Cali OG kush/haze (1st grow)

theo_b65 After years of abstinence. Mostly due to cost and societal standards. I have come to renew my enjoyment of this wonderful plant. Although society has been shifting more to de legalization and acceptance, the fact remains its still costly. This is my attempt to not only save on cost but to enjoy the grow as it progresses. And, of course the buzz when she’s ready.... fingers crossed.... 🔥💨

theo_b65 In her 2nd week, so far just stable environment and routine watering. No real issues with her. Looking forward to the changes in week #3 Update: I noticed slowing down of growth on day 15. I did some research and introduced canna rhizotonic and flora nova grow later that day. Update 2: she seemed to respond to the nutes, However, the coloring didn’t seem quite right so I introduced a CO2 generator on day 17.

theo_b65 Start of week 3 so far so good, went ahead and topped her on Day 24. I hope I did it right.

theo_b65 Start of week 4, she’s not stretching like I thought she would but she’s healthy no nutrient burns or adversity of any significance. Topped her in week 3 with success. I took a risk and transplanted her into a bigger pot on day 30. Seemed shocked at first but is now thriving ... onto week 5.

theo_b65 Beginning of week 5, I topped her in the 3rd week and transplanted into a larger pot in week 4. She’s not very tall, I’m 🤔 ing she got shocked maybe. Other than overall height she seems to be coming along... I think ? Smh

theo_b65 Beginning of week 6. She seems to have fully recovered from moving to a larger pot. She’s showing daily growth again. Noticed on day 44 she has started to pre-flower. Gonna finish the week in veg, then flip the lights. Still using grow then switch to bloom in week 7. Hope I’m doing this right.

theo_b65 Beginning of week 7. I have gone to 12/12 schedule. Steady growth this week. Defoliated her in week 6. Lots of new growth. Pistils more prominent. Other than that, routine feeding, she had an uneventful week.

theo_b65 Week 8 !... Noticing a growth spurt as new week begins. Bud sites seem to be coming along. Mid week and she’s making good progress.

theo_b65 Week 9, another good week of growth, still using the transition ratio on the nutes. Will probably go heavier on the bloom in the coming weeks. Defoliated on day 68.

theo_b65 Week 9 in the books. She grew 2in, flowers coming in, so, I’ll kick up the nutes from transition to flower this week.

theo_b65 Another good week. She’s been getting thirsty more often, upped the nutes in week 10. So far this week we continue to make progress, will be needing to increase the volume for feeding. Giving off subtle pleasant aromas now. On to week 12.

theo_b65 Here we are in week 12. Buds seem to be coming along nicely. Watering becoming more frequent. The aromas are noticeable. Will be looking into a filter soon.

theo_b65 She grew an inch in week 12. Buds are starting to thicken. I have increased the frequency of waterings/nutes. Ordered a jewelers loupe to look at trichromes. Will post pics. Harvest is right around the corner so I’ll be prepping for that once I see the trichs So far she’s been very resilient at the hands of this newbie. As another week of good bud growth .. thick dense colas ... on to week 14.

theo_b65 Week 14, So 2 weeks in a row with no vertical growth. Buds are developing nice and dense. Trichomes indicate another 2 weeks is my guess. Looks like I’m gonna make it to harvest without killing anything !... Lol.

theo_b65 Coming down the stretch. Now in week 15, she’s really giving off some killer aromas. Buds are really fattening up. Midweek and noticing yellowing of lower fan leaves.
