Desconocida Kush EV KNF

This was a great plant and I recommend it for short season growers. Force flowering was required this far North (53N) but it was worth the effort with decent yields of superb tasty organic buds. This was an all organic grow using KNF methods. First time trying KNF but it works great for cannabis and I recommend it for anyone growing more than one plant. It’s easy and requires minimal effort and planning. Made temple balls using 334 g dried flower and trim producing 36.5 g of hash. Passing 120 micron bag and caught on 45 micron bag. Material was from 11Roses, Unknown Kush and Golosa.

This was my favourite plant this year. Nice yield was only a bit smaller and later than the 11Roses and it was the best looking plant by far with great colours in the fall. Excellent kush flavour and smoke makes for a very satisfying grow. Will definitely grow again. Making hash is still fun and not yet tiresome. Used 334 g of dried flower and trim from Golosa, Unknown Kush and 11Roses. Got 11% recovery (hash from dried bud and trim) which is much better than I was expecting so I got that going for me. Update: Lab tested hash is 43.7% THC and 0.4% CBD. This is 120-45 micron material. Could run, say, 90-45 microns to up the THC content in trade-off for yield, but this seems fine. Typically 30-60% THC range for bubble hash so right in middle seems good enough. Update: main crop hash tested at 56.3% THC which is a bit higher than I expected. I presume that I was better at rinsing the resin to remove ‘filler’ and raise the THC %.
