Day 20 in my first grow and everything is going well. Bent her over on day 16 and she continues to grow out. Will continue to LST as needed!
Proceeded to remove some lower, large fans leaves. (2) lateral.
Next step was to tuck the other large fan leaves. (The ones not at the bottom) under the new growth and smaller leaves.
I don’t top autos but giving them a lower stress (good stress) ponytail. I used a zip tie. 6 hours on and at lest 6 off. All I’m doing is giving tons of light to smaller possible bud sight? I hope so. Doing it when I’m up and for a max 4 days. Depends on new growth.
Continued to LST canopy to flatten and expose bud sites.
I had light on WAY to strong. Raised light 10 inches and lowered intensity from 100% to 65%. Was also overwatering. Two days later after adjustments girl is looking much better!
Added 30” tower fan and smaller pole fan(s) to tent to increase air circulation and lower temps.
Also, opened up side vents to help hot air escape and covered with cheese cloth to keep bugs out!
This week was really concentrating on finding bud sites and giving them full light. If you couldn’t tuck it...it had to go ✂️
Ready to feed phosphorus and potassium once she shows white hairs.
This “auto” is still vegging! Hope to see some flowers this week!
Installed scrog net and 40% defoliation.
Switched to 12/12 on day 55 and added Flower Power.
Added dehumidifier to help bring humidity down to 40%.
@Ghostshell, They’re called LST clips. Quick Google search will give you tons of option! I got mine from a guy on a FB group. Sorry I don’t remember his name. Happy growing from Kansas City MO :)
