From this week I watering my girl every second day, the soil feel quite dry otherwise, even 4 inches down so I think it's worth a go and see if she grows even better... Also having plans to install a 400W HPS soon but maintain the 18/6 cycle, any thoughts on that? (Except: STUPID! U should've used it a long time ago! ;) ) But still, it's the wrong spectrum when vegging, but she's a bit over a month now and she looks good! ;) I'm really curious about growing using flourescent though, it's easier to keep the right temp and it's a lot cheaper when it's time to pay the electric bill! Still - lumen is lumen....
Yet another wonderful week is here!!
I'm really happy to see my girl grow so much now using a 400W HPS instead of LightWave T5 4x24W flourescent, even though the FL is a great veglamp from germination and at least 1 month, and since she was looking really fine, I wasn't worried about anything except the HEAT!
As you all can see from my pics, the daytemp gets up quite a lot compared to the temp using FL, but she still looks awesome and she grows a lot everyday. Really wish I had a BIG growing room so I could put my shades on and spend some time with her, talk about life and how happy she is gonna make me! :D
Anyway, I hope you enjoy my diary! Stay tuned for more updates... :)
Oh yeah, one more thing, since I installed the HPS I've been watering my girl every second day and 1 liter instead of 0.5 liter.
Week 7 begins in vegmode :)
As I suspected the heat takes it's toll on my girl, she likes the sun but there's a limit to everything.... So now I'm gonna let her rest and relax 2 days (added some new fresh soil and mixed it into the old and fed her with nutes and water, and tomorrow I'm gonna repeat the procedure, more soil and more water), and only use the T5's instead of the HPS.
Since I'm gonna let her veg full 8 weeks before putting her into flowering, I'm gonna slowly decrease the hours with the HPS lamp, but still keep the T5's on the entire 18 hours, mainly because to ease the stress and softly let her go into flowering.
Week 8 - The last week in vegetation!! :)
I've been using the autowatering system now for about 5 days, and my two girls have been soaking up 16 liters of water during that time and been growing a lot, but the downside of it is that the wwater in the autopots reeks as F**K, so today (tuesday) I flushed them and while doing that I cleaned out the enclosure with water and a mild detergent - so now everything smells great again. For the reminder of the week I probably will not water her again, she has more than enough of water in the soil now.
She lokks awesome - don't you agree? ;)
Week 9!
I haven't been able to update this diary as much as I wanted to this week due to some work with the growroom, the HPS 400W is gone and has made room for an Apollo 10 LED! So now the temperature has dropped significantly, but not at the cost of lumen! :)
Besides the change of lights, I've defoliated and fim'ed her a bit and now she'll get some rest until sunday, and after that I'm putting her into flowering with 12/12 light cycle.
I'm so excited!! :)
WEEK 10 - Time to put my girl into flowering! :)
As from today, I'm changing the light cycle to 12/12, and for the following 8-9 weeks things REALLY gonna happen! Comparing the size between the Therapy and the Blueberry, I don't know what to believe - the Therapy is a LOT bigger, she's just awesome! Hopefully she'll produce a large yield as well, so let's just see how she develops.
Also started adding Bio-Bloom today (4ml/l).
Week 11 / 2nd week in flowering
I just love, this girl is just awesome. And I LOVE the Apollo 10 LED-lamp i recently bought, and my girl loves it too! Especially the light :)
Did some defoliation and LST on wednesday, so the flowers lower down also gets some sweet lumen, and so the tall twins don't steal it all... :)
Week 12 / 3rd week in flowering! :)
I've been away over the weekend, and getting back home made me just as happy as always! She's looking great!
Added some new photos and a video on my girls, first my pride, my beautiful CBD Therapy, I'm so excited! And after that going left over my Blueberry, she's been a lot smaller than my Therapy, but now in bloom she's getting bigger, love it, makes me so happy to see! ;) There's not enough words, u know! ;)
Week 13 / 4th week in bloom!
I'm amazed about the way my girls are growing and how dense the canopys are, it's gonna be very interesting to how big the buds will be and of course the yield! And I'm also super stoked to find out how the CBD Therapy will work for me, since I haven't smoked CBD-rich maruijana before - ever! If there's anyone of you guys out there tried the CBD Therapy, how did it work out for you, did it help you the way you hoped?
