Transplanted to fox farm happy frog on day 7...solo cup....4 bulbs of the 8 bulb fixture are on
watered on day 11 till run off with 420PPM of GH micro, gro, bloom, and a little recharge
So Im going to try to water by weight...I have one solo cup with just dry fox farm I'm going to use as the control then weigh the plants to see how much moisture is in the solo cup.
I will check weights daily.
first weight-4/2/21 9:30P.M.
control solo cup-140g
ak-47#1-220g
ak47#2-216g
ww#1-247g
ww#2-227g
bg#1-220g
bg#2-228g
If 140g is a dry solo cup what weight do you think i should wait to water at...My idea here is to get the perfect water schedule down
Genetic mutant/slightly confused plant.
If you can see new leaves or even just one new leaf in the meristem/growing tip, there is hope for your plant and it may grow normally once past these couple of funny first leaves. Often the first few pairs of leaves can be deformed, but once a little root ball has established, the plant will revert to normal and healthy growth.
If there don't appear to be any new shoots/leaves in the meristem, she is a goner.
Hope this helps,...........
Organoman.

have not watered since 3/31/21..looking good..the messed up white widow isn't going to cut it but ill keep it with the rest just to see what it does.
I'm thinking of watering in the 160g-180g range somewhere...ill see as we get closer to water
I think this watering by weight is fucking awesome if I don't say so myself..It's going to take the guesswork out of it..I just have to work out what the perfect dry weight is.
Might top this week
If you have any thoughts or ideas feel free to let me know.
Watered 4/6/21 160-180 weight seems to be in the right zone for solo cups..I did get wet weight after water ill post next time I water.
dry weights

ak47 2 165

the better of the two white widows is all mutated on one side too...bummer it was the strain I was most excited for...not very happy with ILGM SEEDS
Also topped bubble gum #1 this morning 4/7/21, will wait a little longer for the rest
watered again today...let one of the Bubblegums get to the weight of 146g and it was wilting...so I found a for sure bottom for water weight in solo cup.
160g-180g is the range I need to stay in for water.
Topped the ak-47 today so now all of them are topped
242 PPM of cal mag PH 6.6 ... runoff 742 PPM
RIGHT BEFORE WATER:
AK47#1 173g
AK47#2 167g
WW#1 195g
WW#2 219g -prolly going to cull
BG#1 146g -showed for sure sign of dehydration(wilting)...perked right back up after water
BG#2 154g
4/16/21 day 27
transplanted 3 into 1 gallon fabric
will transplant the other two later today or tomorrow
4/18/21
Topped the tops on bubblegums. Turned on all 8 bulbs of the t5
4/19/21 purple of the stems got much worse...turned 4 bulbs back off on the t5's
I'm thinking a mag deficiency? If so it makes sense that more light would make it worse...although everything looks fine besides purpling
I'm also thinking since turning on all 8 bulbs the day temps went up to 78f and night is 60-65f..so maybe the large variance in temp is causing the purple?
This is where no matter how much you read or watch...you need the experience of actual growing
full 8 bulbs are on...foliar feed Epson salt few days ago seemed to have helped with purple stems..watered with just cal-mag and recharge.
just going to keep topping when needed...trying to create more tops to fill a scrog
Defoliated most of the fan leaves on day 42.
watered with the most PPM I have so far...750PPM
still using the scales to water...In a 1-gallon fabric pot, I wait till weight is around 750 grams
Watered day 43 with 750ppm 3part gh and day 46 with cal msg power si 250ppm
Week one day 5 of flower... Humidity getting in the 80s during lights out.. Got to do something about that...I believe the high humidity is cause a bit of calcium deficiency
Looking good so far! I'm growing the same White Widow genetics from ILGM and flower has been a breeze thus far (currently in week 7). You're in for a treat in a few weeks. Good luck with your grow!
Looking good mate be following along to see how they turn out. I like the idea of watering in weight as seedlings are so easy to over water. This grow I’ve been waiting for one plant to slump before I water as I’m in 10 gal fab pots there so hard to feel the weight of.
