We have officially switched over to flowering (about a week or 2 too late). This Gorilla Glue strain is a beast soaking up all these nutrients and growing amazingly fast and HUGE. It's seriously like a jungle in the grow tent. I have just a simple DWC Hydroponic setup with 5 gallon buckets and this round is a bit cumbersome when maneuvering the plants around so I can refill their bucket every few days. Especially with 8 plants. I was not anticipating how big this strain would get. I had to top ALL the plants a second time to try to curb the height a bit. I'm afraid they may get too close to the ceiling/lights. Live and learn, amirite. I have to remember to keep in mind that no matter how long the plant has been vegging, the limiting factor here is height space (for the most part), so I want to make sure from here on out to switch to flowering mode no later than when the plant is 12in. tall, 16 inches max. This will allow the proper light distance from the plants and I won't have risk them stretching too tall. The last remaining Strawberries and Cream F2 is still smaller than the other strain as is kind of struggling a little bit with the aggressive feeding nutrient levels. We also had to rearrange the entire grow room/tent to accommodate their size by accessing it from both sides. We're also thinking about switching it up the hydroponic system to a drip system or something similar. This would take off the unnecessary stress being done to the plants by picking them up out of their buckets to refill with water and check pH levels.
