After 48 hours, these things are beast. I thought they needed more time, I couldn’t judge how long they were. I had to dig them out of the paper towel, learned that I need to use cheaper paper towels. 6 out of 6 germinated on my first grow. Let’s keep the same growth going. ******************************* 14 Hours After Potting ************** TEMPS The most recent video showing the domes is 14 hours after potting them. The temps have been very stable at 83F and 70% humidity. My ambient temp outside of the tent is 70F. AIR FLOW I’m currently only running a 6 inch fan above the light for circulation. I have not used the exhaust, I think the idea at this stage is to keep humidity high, any thoughts would be great. LIGHTNING I do have my TSW on max and lowered the height to 36 inches it was almost twice the height yesterday. I didn’t want to make the change so drastic and waited a bit before lowering the height. WATERING The top soil did feel a bit dry and a little moist under. Under the dome it still looks very moist. I sprayed the plastic domes, I’m using distilled ph’d water. I did some light watering on the soil but I’m not sure how much water I should be using . Now that I lowered the height soil should dry out quicker, any thoughts?

I have 17 hours since potting the seedlings. White widow and purple kush both autos. I just used a spray bottle to moisture the soil. I don’t want to over water them how can I make sure they have enough water especially now that the tsw3000 is 36 inches. This is my first grow.

Just make sure it stays wet, but not too wet. The mister is a good idea, but don't be so worried about overwatering that you don't give them enough water to crack. It really takes some trial and error before you get used to the proper moisture content. BTW, nice light for a first grow!

I’ve added VPD to my dashboard and have now dialed in my climate for a perfect VPD. Home assitant dashboard controlling lamp, up/down humidity and cooling. Exhaust is going to be used to scrub the air and back into the tent. After adding C02 I’m now doing a sealed grow to take better control of the environment. I was dealing with high temps I put a evaporative cooler just in case if I need to up the humidity or lower the temps.

My seedling are about to be a week old and I’m concerned about red stems. All of them have it except one seedling. My temps have been up to 87 at its peak right before the lights shut off and around 71 at the lowest before they turn on.

Nothing to worry about as long as your new growth looks healthy. Think it's just the genetics of the seed Tbh. Some are red some are not . Soon goes once they grow .

Yesterday I added a dehumidifier and c02 bag, I stopped exhausting and keeping humidity under 73 and lowest 68. Today I noticed a bit of green on my soil. I’m thinking of letting them dry out a bit maybe I’m watering too much. What can cause this green to come up on the top soil?

Nothing to worry about mate its just for the moist soil as roots are not big enough to suck it up💪💪

After adding a dehumidifier, evaporative cooler and c02 bag I decided to go ahead and do a sealed grow to better control the environment. Conditions look great. I’d like to know if I can loop my exhaust to recirculate the air to scrub it when things get stank? Video on the diary

A supply of fresh air is vital when your not running your c02. Plants put off oxygen and breathe c02. So in a sealed environment when c02 is not running and you recirculate the air it would be like putting a bag over your head. This time it would be oxygen building inside the tent instead of the co2 they need to breathe.,Cheers

I had a little mishap or maybe a big one, I was giving them a few cups of water everyday then I noticed they were overwatered I let them dry out and now I know how to water. I’ve done some LST, they are looking like they are going to bushy. I have added a 2x4 vegging tent to my grow. Once one of my photos are ready for cloning they will be going in a incubator dome. And then make their way to the vegging tent. The plants got their first feed of compost tea with Natures living soil, and molasses. Gave them 8 cups each.

I fed my 3 week autos yesterday a compost tea of living soil with molasses. And I noticed some spots. Maybe it was too soon? Light is too close? I’m not too concerned since it’s just one and the rest of the plant looks great to me.

Personally I don’t like to spray my plants unless I must, but it is an effective way to kill bugs. Personally I like to use ladybugs if you can find any outside or you can buy them. Just my two cents

I’ve spotted like 3 gnats over the last 2 weeks. I did 2 treatments of doctor zymes and I haven’t seen any since. I know it not something to worry about since I haven’t caught any on the sticky traps. But some leaves did have a little sign of them. Everything looks good to me. The girls have been fed girl flower power in a compost tea, with cal mag, recharge and molasses. Any feedback good or bad would be great.

