For now, will stay in tent till the outside weather gets warmer. But make no mistakes about it, shes going outside into a five gallon smart pot , so she is mobile and can be positioned.
So I have two Amnesia haze this one is two weeks younger then my more mature one. I put this one in the ground shes in flower so hopefully late Sept I can pull her, the other is in my tent sleeping , I will post pics of her next week. I'm seeing which will be done first it's a bet I have w my girlfriend shes betting on inground I put my money on my tent we shall see.
So there's my outside amnesia and inside amnesia, its gonna be a close one on the outside amnesia probably wont make it since I live in the northern hemisphere, anything is possible. Happy growing
So didn't take any pics of the one outside shes still in veg about five feet tall . Anyhow this one is doing good had to super crop her to even out the canopy. Defoliated yesterday that's why she looks bare. But shes doing her thing already got frost on buds where I super cropped her, so not always a bad thing. Shes looking good so far. Happy growing
Added two clip led grow lights like 60hg or something not a big deal just giving the dense canopy some light underneath. Other than that , shes moving along nicely , I feed her once a week a full dose of advanced nutrients perfect ph connisuier A and B , and on Tuesday or Wednesday depends I give her ph water w honey mixed in 2 tbl spoons in 2 liter of ph water stur vigorously and give her water. She smells one of a kind very sweet citrusy dirt smell it's weird I dont think I've ever had Amnesia Haze before, which makes this grow so special, I'm very excited about her Kyle kushman from Homegrown cannabis co just got thru running Amnesia Haze and it is gorgeous. Just like my girl. Happy growing.
Smells awesome, smells like lite citrus dank tree. Idk never smelled it before it got sweet citrus earth pine maybe , not sure but she is fire I can tell , everytime I open the tent the smell blasts me. The branches are heavy and the buds are super dense. Shes got a bit more to go , but I can see light at the end of the tunnel.
Well another week closer to harvest not sure when that will be , could be 2 weeks to 4 weeks all on her. But shes going. Tell next week , happy growing.
Alright I took the stupid trellis off, it looks better but there is some weight on those stems . I'm sure she will be fine. But for her last few weeks let those buds flow in the breeze.
Ok shes really moving along now.
The trichomes are milky white, and maybe 15 % amber to 10% . Shes also still growing.
Question, if I let her grow , will potency go down or something else? If my harvest window is open , dont I have basically two weeks to harvest? My question is if I go over or past harvest window will my tree get less potent ?
First off. This plant is very rewarding, I super cropped her and got ultimate frost, the smell of citrus, wood , and a little tiny gas. I gave her advanced nutrients perfect ph connisuier bloom. I also fed her honey, diluted of course. I got 193 grams off her , very nice dense buds. I am very proud of this plant , she is curing away . I've smoked her dry and she tastes awesome, she will be even better once cured. This is why I started growing my own , so I could reap the rewards . I vowed I never would pay a Corp. For over priced dryed out tree. I grew my own top shelf and am so pleased with this strain, thanks Kyle kushman over at homegrown cannabis co. Hell yeah
@Mrs_Larimar, I want gonna put anything like that in at first but branches started to bend , and they're kinda heavy. I know it looks really dumb and shes lopsided but it's taking alot of weight off her branches. I know it looks bad though, but the buds look good. It was my first time with the net.
Yeah that amber color is the degradation of THC into CBN.. thus losing potency.. there’s definitely a sweet spot but it’s not like it’s plummeting in potency each day it’s a probably like fraction of that thc percentage every day you’re getting more amber
@Sparkychris1980, no problem! its hard to pin down the exact peak of potency i find because alot of times you will have some clears still left going towards milky while at the same time some milky are going amber.. so you those clear onces are still reaching their peak while the amber ones are on the downward slope as far as peak potency of the individual trichome
You can always force flower your outdoor plant so that the flowers mature under stronger sunlight. I’m at 53N and did this last year on one of my Wonder Pies and it did much better than the one that was allowed to flower naturally. A big cardboard box or even just a big garbage bag and some determination to do it consistently for a couple of weeks is all it would take. Good luck.
@Northern_Ent, at the end of Aug I was gonna throw a DIY greenhouse on it. Really it's no big deal i mean , i have a 34 inch one inside on week 3 of flower. That's not the problem though i have three lights 2 are 4x4 flourenst grows , they suck up electricity, then i have my spider farmer sf1000 that's running the amnesia, then one of my 4x4 is sprouting dark phoenix, my bubblegum was going in my tent next but due to the dark Phoenix now I'm gonna run those next in the tent after about 7 weeks of veg . I need another tent. Lol
Yes. It looses strength ..research it.. I think after amber' ng starts. Each week or day can't remember .. she looses thc and starts turning into cbd or cdb 🤣🤣😂😂🤣😂i smoke too much..lolol...but Yea research it GrowMie.. 👍💪👍💪
well, your girlsfriend will loose. because your outdoor will bemuch bigger than your indoor, and she will need more time for the flowering because of her size.
maybe you should bet on the harvest, then your girlfriend wins.
iam supercourious how this superlandracemix will perform in your area.. if she can finish
