Everything is perfect , watering with distilled water by spray bottle everyday keeping soil damp - only letting stay "dry" momentarily - but not overwatering .
these are just babies they don't need much light. however I can see they are a bit stretched. With that light I'd sit at 30" @ 25%. as they enter veg you can increase gradually to 100% sitting at 24". You can gauge this by looking at your plants. if they look tall and stringy like this they want more light. if they're curling and burning it's too much light. For water just hit em' when they're dry. they dont need much at this stage, just feel it out. if you watered that solo cup through you'd probably be good for a week

loook for them twice aday, and spray / water under the domes ( 20-40 ml)
start feeding if undder leaves look yellowish or the hole plant is pale
normally around week 3/4.... or in trasition to flower
stick with your veegetation nutrients now until they are ready with the sstretch,
because now they neeed a good amount of nitrogen for the stretcch
after that you can change to the flowering nutrients
The lightdistancee in the beginning should be 70 cm abbove the surface of soiil
the light remain in this distance, the plants grow towards the light
just transplant your girls asap, they may stay small otherwise. dig them deeper, covering the lonng stem, give them airflow
if you dont have, think about getting a humidifier
because they develop much better under best conditions

I covered the stem already 😂😂 but I hear ya - my tent comes today the 22nd so I should be good , thinking about stress training them idk 😐 , I will definitely get a humidifier asap .....
i think watering regimme is the hardest part to learn in indoor growing
there are some technics
like potlifting/ potweighing.....lifting the dry growpot and notice the weigh, otr putting them on ascale , and watering if the dryweigh is reached
but thats more for later
next one is small cups, start with shotglass of warter for the girls,
chekc with your finger the soil, it should be dampy/ humid/ little moist but not to wet( knuckledeep measuring)
if the plant is dry after one dayy, take the next bigger cup

hey bro, Daytime air temperature 22 is the minimum in the comfort range. I looked at PPFD maps Mars hydro ts1000 ... 1000-1300 in the center at a height of 30 cm. Perhaps if the lamps are lower, there will be a little temple and the lamps will be more useful in ppfd. Can we ask those who know how ppfd is optimal at what stage? I heard somewhere that 1500 ... 1700
