSEEDS.NL for sending these wonderful genetics. I would definitely suggest and recommend this seeds bank to pro and new growers. The strains are stabilized and traits of the genetic mapping locked perfectly. I’m extremely happy with this crop, well done SPLIFF SEEDS 👏👏👏

Thanks to the followers and for all the Likes 👍 Stay tuned my friends, I promise you an Epic setup for next crop 😎
Lemon Cream Kush Female Cannabis Seeds
Indica/Sativa Hybrid. Chitrali #1 (IBL) x Skunk no.1. Tall growing kush with a high yield. Lemon zest aroma with a sweet kush flavor.
Lemon Cream Kush was cloned straight from original Chitrali #1 seeds, which we got from Pakistan (Hindu Kush valley) and stabilized using one of our proven Skunk #1 fathers. By extensively selecting and backcrossing the Chitral we have formed a very stable strain; stress proof and with only a few phenos.
Our Lemon Cream Kush is an Indica/sativa hybrid with rock hard nugs and massive resin production. She has been long time favoured strain in Holland.
Lemon Cream Kush is taller in stature and stretches a lot during flowering. She gives long dense kush buds. She is ideal for SCROG and very well suited for growing in more moderate climates, Indoor flowering takes 8-10 weeks, outdoors she is ready for harvest in October.
Indica dominant. (NL x OG Kush) x Power Plant. Ideal for SOG. Easy to grow. Homogenous plants. Compact bud structure. Earthy sweet aroma. Tastes like Nepalese hash with a touch of Kush.
Mega Power Plant has multiple famous ancestors. Afghani Indica, Hindu Kush and a Thai were used to form Northern Light. We then crossed our most potent NL with a massive budding OG Kush to create our NL Special. We stabilized this NL Special over 16 generations, resulting in very homogenous plants. Then, as a little side experiment, we crossed her with Power Plant and came across a beast of a lady we now call the Mega Power Plant. By discovering “the Mega”, we believe to have found the ultimate indoor strain.
Kush lovers will recognise the Californian Kush as the dank, lemony, true kush taste sits on the palate after inhaling. The extremely potent high starts off in the mind and relaxes into a calming, narcotic body stone. Moon Walker Kush is so high in THC, it is best used in the evening. You will definitely feel as though the force is with you!