Week 14 / 5th week in bloom! :)
Every week brings us closer to harvest! My girl is sharing tray with my Blueberry, and since my Blueberry has some burnt tips (the Therapy has burnt tips as well, but not like the Bluberry), I'm failsafing now and just giving my girls fresh water with no nutrients added for a couple of days.
Week 15 / 6th week in bloom :)
One more week done, and even closer to harvest! Both my girls are looking great and starting to smell quite strong, I just love it!
Week 16!
There was this thing that happened.... :-/ The LED's were too close for too long and some of the top buds got Led-burnt... :-( Since I'm a rookie still, is it ok to just leave the burned top like it is or should I cut the damaged part off? Tips please.
Besides that - she looks awesome, some of the buds are soooo fat and huge, and they gonna continue to grow and mature for some more week, but soon.... I'm so excited, I REALLY wanna try the CBD Crew's CBD Therapy, the CDB/THC-ratio is said to be around 25:1, anyone of you outthere who tried it? Liked it? Loved it? ;-)
Week 17!
I know my update is late and over due, but I've been really busy. But my girls still get the love they need and deserves! The Therapy got some led-burns so 3 buds are white up on top, and quite many leaves in the center got burnt as well, but she seems to have made it through alright, the buds are growing and getting thicker and more compact, and she smells pretty sweet, but since she is sharing space with the Blueberry, it's kind of hard to actually determine the aroma and smell. Anyway - she smells lovely! :-D
Finally harvest!
I got a big harvest with a lot of sticky, dens and hard nugs.
The smell before watercuring was earty, green, sweet, fern and nettles.
Gonna update with more info in a few days.
I´m watercuring my girl, been reading a lot about it and it got me really curious, more potent, less crap, the smoothest smoke, who doesn´t want that?
I don´t know what´s on the scales yet, but i´ll uppdate you when its watercured and dryed.
Watercuring and drying is done now.
I started watercuring 120617, i submerged under water for 4 days and changed water 2 times a day.
The drying process was done in 2 days with a fan blowing from below at moskitonets with the CBD Therapy on it.
I got 142.45 grams of lovely premium buds.
If i had cured it the traditional way the weight had been around 20-30% moore.
And now to a small strain review.
This is a low THC and high CBD strain with a ratio THC:CBD
1:20+.
And it´s my medicine of choice.
The buds look great, from light to dark green in colure with orange/red hairs all over.
The buds are dense, hard and only have a discreet smell, when you grind it it starts to smell a little Moore but still very discreet.
When water curing cannabis its contracting i little bit and the smell almost vanish and leave a discreet smell of herb.
The smoke is smooth like fresh air with a hint of citrus, fruit, soil, wood, peppercorn and tryffels.
No harshnes, no tickle in the throat and leaves a clean pallet afterwards.
The high.
It gets me a little high in the first 10 minutes, then it changes to a calming effect.
Like a vibrating, varm, relaxing feeling.
It feels a little like gettining a bucket of varm wather over your head and it flows slowly from your head to your toes.
If its in the evening i get a little sleepy and the sleep is the best sleep iv had in sevral years.
It takes away at least 25% of my nervpains and makes my fibromyalgia better so i can function.
And my muscle cramps is under controll.
It gives me more quality of life and energy.
CBD-Crew has done a great job with this strain and it´s just like they claims when it comes to how it grows and how it yields.
This is a great medicine that you can take whenever you need whitout getting high and still get releef and stil be a functioning human being.
This is the first time I ever grew something in my life. It has taken me on a fantastic trip where I both learn and help myself to get better. It has opened my eyes to something new and has brought a new interest to life. It has made it possible to talk to other growers and learn something new every day here at Growdiaries. I´ve learnt that medicine does not always come in the form of a pill or capsule.
Growing CBD Therapy is easy, it does not require much but rewards you extra much if you give it a lot of love.
It loves LST, Fiming, defoliation and all forms of plant lights.
It is a plant that stretches but is easy to control to the desired height.
My plant had 24 tops after Fiming and I cleaned away everything that the light dident get to for the energy to go to those 24 tops.
If you like to grow monster plants, this is a strain for you, and if you need a plant to fit in small spaces, you can shape it to the right size without the plant stresses out.