Today is day 40. Everything started of good not sure if I’m trying to be a perfectionist but I don’t like the colors of leaves hopefully it was just bad PH due to a faulty meter. I was not storing it correctly. I’m planing on doing a flush today with just water at 6.5ph with a good meter.

Just started to give them full dose of cal mag, mammoth p and recharge. Their leaves got a dark green shiny, yellow tips and curling down, I think my ppms are too high and I will start flushing it out to 1500. I am growing in organic and only feeding cal mag, mammoth p, molasses, recharge and every other week a compost tea with living soil girl flower power full dose. Ph Is around 6.7 and giving it 6.5. Hopefully the next time they are read for a flush I’ll fix these.

I’m growing in super soil mix with living soil, purple kush is a 60 day strain and I wasn’t sure when to start flushing. I just did a flush at 68. Do I need to wait till it dries out before going to dark period or wait for leaves to yellow up? Or it won’t matter as it’s organic?

There have been so many mistakes through out this grow but I couldn’t be happier with what I have so far. And everything I’ve learned. Started off by over watering, then over feeding, bad ph pen, not using preventative measures for pest but I did catch the spider mites really early on. I always had a couple of them around the pots but once I started lowering the humidity for final stage of flowering they all disappeared or maybe they are deep in the soil, also not checking ppm, not watering to run off, and waiting for the last minute before harvest to flush. Yield looks like it was slightly impacted but I’m happy. The white widows have a strong citrus smell it doesn’t smell like bud at all, at first I couldn’t tell what it smelled like but as the smell got stronger I realized it smells like mangos. Never thought cannabis would smell like that. Nothing bad nor complaining just surprised. While the purple kush have a strong sour diesel type smell. I followed vpd for temps and humidity all the way through and maintained close to perfect vpd maybe this is what saved the crops they loved the environment.

The strain handled all my mistakes as a new grower great and is one of the reasons why I chose these strains. Just to name, bad Ph, over watering, over feeding was giving full dose instead of half, not watering to run off, not checking ppms and flushing right before harvest instead of weeks prior. I was not expecting the trichomes to look like diamonds as the video doesn’t do any justice. They really sparkle.

I know I impacted my yield due to stunting the autos but it did look like a lot of bud even after drying. But my buds are not dense and only got 37 grams from one purple kush. What can I do to get more dense buds. I still have 5 other plants in flower. I got white ash.

Bigger light, bigger buds. It is that simple. If you want yield, forget autos, photoperiod plants are the ONLY way to go. Plus they have 40 odd years of development behind them, almost guaranteeing better results, plus YOU get to control when they flower. Giving humic/fulvic/amino acids, or all three will boost your buds, as will adding a mycorrhizae to your soil mix before you plant. Mykos made by Xtreme Gardening is AWESOME and while a bit pricy, it is worth every cent. Besides, you don't need to add much, so one packet goes a long way. eBay have it if you have trouble finding it. In future, with this light, I would suggest growing only one photoperiod plant and using a 20-40 litre pot. Combined with some LST or SCROG, you will get much, much more than from any silly autoflowering plant. Try Sweet Seeds, all their strains are superb, Sweet Zenzation is fast flowering and a knockout with dense, resin dripping buds, as are most of their strains, you really can't go wrong with anything with the Sweet Seeds label. I have been growing for 35+ years and have tried many seedbanks and these days, Sweet Seeds are my "go to" breeder. I have tried nearly every strain they have and am yet to come across a dud. They must be the most under rated breeder out there, yet all their strains are super simple to grow, potent and if grown right, huge! Hope this helps,............... Everything is good just trying to be patient and not cut them down yet. I’m still seeing white pistils shooting out. Mostly all trichomes are cloudy on 4 of them. Looks like buds are still fattening up on 3 white widows. Watering about every two days with 1/2 gallon of plain water.
