5-21 Found PH at 5.3 again -worried about an infection. Added Hydroguard (2ml/g). Removing excess heat has been as issue. Roots in the drain has been an issue. LST is going well but I'll end up having to use a screen.
5-23 Added net, minimal defoliation. I hate growing GSC. I had almost 300 ppm disappear in 48 hours with VPD right at 1.0 (with expected stress) -crazy. Right now ppm=580 ph =6.3 74F 65% <25k LUX= no stress. This is about all they can handle, no wonder GSC is a low producer. (free seeds)
5-26 The weather has changed enough and the plants are transpiring 1+ gallon daily so that I can no longer achieve VPD targets. I'll soon be Installing a split head AC into the tent room. 78F 65% seem to be about the best I can do right now. Very minor defoliation, I've pinched a couple sites that had no hope of reaching the canopy. I may not reached LST goals with the runt pheno...I've been topping off with <500 ppm low N
5-28 AC installed - VPD now under complete control -growth has exploded. New Nuets early bloom mix @ 485 ppm (700 was too high). Growing @ 75F 50% and watching closely. Raised main light, added side lights, most of the canopy is only at 25k Lux. I am boggled by the need for super low nuets and lighting...almost as if this plant evolved in Siberia... ;]
5-29 topped off with RO water and brought ppm down to 370. I'm seeing new burn on tips...WTF
5-31 ppm under 500 seems best, they are transpiring 2+ gallons a day. running out of time, the runt plant may not fill its side of the screen -they are at the end of their stretch. Been seeing wet leaves so I adjusted fans. 75F 50%
