I am super excited for this new grow. This is the first time I am growing Autoflowers with a new substrate and using nutrients. Usually I grow durning summer in my balcony with soil and not with sufficient direct sunshine. However, with the change of seasons and growing autos, I will be able to provide this baby with enough direct sunlight and the right nutrients Please feel free to comment and offer advice!

The first week went well. No problems so far. I have been trying to get the nutrients in the correct quantities so as to not over do it. Balancing the pH was easier than I anticipated. The plant gets direct sunlight at different hours of the day. I would guess around 3-4 hours daily. Considering this is an auto, I am hoping it should

Hi guys! This week has been a good week. It’s always impressive how one can notice, visually, how cannabis grows. I pre mix the nutrients in a large container and then use a smaller container to keep watering. I also alternate watering patterns with normal, non-nutrients water. My balcony gets a good amount of daily sunlight, however it has been cloudy these past 2 days. Will keep you guys posted and thank you for all the support and comments. Feel free to add your comments and suggestions!

Hi guys! This week has been relatively straight forward. I made a mistake with mixing the nutrients, I first added the nutrients, balanced the water, then added CaliMag. Although the pH was around 6, I know that pH is the last ingredient to be added. Any idea on when the flowering stage starts? Thanks for all your comments and support!! Happy grow to all 🙏

This week started the pre-flowering stage. The pistols are already out so the nutrients schedule will change to flowering stage. The plant has grown considerably. I purchased a little pressure sprayer, so it makes watering easier and practical. Thanks for all the support and suggestions, keep them coming in.

I am still following the pre-flowering feeding program and will change to flowering program this week. I had a couple of leaf miners but it seems to have stopped. I was also a bit concerned with the amount of water I was using because the plant seemed to be a bit droopy but I realised that I wasn’t. Other than that it is all good!!Cheers

This week was relatively straight forward. I had a couple of issues with leaf miners, which unfortunately I can’t get hold of neem oil to get rid of it. However it hasn’t really worsened, its practically stopped at the moment. I also have what look to be burnt marks on the tips of 2-3 leaves. I think that because it currently is so little it won’t make a difference but I have my eyes on it. The smell (little in comparison) is so lovely and fruity, which leaves me a bit confused because I am expecting a diesel smell. I suppose it could still be early to tell. Any way thanks for all the support and please keep your comments and suggestions coming.

Great weak!! The smell is slowly increasing and its looking good. I managed to take some pictures using a jewellers loope so that i can take a closer look at those trichomes, which evidently are looking great! Hope to hear what you think! Happy grow!!

As the flower is approaching its harvest window I am getting evermore excited. This past week was a good week but one with a couple of cold and cloudy days. The water I used for the week was considerably less than normal. Other than this it has all been fine and plain sailing. This strain is definitely an easy strain to grow.

So harvesting time is around the corner. This week was one with little sunlight. Was a pretty basic week and nothing to worry about. Happy growing to all

Hi guys. I would like to know if there any visual tips for examining when its time to harvest? I know that you need to look for the cloudy pistols in order to determine that it is ready. However even with a jewellers loupe I struggle to tell the stage of the trichomes.

I'm a new grower but I've heard to check the trichomes on the bud first not the sugar leafs as they mature first, should be about 90% amber and 10% milky start flushing for 7-10 days for a good high and flush when 100% amber for a more couch feeling 🤔 hope this helps bro 🙏👍✌️ I'm in week 8 flower tomorrow 🌻🙏👌👍 take care bro 👍

For a first attempt with all the necessary tool I had a pretty smooth experience. This will serve as a good baseline growth. Smoke report: Nice smell and nice taste. I don’t have a strong base to compare it with authentic SD but I’m pretty sure that I did an acceptable job. Joint was struggling to stay lit but that’s due to excess moisture. The ash was close to being white.
