End of week 1 looks good. They had slight light burn for a day. Resolved that. Started the LST today. Eating nutes just fine. One is lighter then the other two but we'll see, it has the nutes.
Good growth for end of week two. Expecting it to explode next week with increased nutes. Was probably too light with the nutes this week. Trying to find a good balance. Root mass looks big for just 2 weeks so that's good.
Good week, plants are starting to take off. Gonna veg another week, maybe two depending on growth. Just gotta keep eye on nutes after pruning for the next couple weeks.
Good week with good growth. Gonna veg 1 more week and maybe not even the whole week. Prolly defoliate and prune a but hard sometime this week. When it recovers, I'll pull the trigger on flowering. Had a little light burn, could have been nute burn but I think it was light too close.
Great week. Defoliated and pruned quite hard 4 days ago and they just rebounded wonderfully. Can have to prune hard again this week. I will trigger flowering tonight. Next week will be transition/flowering.
A lot of new growth this week but the pictures show post defoliation/pruning. Sorry about that. Well, time for the stretch, so I put up the ScrOG net up. Kept ppms around the same since I was cleaning the plant up hard inprepation for flowering. Excited to see how much they stretch heh.
Good week. Plants grew a bunch so I had to give them a hard pruning again today. I'll keep an eye on them during recovery. ScrOG net is being used for LST as well. Another heat wave week. Should drop 10 degrees on next couple days, I'll be able to keep temps to a more appropriate level then. Been hard to find bud factor x. So im trying my own mix on back right plant.
Stretch and grew very nicely this week. a lot of bud sites and plants eat like champs. Pictures are 2/3rds through pruning/defoliation. Will be last heavy one. Will just maintain from now on. Getting excited!
Another good week of growth. Buds are swelling up. Probably pruned a little hard and lost some buds I could have kept. Maybe the extra space will help air flow. Anyway, next couple weeks are the most fun to watch, looking forward.
End of week 5 went well. Buds are swelling and looking good. Really nothing special to note this week. I kept ppm pretty much same as last week. However, I did remove a few fan leaves blocking buds from full light.
Week 6 ended well but with some higher temps than I would prefer. Plants drank too fast past couple days. Still plants look just fine and no new stress is seen to my eyes. Overall swelling up and filling up with trichomes. Fun times ahead.
Good week. Temps a bit lower and flowers swelled really good. Best I've seen yet from what I've grown. Hard part now is pulling trigger when to flush. Staring to see some red Pistons. Especially on the smaller one(back right).
Pulled the trigger on flushing 3 days ago. Will continue to flush until I like what I see with trichomes. Maybe couple days to a week more. They look great. Next post will probably be harvest week!
Apologies for not taking pics before I cut and hung them up yesterday. They were in flush pretty much the whole week, so I'll still consider this a flower week. Next post will be harvest will some better pics of the trimmed bud and some numbers. Look good and smell good. Fantastic plants.
Two plants expressed one way and the third another. Hard to tell, but one had more pyramidal buds which makes me think grateful dawg dominate on the third and the white dominate on the first two. Came to conclusion after reading some of thier genetics. Ate and drank like beasts. Biggest buds I've grown and strongest. Even the popcorn buds seems strong enough. Very happy with my first Ethos.
I have a question for you. Is a single plant taking up 1 gal of water a day? I do notice it's filled out in the grow conditions, but I know that some (like myself) haven't been tracking and entering that data. I'm just starting to though, prior to this week I was unable to get accurate amounts because I was feeding some of my soil plants with my res.
Also, I'm using that bubble insulation too! Right on.
@JONNY_APPLE_WEEDS, Each plant did drink about a gallon a day, for a few days. Was hotter than it should have been in the tent though, which could have been why. Temps dropped been about 1/2-3/4 gallons each today. Hope that helps. I'm pretty bad at keeping track of the water amounts unless it's seems abnormal. And bubble insulation ftw. Helped so much with water temp issues.
Nice job. I hate those plastic nets. I screwed up my last grow trying to get the net right. So good job! :) better than I can do with one of those nets.
@Cannabingrowin, ya they took some getting used to and I've ruined nice branches before. But now they are multipurpose for me. LST and spacing and I like them. Worst thing I do now I'd accidentally ruin the net by cutting it during pruning or harvest on accident.