I have chosen to grow organically for the simple reason that it is my medicine.
For the same reason, I have chosen to watercure my my buds.
To me, this is something that helps me with nerve pain that I i got after a car accident 2 years ago.
I have 5 disc ruptures that affect my nerves and spinal cord in my neck and back. It gives me inhuman pains and this is the first time I've found something that helps. It also helps me with my fibromyalgia.
It´s not a miracle medicine, but it helps a lot without clouding my head like morphine or opiats.
This is a must try.
Thank you for all the votes on my CBD Therapy in the diary of the month. Thank you for all the tips, comments and help. It's overwhelming and incredibly fun and inspires me to continue.

A new week has begun, and I thought that I could share some info about my environment. As you can see on the pictures the daytemp is 29.3C/84.74F and RH 37%, nighttemp is 20.3C/69.62F and RH 17%.
Lights lowered from 45 cm to 25 cm from the top of plant and i topped the plant today.
Air temperature is raised from 25 to 27 degrees Celsius.
Air humidity is 35% and i trying to get it up to around 45% tonight.
0,5 liters of water and nutrients, the plant gets 0.5 liters of water and nutrients 2 times a week.
Im a newbie and learn as i go :)
@Longhunter, damn, that's hot and dry as F###...I will promptly stop complaining of rare 100 degree days here!!! And we should be thanking you. You always seem to lend a helping hand and I know I appreciate it!!!
@Meezer, thabk you. From what I understand about cannabis, it isnt an arid plant like here in the desert, but also not a c4 tropical plant either. RH has never caused me stress, even at 120* F outside in the shade. My plants acted like it wasnt hot at all and to them the RH was perfect. No curling or taco shelling at all. I believe if you raise them in low RH, they will simply dilate their porea more and be fine. Summer here 110*F @ 8% RH ;)
@Longhunter, I was one who was worried at first because just about everything you read says to have a little higher RH during the veg. No longer worried for reasons you mentioned plus I am have a perpetual garden now and planting/harvesting will be going on every 3 weeks in the same tent.
Daaaamn, she's growing crazy from day to day, everytime I check up on her she's gotten bigger and yes, I'm loving it! :) Too bad it's illegal to grow here in Sweden, otherwise I'd be growing a lot more! ;)
I just love to look at her after defoliating her yesterday! She looked so sad after we cut off her leaves and fim'ed her, totally naked and so vulnerable, but today she really smiles up at me when i look at her, I just love her! ;) No matter what I do to her, she lets me- just because she trusts me :)
Since the girl has been growing nice and I want to maximize the yield, I defoliated her today and did some low stress training. The upcoming days will be very interesting, really looking forward to see how she developes! :) I also fim'ed her, so the future looks... well AWESOME!
After 2 days of rest, she seems to have regained some health, I still need to find a way to lower the temp inside the growing room, so it will probably end up with an investment in LED instead of HPS. Let's see what happens in the near future, but for now she seems ok, tomorrow I'll start using the HPS again, but not full 18 hours, decreasing to 15 hours with HPS but still 18 hours with T5... :)
Yesterday I decided to install my 400W HPS instead of T5 flourescent, the first thing I needed to do was to increase the speed of the fan, otherwise the temperature started to rise a bit too much. At the moment the high temp during the 18h light gets up to around 40C/104F, will see if I can get it down some, but as long as the girls seems to be ok with it, I guess I'll just let it be.
Because of the increased temp the soil dries much faster, so from now on I really need to water the plants every second day.
Today I also started germination of another CBD Therapy, two are better than one, right?? ;)
So, it's the last day of week 4, wanted to give the Therapy some care so I installed the fan today, gave her some water and nutrients, and why not some fiming..? ;) I'm really looking forward to see how she develops! She's looking really nice and healthy, and with good ventilation and circulation on the air, I don't think there will be any problems whatsoever with mold or anything else bad! :)
So far I haven't used anything else than the ventilation fan to circulate the air, but veg week 5 day 1 I'm installing a fan so the CDB Therapy will get a sweet cool therapeutic breeze. ;)
Week 4 day 3, the Cbd Therapy is looking great and had water and nutrients today.
The Fiming i did 4 days ago is showing results, see the closeup picture.
