This is my third attempt at my first successful grow, my two initial tries failed from not being aware of needing to add CalMag to RO water and was using Coco... Either way, germination began April 2nd using the paper towel method and bottled spring water, tap roots were long enough to be planted by the 4th. Planted the Blueberry into a solo cup with just Happy Frog, and the Wedding Cake Auto into a 5 gallon fabric pot with mostly Ocean Forest but a solo cup sized amount of Happy Frog were I planted the seed just to get it started without nute burning the seedling. After planting the seeds into the soil I watered each with about 20 mL daily of RO water with around 200ppm's of CalMag and they're doing great.

We are 1 week in and the second set of true leaves are beginning to grow, both are doing great and moving full steam ahead. Still watering about 20-30 mL of 200ppm CalMag RO water once daily and misting a couple times throughout the light cycle seems to be working great.

Transplanted the Blueberry into her final pot, didn't show any signs of transplant shock even right after transplanting. Still only feeding 200 ppm worth of CalMag RO water once a day. Both seem to be doing great so far.

Topped the Blueberry after its 4th node, continuing LST on the Wedding Cake and began LST on Blueberry as well. Still only feeding 200 ppms of CalMag with RO water. Definitely a weak odor has began to develop, Wedding Cake should start flowering soon.

Growth is very strong but there are issue starting up...firstly let me start by saying I am growing in FFOF with about a solo cup sized amount of Happy Frog where I started the seedlings. The Wedding Cake auto has begun to show signs of flowering but also signs of what I believe is nutrient burn (but maybe P deficient??) and early signs of nitrogen toxicity and I have not fed them any nutrients except CalMag with RO water but could that cause an issue? The Blueberry also shows signs of what I believe is nutrient burn but not as bad. Both plants oldest leaves are beginning to yellow, not sure if that's normal or a sign of something. But they are still progressing quickly apart from these issues.

Wedding Cake nute burn or possible P deficient with yellowing slightly down the edge? Also may have N toxicity with curling leaves? Blueberry also has slightly burnt tips, both plants have yellowing in the oldest growth. All in diary pictures. Thoughts? And how do I fix it?

Hi mate, I think it all looks good. Yeah It looks like one or two leaves have a little nute burn but I wouldn't worry about it too much. Rest of the plant looks healthy. Good luck and happy growing.

Still only giving CalMag with the daily watering. Wedding Cake is moving quickly with a good amount of tops, and the Blueberry is staying short and bushy for now. Might flip into 12/12 and get the Blueberry to start flowering here within the next week.

I've got some brown spots showing up on the Wedding Cake leaves, first thought it may be mold but it doesn't rub off and I sprayed both plants with neem oil about a week ago just in case. Could be CalMag deficient? I use RO water with about 150-200ppms in 3 liters once a day.

I'd use a bit of calmag, slightly calcium biased (like 4-8: 1 vs magnesium) and sulphur tbh. Remember, calcium and magnesium are separate elements, calcium tends to buffer things and is more abundant than magnesium, in nature, quite a bit more. Lots of people simply think "calmag", which is typically too biased towards magnesium (because of indoor, hydro and semi-sterile mediums).

Flipped into the 12 hour light schedule this week as well as began feeding. Started to see brown spots on the leaves of the Wedding Cake and assumed Cal deficiency so I went ahead and began a full regular feed schedule and they're doing great apart from some of the discolored leaves here and there. Also have been removing a small bag full of leaves every other day or so to keep the foliage under control.

Wedding Cake still showing discolored leaves...but growing steadily. Took the Gro out of the Wedding Cake feed and added some more Bloom, keeping Blueberry on the same schedule as last week until we see pistils. Did some more intensive defoliation on the Blueberry before it starts the flowering stretch. Also started seeing trichomes on the Wedding Cake this week.

Still feeding Blueberry the week before last's feed chart but the Wedding Cake is on the Lucas method until the final flush begins. Both doing great, pistils have finally begun to show on the Blueberry after a couple weeks in the 12/12 light cycle. Added another trellis net for support and to keep the Blueberry under control until the Wedding Cake is harvested.

Started flushing Wedding Cake on 6/2 should be ready for harvest next week or so, but its looking fantastic and put on the most weight in the past week and excited to see the final weeks progress. The Blueberry has quickly began forming bud sites and already some trichomes over the bud sites, doing great so far. Still on the same feed schedule for the Blueberry for the past 3 weeks.

Switched over to Lucas method for the Blueberry until its time to flush. Still flushing the Wedding Cake waiting for those few amber trichomes to appear and then we are chopping her down. All going great.

A few days late on this weeks post but the Wedding Cake has been harvested and is now curing. I will post the harvest update once I try her out next week or so. Took the Wedding Cake out of the 3x3 tent and into another tent for a dark period of 48 hours and then chopped her down to dry for about a week. The Blueberry is doing fantastic, producing dense buds already with weeks to go but I have a little potassium deficiency going into late flower but she will okay I decided to increased the feed just a bit and see how she responds.

This being my very first seed to harvest grow I would say it was a good outcome but definitely room for improvements to be made. Total Yield was 61 grams of smokable buds - 26 grams of popcorn/smalls - 35 grams of quality buds Also had about 52 grams of shake which I plan on making using to make edibles and a solid pile of kief. The Blueberry is already looking much better but I blame the density issues on having to flip into 12 hours of light for the Blueberry to go into flower.

Fell behind on updates skipped a couple weeks but either way growth has continued.. the Blueberry began to show more signs of P deficiency so I upped the nutrients for a little boost here in the end of flower. Will probably begin the 2 week flush in the next few days, she's looking very frosty and the buds are super dense, especially compared to my other plant that was in the tent.

Not much to report, have been flushing for about a week and a half now and plan on giving her 48 hours darkness in a couple days and then time for harvest. This Blueberry is coming out really impressive so far.. super dense buds covered in trichomes and there are blueish/purple colors also starting to come out in the buds as the fan leaves fade out. Looking forward to see how the buds turn out.

My first complete grow cycle is in the books, definitely room to improve and grow.. lol. But it was great with a few hiccups, would not recommend growing an autoflower and a photoperiod in the same tent from seed to harvest though, I feel that's where the quality fell off a bit but that's alright. It was a learning experience and Ill be back soon!
